I liked the hotel, the location is perfect - in the center and close to the embankment; cafes and all other infrastructure nearby. The room is not small and quite neat, for my money at the prices of Tel Aviv, in my opinion, a good option. The street is very close, so it is noisy in the morning. The girl at the reception is always available, helped and answered all our questions, thank you very much!

Location: The hotel is situated in North Pattaya, close to the Sanctuary of Truth and Pattaya's largest seafood market. There's a shortcut to the Sanctuary of Truth, just 650 meters away, an 8-minute walk. You can find guides online. Also, when navigating to the hotel, make sure to enter its English name, not the Chinese name! It's easy to end up at another similarly named hotel. Coincidentally, they are located on opposite sides of the Sanctuary of Truth. Room Type: I booked the Executive Suite with a full sea view. It offers the best view among all room types and is located at the very end of the hotel corridor. You can enjoy the sea view right from your bed. The room comes with a coffee machine and a kettle. Waking up, brewing a cup of coffee, and sitting on the balcony to enjoy the sea breeze is incredibly pleasant. Hotel Amenities: I chose this hotel specifically because of its comprehensive amenities, as I simply wanted to relax completely. The hotel boasts an infinity pool, a private beach, a 180-degree sea view restaurant, a massage parlor, an indoor cafe, and a shuttle service to Terminal 21 shopping mall. Within a few hundred meters walk from the hotel, you'll find TOPS supermarket, 7-11, a fruit market, a night market, and various small shops to explore. During our stay, we primarily explored the area from North Pattaya to Pattaya Walking Street. I recommend the hotel's Thai essential oil SPA, 90 minutes for 1300 THB. Dining at the hotel's Blue Kirin restaurant offers Thai dishes starting from tens of Baht, as well as Japanese and Western cuisine, averaging around 100+ CNY per person; the overall cost is quite reasonable. Hotel Service: I felt that they were very friendly and welcoming towards Chinese guests. One of the front desk staff members spoke good Chinese, and some restaurant and massage parlor staff also knew a little Chinese. Payments can be made via WeChat Pay and Alipay. Menus, hotel notices, and massage price lists are all available in Chinese, English, and Thai.

It's a great place to stay that I would choose again next time.

Location was great as it's not too far away from the night life (can walk like 25mins to Walking Street) and the hotel is in a decently quiet area. Check in was fine - 1000 baht deposit Staff were helping with providing extra items for my room such as more chairs, hangers and a table. Breakfast is 630-1030 for 250baht. No a bad selection. No Pork options though. Staff and reception are quite helpful. Everything u would need is nearby... inexpensive restaurants, nightlife, massage, laundry, etc. The rooms could use some sound proofing as u can here EVERYTHING going on in the hallway, the room next to you and the room across the hall. Wifi could also use more security measures. Overall not a bad stay for my purposes.

This is our second stay at this hotel. A year ago, we were really impressed with the cleanliness, service, pool, air conditioning, and water pressure in the shower. They don't require a deposit, and housekeeping is daily. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the sea and 5 minutes to Big Buddha. There's also a new cafe nearby with a lighthouse and great photo opportunities. The street with the tuk-tuks is 10-15 minutes away, and you'll find SDEK and the Russian market very close by there. You can also walk to the pier or Walking Street in about 25 minutes by heading down the hill.

This was my third hotel in Pattaya, and I stayed for three nights. The location is excellent, right on Thappraya Road, halfway between South Pattaya and Jomtien. It was easy to catch a songthaew, and there's a 7-Eleven right across the street, which was very convenient. The hotel isn't large; it feels more like a boutique hotel, and there weren't many groups, so the clientele was pleasant. The facilities are well-maintained and clean, and the rooms were also meticulously cleaned and well-kept. The front desk, security guards, and cleaning staff were all courteous and well-trained. I was upgraded to the top floor this time, which was very comfortable. The linens were changed daily with fresh sheets and pillowcases, showing the owner's excellent management. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, it's perfectly reasonable considering the price. Overall, it's a wonderfully clean and comfortable hotel that I would definitely like to visit again.

The hotel facilities seem to be quite old and run-down. We encountered several minor issues after checking in, like the showerhead being broken and constantly leaking from the bottom. As for the charging outlets in the room, I'm not sure if it was unstable voltage or what, but sometimes they worked and sometimes they didn't. We contacted the front desk, but they couldn't fix it. Surprisingly, it resolved itself the next day. The hotel is located on a lively street, with a 7-Eleven just a few dozen meters away, making shopping convenient. However, there are many 'questionable' shops right outside, which made me feel a bit uneasy going out at night.

Our experience at Grass Serviced Suites was truly top-tier! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted at the front entrance and assisted by multiple staff members. Everyone was friendly, professional, and accommodating, and they clearly explained everything we needed to know during check-in. After verifying our booking and passports, we were personally escorted to our room by Wannisa. She was very friendly and approachable, and she took the time to explain everything inside the room and make sure we were comfortable. She was also very helpful when we checked out, which we really appreciated. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained. They provided all the basic necessities, including coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, and bottled drinking water. The bathroom amenities were also impressive—they provided a toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap, vanity kit with cotton buds and facial cotton, and even earplugs. Overall, we had a really great experience at Grass Serviced Suites. The cleanliness, thoughtful amenities, and especially the friendly and helpful staff made our stay very comfortable. We highly recommend this place and would definitely consider staying here again!

The hotel is wonderful. It's not new, but it's very well-maintained, and there were no issues during our stay. Everything was very friendly, efficient, and hospitable. You can see the hotel's high class and standard. The breakfasts are luxurious, with ice cream, all sorts of drinks, hot dishes, cheeses, miso soup – too much to remember everything. There's a nice area with pools, jacuzzis, and warm water. A small water park. A free bar every day with a good selection. The textiles in the room are excellent, and towels are provided by card at the pool. The views from the room are spectacular. There's a bar on the 32nd floor with an amazing view. It also has its own direct access to the Terminal. We absolutely loved it!

A nice hotel with a convenient location. The staff cleaned our room every day (we left the sign out), and it was always very clean when we returned in the evening. The room has a comfortable air conditioning system, which is a big plus. However, unfortunately, there is no wardrobe. There's soap and shampoo, but no other toiletries. The reception staff are very friendly and speak good English. The hotel grounds have a great pool with clean water and well-equipped relaxation areas. There's also a laundry room with ironing facilities and a place for natural drying (washing - 40 baht, drying - 50 baht, detergent - 10 baht). A great hotel, we were satisfied. Wong Amat Beach is a 5-minute walk away :)
