Stayed in this hotel for the second time. But this time was quite unpleasant. I'll help our customers book a hotel first. Because I needed to pay the room rate, I chose to pay online. After I paid online, it showed that the payment was successful, and Ctrip showed that the occupant can check in by name or booking confirmation number. During that time, I repeatedly asked Ctrip whether this was successful. Ctrip said it was okay. As a result, when checking in the same day, the other party asked my client to show my reservation credit card. Otherwise you cannot stay. Tossing and tossing, I hurried back from the outside and repaid the room rate. After checking out on the 26th, I have not released the pre-authorization to me. In short, the experience was too bad. Ctrip's customer service at the beginning was also speechless. I asked for cash and what I did. It was not my fault. Why not do hotel work. Later, Ctrip gave me phone subsidies and a bad exchange rate for credit cards. Okay

Except that the facilities are a bit old, everything else is perfect. There are Chinese restaurants that taste good and are not expensive. The service was perfect.

The hotel service is very good and the price is very good. When I stayed at the hotel, it happened to be my birthday. The hotel specially prepared a birthday cake. If I hadn’t seen the surprise given by the hotel, I would have forgotten that it was my birthday. I was very touched, especially for us who have been traveling abroad for a long time. Brilliant hotel. Friendly staff, efficient service, great cleanliness and very secure. Having booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and all three not having any issues is rare. Top marks and fully recommended.

That's my second time I visited Ramada hotel Islamabad I'm not really leaving up in Pakistan we didn't book table we just walk in to check what's going on in there so we find it out fantastic Special thanks to chef making so tasty live potato pakors and other sort of things second thing goes to service manager Mr Naveed who is accomdating us with his best level and his team member Mr Younas to taking care of us and the tea he prepared for us something special out of world. Impeccable cleanliness and maintenance… rooms were spotless and the facilities were well-maintained..
