Fabulous stay in Club Executive Deluxe Twin Room. Room was huge (45sq m) and design/layout of room was thoughtful. Chocolates and brownies were served in the room. Service staff were courteous, friendly and prompt. At least five meals were available foc through out the day. Felt really pampered.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your exquisite property in Kuala Lumpur, and I felt compelled to share my profound appreciation for the outstanding experience I had during my visit. Location and Accessibility: The strategic location of Four Seasons Kuala Lumpur, situated in the heart of the city center and adjacent to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, contributed significantly to the unparalleled accessibility to major attractions. Being able to explore key tourist spots on foot, coupled with the abundance of convenience stores and delightful eateries nearby, made my stay exceptionally convenient. Customer Service: Without a doubt, the highlight of my stay was the impeccable customer service. From the moment of check-in, Ms. Neoxuan's exceptional hospitality left a lasting impression. She not only warmly celebrated my birthday during check-in but also dedicatedly explained every aspect of the hotel's facilities, including the pool. Her thoughtful guidance enabled me to make the most of the hotel's amenities. Additionally, the delightful anniversary cake she arranged added a sweet touch to the beginning of my journey. Despite minor issues that arose during my stay, Ms. Neoxuan and Mr. Shazarique handled them with utmost professionalism, resolving each concern with remarkable efficiency. Their profound understanding of hospitality truly shone through, ensuring my comfort until the moment I checked out. I extend my sincere gratitude to both of them, and I intend to share this commendable experience with Four Seasons headquarters in Canada. Facilities and Amenities: The hotel boasts a range of facilities, including a pool and spa, that elevate the overall experience. Enjoying a delicious breakfast on the 6th floor with a breathtaking view of the park was an unforgettable experience. The underwater music in the pool added a unique touch of novelty, and the scenic view from the pool area was equally impressive. The rooms, equipped with bidets and featuring Deep Tech amenities, provided a fragrant and convenient atmosphere. The luxurious bed further added to the overall excellence of the accommodations. Overall Impression: In my opinion, there is no hotel in Kuala Lumpur that surpasses the exceptional standards set by Four Seasons. Outstanding! So far the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Breakfast is well prepared with decent variety of food. The dining area view is superb. The room is very well maintained and housekeeping is well done. The mattress quality was great and no backache after waking up 👍 The staff are very polite and always greeted guest with warm welcome. The service is excellent. Definitely will come again and again.

Relaxing vibes in the middle of the city is a huge plus. Housekeeping staff and reception staff were friendly and helpful. However the management should learn to be more flexible regarding upgrades to be in line with other hotels in the city. Upgrades on site seems to be significantly higher compared to booking the upgraded room directly online. This does not make sense but hotel was inflexible. There was also no manager on site as well so front desk staff had to call. This resulted in alot of additional time wasted. Very disappointed in this lack of service by management in such a beautiful property. However, front desk staff remained very patient and professional and even took the effort to show us around as well as provide advice and assistance whenever possible.

We had a few hiccups during our check in. Might be due to the staff at the check in counter. We changed our hotel room twice. First room, unable to open the door. We thought it was just us that we don't know how to access but how can it be when we are frequent travellers. Went down to verify with the staff on duty and she had even re-program for us. Went up to the room to try again and hoping this time round is fine. Who knows, we still can't access the room. So we went down and ask the staff again. This time, the porter with our luggage was also at the counter as he was also running up and down trying to locate us. Before we could say anything, he had a new room key ready for us and mentioned that we will need to change our room as the door has some issue and the next room will be access via pin code instead. 2nd room and yes we managed to open it and start to settle in. However, we can't help but to feedback to the staff in charge again. Our original booking was one king bed and one queen bed. However, we were given 3 single bed. I was thinking that I will just push the 2 single bed to make it one and shall make do with it. Next, I tried to turn on the aircon but seems like it is also stuffy. I thought I might not have point the remote control to the sensor accurately. :( Next moment, my boy went to the toilet and we are trying to find the switch as the toilet bowl area is quite dark. Eventually, we concluded that the lights would have blown. Thereafter, when we washed our hands at the toilet basin, the water flow soooooo slow as it was choke. I just can't accept it anymore. With that, I went down to feedback and want to change another room. 3rd room, the staff on duty said that the 3rd room can only access via manual key and even showed me the physcial key. I shared that I need alternative way of accessing if it is just one key as my hubby is working and he will not be able to access thereafter. However, she insisted that it is manual key and unable to do anything. When the same porter came to assist us, he told us that no manual key is needed as we can use the pin code to open the door. Seems like the porter knows the room much better than the staff on duty issuing the room to us. And finally, we gotten our original bed configuration (one king bed and one queen bed), lights and aircon are all in order. It might be a one off hiccups but staff on duty should be well trained to assist us. The check in process hoo-ha had resulted in our delay to the subsequent itinerary and missed the movie screening by 30mins. However, we wanted to thank the porter assisting us and trying to help us since I was alone with 2 kids on toll while hubby went to work.

Room type: 2 bedroom Premier Suite (free upgrade! Initially booked 2 rooms (one bedroom suite) but rooms were far from each other. Hotel very kindly allowed us to check into a 2 bedroom suite) Room number: 1602 Pros: - location location location (in the heart of the Bukit Bintang area. A 10 mins walk places like Pavilion Mall, Jalan Alor food street and a 20 mins walk to KLCC) - Super value for money (SGD$180 a night with breakfast) - complimentary parking - lovely rooftop pool (31st floor with nice views of the city - another pool on level 1 - suite comes with a study (useful if you are here for work) Cons - some signs of wear and tear - creaky doors - my master bedroom bathroom did not come with separate shower stall and tub as advertised. The stall and tub were together. - tub a tad short and shallow - 40” TVs are on the small side - breakfast pretty limited in terms of quality and variety of food
