We had an incredible experience at the Marriott Hotel Boulevard. This hotel is truly worth every penny! Everything was top-notch, but a few things stood out: * The Breakfast: Simply amazing. Very rich, delicious, and offered a huge variety of choices. * The Location: Perfect and very convenient. It’s situated in a great spot, making it easy to get around. * SPA & Sauna: High-quality facilities and probably some of the best we’ve experienced. Truly a highlight of our stay. * Front Desk Service: A huge special thanks to Jasur at registration. He was professional and very attentive. He provided us with a room featuring a stunning sea view and arranged connecting rooms specifically for us, which we really appreciated. We visited from Khorezm, Uzbekistan. It was wonderful to feel such a connection with the local people; our languages are so similar to Azerbaijani that we felt right at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Thank you to the whole team for making our trip so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful building, but there are many things to improve. ”+” 1. Very beautiful view from the seaview room, you can see the whole city 2. Personnel is polite and helpful 3. Not so far from the center, nice area around, easy to get by taxi 4. The room is spacious and clean, with nice bathroom. 5. In room dining is good. ”-” 1. I booked this hotel knowing Fairmont from other countries (stayed there) and the level here is down. 2. If you call and ask something, not very fast response. Ihad to wait very long for help with luggage at check out. 3. The price is expensive for the level you get. 4. The spa area which for me was important was old, needs modernisation. Sauna wood is dangerously falling apart, the jacuzzi in the pool have handles that are moving a lot, almost detached, stain in the pool is not cleaned. There is no supervision in the pool, some people enter without shower. 5. I booked for the sun and external pool, but its down in between the buildings, so no sun after lunch and its very windy. Overall the hotel is good, but many things that ruin the impression.

The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, and the room is clean and tidy. Although the decoration is a bit old, it does not affect the stay experience. I arrived at the hotel early and paid a small fee to arrange early check-in. For passengers who have just flown for nearly 9 hours and arrived early in the morning, it is simply great. The receptionist at the door will take the initiative to help you with your luggage, which is a plus

The hotel is not located in the very center, there is an interchange nearby and there are traffic jams during peak hours, which needs to be taken into account. There are outdoor and indoor pools, very good. Breakfast is very good. Some of the sockets in the room are falling out. We were given a room without a jacuzzi, which was very disappointing.

The hotel is located near the center, there are swimming pools (outdoor and indoor) and a beach, but the beach is not well-maintained or equipped. The hotel is not 5 stars, but a solid 3. I think the price is too high. Breakfast is very good, dinner is also very tasty, the cook is good.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the experience even better. The staff were truly awesome, friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The choice was based on price, quality, and location. It's located on the waterfront near the Caspian Sea. The views from the window are stunning. Four shopping centers, local attractions, and a pedestrian tourist street are within walking distance. It's a great alternative to the nearby Hilton.

Diamond Hotel baku is amazing. The hotel staff is helpful and even guided for nearby restaurants especially when we reached late to the hotel and everything was shut. Hotel has a jacuzzi, steam and sauna which was almost relaxing. Overall a comfortable and lovely stay. Would definitely recommend.

One of the best hotel experiences ever! Super clean, great location (in the heart of Old City), polite and helpful staff, delicious breakfast! Room is not that big but incredibly comfortable and Old City styled. Definitely recommend 100% !

The hotel is located in Baku's new city, on the shores of the Caspian Sea, in the basement of a large circular building. Sea-view rooms offer a view of the Caspian Sea, though it's quite dirty, covered in a layer of oil. The room was spacious, and the bed was also large, at 1.2 meters, unlike the 0.8-meter beds in Georgia and Armenia. There are two large shopping malls nearby, both with top-tier hotels like Marriott. The old city is also nearby, just two or three kilometers away. The breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant was on the 18th floor, offering views of the Caspian Sea. The staff were friendly, and the value for money was excellent. Great value!

We made two different reservations (2 nights + 1 night) so were given two different rooms, which made the experience completly different from one another. The first was super nice, amazing cleanliness and the room had so much light (in this case, I highly recommend this Ibis). But the second room had a terrible tobacco smell, despite having asked for a non smoking room (it was so bad it got to the point I couldn't even sleep) and just one small window. Nevertheless, both experiences had one thing in common: rude staff. It's a good hotel to go up straight to your room. My conclusion is: your experience will really depend on how lucky you are with the room they assign to you.

I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, but the taxi driver made a mistake and took us to another Wyndham Hotel in a different area. No wonder the front desk couldn’t find our check-in information... Later, we contacted the Wyndham Hotel for our order, and we took a taxi again It was already very late when we checked in. The front desk helped us upgrade to a king-size bed room for free, and stayed for 2 nights later. The hotel is generally good, but if you don’t drive by yourself, you need to take a taxi to get in and out.

Overall the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful There was only an incident when checking in we were not given a twin but they replaced the king bed and gave 1 additional small bed .. ok never mind The incident that made me sad was my child fell because during breakfast he slipped because the staff was mopping and the water made my child fall We shouldn't have wet the floor when mopping and there was no warning sign to be careful of slippery floors My child couldn't get up for 20 minutes But fortunately he got better because he was immediately given an ice compress But so far this hotel is indeed the best location!

This was our first time in Azerbaijan and Baku, and we didn't know much about the area beforehand. So, when choosing a hotel, we consulted a map and based our choices on international chains, convenient transportation, proximity to the sea, and proximity to the old city. We ultimately chose the Hilton. Upon arrival, we discovered it was a prime location, boasting all the amenities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service expected of a high-end hotel. The breakfast was hearty and delicious, and the two swimming pools offered adjustable water temperatures. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathrooms had both a bathtub and a shower. The elevator buttons were unique, and the elevator shaft was ingeniously designed. Best of all, it overlooked the F1 racetrack!

Great location, friendly staff, good variety breakfast! Reasonable price! I suggest to provide airport transfer to hotel, otherwise, I was cheated on price from Airport to Hotel by taxi driver. I paid 60 manat, as I was told it is 4 times more than normal 15 manat rate. Good lesson for me. Never trust taxi drivers.
