A very high standard hotel, located in the center of things and within walking distance of the Old City, the Peace Bridge, and Freedom Square. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful, and attentive. They upgraded our room to a river view room at no extra charge. The spa with a large pool and jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room was excellent and included in the room price. Breakfast was excellent. For those who observe kosher, a 2-minute walk from the hotel is a kosher restaurant called Mendis, and a 5-minute walk near the Great Synagogue in Tbilisi is another kosher restaurant called King David. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

An exceptionally clean stay with unmatched, intuitive service!I spent a week at The Biltmore Hotel, and I can honestly say I have never been to a cleaner hotel. It doesn’t just look clean—it actually feels clean. As someone with severe skin sensitivities, it is rare for me to sleep through the night comfortably or use hotel towels without having skin issues, but everything here was immaculate and safe for my skin.The service is absolutely superb and intuitive. On my first day, I requested two extra bottles of water and extra towels (two large, two small). For the rest of my stay, the housekeeping team anticipated my needs and automatically left four bottles of water and four extra towels every single day. I loved that I didn't have to call and ask every time. The food at the hotel was also very nice.The only minor downside was that the room's water pressure was a bit weak. However, the incredible cleanliness and thoughtful service far outweighed this small issue. I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was spacious and had a balcony, which was great for smoking without having to go downstairs. Parking was free and there were plenty of spots. The only downside was the breakfast, which was a bit bland and not very tasty. The hotel's location isn't in the old town, so it's ideal if you're driving. However, Tbilisi traffic is incredibly congested, and parking near the old streets is really expensive – it cost me about 70-80 RMB for an afternoon.

A wonderful place. Clean and cozy. Friendly staff. I arrived at 1 PM and they offered immediate check-in without any extra charges. When I checked out, I left my luggage for storage. It's very comfortable. The mattress is excellent, and it's quiet. I slept really well. The breakfasts are good. There's a coffee machine in the lobby for guests. I really liked the design. Everything was more than satisfactory for me. The location is excellent. I want to highlight again how well I slept and how friendly the people are. I felt extremely comfortable.

Hotel location is good, just next to Republic Square, take the penultimate stop of the 201 or 100 airport bus from the airport, there is a road full of restaurants, to the airport take the 201 bus stop closer, just behind the hotel on the road. The room at the end of the hotel aisle is facing the Republic Square, but because the scorpion is on the 11th floor, the scorpion can see the upper part of the square building (lights at night), the others are blocked by the surrounding buildings, and because these buildings are below the 11th floor, they are at the top of the mess. The room facilities are old, the door lock is a bit inflexible, and you need to manually operate when you close the door; The management is relatively loose. The room is cleaned very late every day. The hottest afternoon is three or four o'clock in the afternoon to prepare for rest. The room has not been cleaned. It usually takes more than five o'clock. One day, it is urged twice to clean. See how they work: take out the trash can, change the bathroom towel and bath towel, Wipe the room tabletop, make the bed, three times - once vacuumed, once wiped the mirror. Convenient city hotel located close to everything I needed. The location made getting around very easy. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast and perfectly fine. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. One small downside was a slight bathroom odor if the door was left open, but overall the stay was comfortable and practical.
