Great pool and spa, sauna wasn’t working but that’s fine!!!  Only fault that can’t be fixed is the car parking :( not enough car parks. But everything else was perfect!!!!  Would highly recommend l! Price was also good I stayed two nights with my family and was reasonably priced well!!!  9.9/10 - Parking only downfall

Having stayed at several other hotels since, I can confidently say this one is still the best. The room has everything you need for living and cooking. There's a shop nearby. We happily cooked steaks almost every day. The view from the window is beautiful, and it's only on the 13th floor. The elevators are silent and super-fast. Remember, this is an apart-hotel, so cleaning isn't daily. Our room was cleaned once during our 5-night stay, which was generally sufficient. If you accumulate trash, there's a special room with bins on each floor. The soundproofing is decent. The reception quickly resolves any issues, and you can store your luggage there. We arrived late, and I was worried about being met and checked in, so I messaged the hotel in advance, but it turned out there were plenty of other late arrivals like us at 11 PM. The rooms provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion from the excellent Australian brand Kevin Murphy. On the 5th floor, there's an indoor and outdoor heated pool, a sauna, and a gym. The hotel's location is ideal. There's a tram stop right behind it, and the main shopping center is a 5-minute walk away. All in all, we were satisfied. We'd love to come back here.

A truly delightful and surprising hotel! It's conveniently located not far from the tram station, making travel easy, and it's just two stops to the Q1 Observation Deck. The decor is light luxury and stylish, and the facilities are quite comprehensive. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the sea view is excellent. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the food at the pool lounge was also delicious. The only downside is that there's ongoing construction next door, and the noise affected my sleep in the mornings.

Every time I visit the Gold Coast, I stay at the Marriott, and the breakfast is always great. However, the caps on the shampoo and other toiletries can be easily opened, which raises some safety concerns. After 6 PM, there are no staff or services at the pool, and it's not lit. For children with UV allergies who wish to swim in the evening, it's not possible. December is summer in Australia, so it gets dark late. I hope the hotel considers extending the pool's closing time, especially since guests are here for a holiday. Thank you.

This felt more like an apartment-hotel. It came with a microwave, fridge, full set of dishes, and even dish soap and a sponge. The sofa bed was made up before we checked in, which was a huge plus – it saved us the hassle of communicating with the front desk staff in a foreign country. Bottled water isn't provided, but there's a kettle. We didn't interact with the staff at all, apart from checking in and out. The hotel is at least a 5-minute walk from the beach. Breakfast wasn't included in the room rate, so we ate every day at a great restaurant not far downstairs. The hotel has a pool, which looked decent, but we didn't get a chance to try it.

This hotel offers really great value for money. I added breakfast to my stay, and while it was pretty standard, it had everything you'd expect, which was very convenient. The location is fantastic. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, and about 900 meters to the commercial street where there are plenty of dining options. Plus, it's right outside the train station, so super easy to get to. Being able to check in early and check out late was a huge help for my early morning flight. I didn't use the swimming pool, but it looked nice. The gym was good though, with all the necessary equipment. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next vacation.

The famous Q1 Apartment Hotel, though a bit old, is quite well-maintained. This room type features a large bedroom facing the sea, and two small spa beds, feeling spacious enough for 3-4 people. The location is superb, right next to the Surfers Paradise light rail, conveniently close to restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the entrance to the Q1 SkyPoint Observation Deck is right downstairs. The Gold Coast on a good day is absolutely stunning! The in-room facilities are complete, but the service attitude and efficiency are average; late check-out isn't an option. However, for this price and location, I can't really ask for more.

Exceeded my expectations! The hotel front desk arranged a sea-view room on the third floor. It's a short walk to the beach, and super close to the tram station – literally a 2-minute walk to the hotel. Getting to the airport was easy: tram first, then a bus, and it only cost 0.5 AUD (in Queensland, transfers within an hour are just 0.5 AUD). The room was sunny, clean, and bright. It even had a washing machine and dryer, plus a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and tableware. There's a swimming pool on the first floor with amenities like bubble bath, and a viewing platform on the 41st floor overlooking the Gold Coast. Just a heads-up: you need to take out your own trash (the garbage room is on the same floor). Also, remember to bring your own slippers as toothbrushes and shower caps are not provided.

Stayed here for my partners birthday and service was great. Sara on the front desk was fantastic and so helpful. Very happy with the room and ocean view. Location is great and revolving rooftop restaurant is a must see. Slight downsides were that the car park height restriction is 2.0m and I had called up before booking and was told it was 2.1m so had to remove my roof rack outside reception late on the Friday night we arrived. The shower door leaked a lot causing the bathroom to become a slip and slide and there was a used plaster stuck to the floor as well. Despite this, we definitely stay again as the pool and spa were amazing and very happy with the service and amenities

Excellent location, right across from the beach. Stunning views from the window, couldn't ask for better! I had a renovated room, which was clean and tidy. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and utensils. They allowed me to pay the deposit in cash, and there were no issues with getting it back. The jacuzzi and pool are open until 9:30 PM, which is great for relaxing after a long day. Parrots even came to visit my balcony! 😍 For my travel dates, this was the cheapest option in Gold Coast, and I'm so glad I chose this hotel.

The tiki hotel is located one street from the beach, most of the rooms face out to the river and have lovely views and are Private. They are spacious apartments with a separate bedroom. Bathroom has a spa bath which uses as a shower as well. The kitchen and bathroom are not extremely modern but they are sufficient. I’ve stayed here before. This time I stayed on level 7 and the apartment was facing out to the water. The tiki hotel is reasonably priced for what it provides and has on-site Parking for an extra $15.
