We travelled as a family of four, and our stay at SUNRISE Le Jardin exceeded every expectation. The hotel delivered excellence in all areas: food, service, cleanliness, activities, pools, and the beach. Everything was well-organized, smooth, and enjoyable. Even though the hotel was undergoing some renovation work, we barely noticed anything. The entire experience felt seamless.
The staff truly stood out. Every team member greeted us with a smile, was helpful, polite, and consistently professional. Their teamwork and positive attitude made a big difference, and we felt genuinely well taken care of throughout our stay.
Our children absolutely loved it. We have travelled to many countries, but this hotel in Hurghada clearly stands out when it comes to service level, activities, and the number of pools and facilities available. The beach was large and clean, the pools and waterpark offered plenty of variety and capacity, and everything felt safe and family-friendly. It is a place that perfectly suits small children, teenagers, and adults alike.
Our room was exactly as described—spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The cleaning was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
The hotel impressed us especially with its day- and evening activities for both children and adults. There was always something fun to do, and the variation ensured that every day felt different.
We will definitely return. In fact, we were already discussing our next trip before we even got back home. Our children truly did not want to leave.

When i arrived at 1:30 am it turned out that the hotel was being renovated, and i had been moved to another hotel. This meant walking to the hotel next over, there waiting for them to figure out where i had to go. This should have been comunicated beforehands so i could have just taken a taxi to the right hotel. I got moved to the hotel next (alora hotel) over that is owned by the same company. Apart from this entry experience the stuff was very friendly and the hotel very clean with some dated. The food was a bit dissapointing although the desserts were always execellent (especially the arabian sweets).The location isnt ideal with some noice from the very nearby mosque.

The hotel itself is actually pretty good, but the front desk staff was incredibly bizarre. When I checked in, they offered me an upgrade to the 7th floor, saying it would be a 30-minute wait. However, an hour later, they told me a room was ready but then downgraded me to the 4th floor. They totally went back on their word, especially the guy with glasses – he was absolutely disgusting, acting like there was nothing I could do. I eventually demanded to speak to the manager and finally got the room I originally booked. The bathroom in the room had drainage issues; it didn't leak while showering, but afterwards, the entire bathroom floor was flooded. A room on our floor even had water leaking out into the hallway. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It's not far from the airport, and there's a street selling souvenirs across the street. As soon as we entered, a staff member spoke fluent Chinese and introduced us to the hotel. We even added each other on WeChat to stay in touch. Other staff members also greeted us in Chinese. Before leaving, I compared reviews of different hotels and found many complaints about the food, so I didn't have high expectations. But it was surprisingly delicious! 😂 We ate a ton of food as soon as we arrived, and drinks and alcohol were unlimited. I asked the Ctrip customer service representative in advance to help me reserve a room with a good view. I stayed in room 740, and the sunrise view was absolutely stunning. The hotel is large, with its own small beach and several restaurants, one of which is a buffet with different dishes every day, and the food is delicious. It's all-inclusive, including meals, drinks, and snacks. The service was excellent. The rooms are large, and although the facilities are a bit old, they were very comfortable. If you don't leave the hotel, you can play sports, sunbathe, swim, and enjoy food and drinks every day, making it perfect for a vacation. The staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it.
The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good.

The price/performance ratio is quite high. The twin room I booked is probably sold out, and we were upgraded to a family room. The resort is very big, but friends who are traveling with us feel that it takes too long to walk. This is not the hotel's problem, but the friend's problem. If you are the kind of person who likes to play in the hotel, it is still very comfortable to live in this kind of all-inclusive resort. We didn’t play the other rides much, because our friends thought it was too far away from their dive shop, so we moved to the old hotel on the street after staying for two nights🙄FromJPY 43,385

This place has the worst and most unskilled guest relations manager I have ever met. We went to him with 2 complaints, the first was that we found what looked like BLOOD STAINS on our bed sheets, he didn’t take any action, just apologized, chatted with us briefly, then left us and went to other guests.
What happened in handling the second complaint though left us FURIOUS. We were woken up by a call at 12 am from Mr. Tamer at the reception asking a casual question that he could have asked any time earlier. We went to Mr. Michael, the guest relations manager, the next morning to file a complaint and he literally left us even more shocked and upset. He kept making excuses for the receptionist behavior, we asked him what would happen next now that we had submitted a complaint and he literally didn’t have an answer or simply didn’t want to give us one. He kept bluffing in poor English that we couldn’t make sense of, then hours later he sent me a message saying that Mr. Tamer (the receptionist) will “provide all the necessary information”. Mr. Tamer was the one who handled our check-out, and unsurprisingly he acted like nothing happened.
Up until that point we liked the place and service and were even ready to overlook the sheets situation and leave a good review, the food was really nice and the restaurant workers were amazing. But safe to say that the guest relations experience ruined the whole thing for us.Great61 Reviews
