The team were happy to accommodate my after hours check-in and organised to have the security guard let me in. Upon checking in, I also learnt that I had been given a complimentary upgrade to a suite which was fantastic. I was just on my own this time but wouldn't hesitate to book a little getaway for myself and the kids next time. The location was also great, a short stroll to the beach, and surrounded by lots of restaurants and entertainment.

A spacious and modern apartment with sea view is the right way to enjoy a family holiday in Gold Coast. The two rooms do not disturb each other, and the living room, dining room and kitchen are open. After a day of playing, you can lie on two double sofas like Ge You, relaxing and comfortable. The sea view is not satisfactory, after all, there is a certain distance, and there are many buildings in between. In fact, you don't have to spend money on the sea view. If you want a first-line sea view, you still have to choose a hotel next to the beach. In addition, there is a construction site next to it during the stay. After the work starts at 8 o'clock in the morning, you can hear a little noise. The sound insulation of the room is good. The facilities are complete, the shower is powerful, the air conditioning is sufficient, the TV has Disney+ and Netflix, and the washing machine and dryer in the independent laundry room are very convenient. You can use the induction cooker to make a simple instant noodle supper, and it is also good to throw the pots and bowls into the dishwasher after eating. Parking is convenient. Each apartment room has a corresponding underground parking space. You can swipe the room card to open the garage door and the garage elevator goes directly to the beach. It takes five minutes to walk to the beach, but Broadbeach is really broad. The sea is vast in the early morning and evening, and the sky is high. Once you put the baby on the beach, the whole family will not get tired of playing on the beach all the time. For breakfast, you can walk to the cafe on the main road 100 meters away. The convenience store is a little far away, so we usually go to the big supermarket near oasis to buy. In terms of disadvantages, the daily cleaning is rather casual, and the floor is not even swept, just making the bed and changing the towels. In addition, there is a pillow in the master bedroom, which is probably because the previous guest's dog urinated on it and it was not cleaned. It always smells a bit of urine, which is a minus point. The price-performance ratio is OK, and Ctrip booking is cheaper than booking, thumbs up.

Awesome apartment with all the amenities and great views. Very close to a range of public transport and restaurants/ mall. The apartment has everything you need, including parking. Make sure to ask for pool towels on your arrival because we didn’t know they provided these until the end of our stay. Only a few things to note, the glass table in our lounge was not secure so just be mindful if you have kids. Also the couch needed a good vacuum as bits of food, dust, etc were down the sides of it. We only could get little bits cleaned up (as pictured) because our room vacuum, the suction wasn’t that great and it was partially broken.
