My stay here far exceeded my expectations. The property is surely breathtaking. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. We had booked a round-trip airport transfer and was provided assistance when departing from Phuket Airport by the airport representative. Anton helped us get checked in to our airline and dropped off our luggage. This was a nice touch provided by the hotel. We booked a partial ocean view pavilion. The room was very clean and modern. The decor makes the room feel comfortable and each room has a private pool. Attention to detail is top notch and is what sets this hotel apart. Breakfast at Red Sauce was exceptional as there were plenty of food selections to choose from. You can choose to sit indoors or outdoors during breakfast. Sitting outdoors will grant you a view of the pool. The dishes we ordered from the a la carte menu came out quick and everything we ordered was delicious. The service here is what truly makes this hotel a definite return for me in the future.

The room, view, service and other conveniences are all good, nothing to say. The reason for deducting one star is that the cleaning staff would appear in the room without anyone noticing, no matter early or late, they would appear halfway through the Spring Festival Gala and in the early morning, without ringing the doorbell at all. What if you are taking a shower naked?

We had an unforgettable experience from the moment we arrived, the staff are very welcoming and taken care of. Their attention to detail was exceptional. The pool, spa and views are out of this world. What really made our stay special was the extraordinary and personal service. The staff were genuine, friendly and kind especially „Lift“ our personal server very kind and treated us with care. „Lift“ from the first moment he greeted us to the last moment we saw him, he showed how important the first and last impression is. His face was the last one we saw, and that moment will stay in our memory. He truly embodied the saying: „The first impression counts, the last impression remains“ We had beautiful memories that will last with us for a lifetime.

Pros: 1. The hotel's private beach is excellent, with fine sand that's very soft underfoot. 2. There are sun loungers on the beach, not many, but there aren't many guests either. It's mostly Westerners and fewer Chinese. The foreigners are all very polite, and the Chinese guests I met were also very friendly and well-behaved. Unlike larger hotels that are crowded, this one is very quiet and private. Overall, a great experience. 3. The sea view is stunning, and the sunset is beautiful. You can watch the sunset from the restaurant, which is very romantic. 4. The rooms are clean, and the facilities are quite complete. The bedding is clean and comfortable on the skin. Although the hotel rooms aren't new, they are very well-maintained. 5. The shuttle service is responsive, and the staff are relatively enthusiastic. 6. There's not much around. There's a Brothers and a Top (shops/restaurants), which are basic but sufficient. There's a 7-Eleven about a hundred meters walk from the entrance. However, a 15-minute taxi ride takes you to Phuket Town, where you can find dining, small bars, and massages. Cons: 1. We visited in August, when the waves were quite big, so I didn't dare to swim much. The beach isn't actually that big. 2. The rooms are generally quite simple. For a hotel costing over 2,000 THB in the low season and over 4,000 THB in the high season, the decor is far from luxurious. 3. There are stairs to climb. From the beach to the lobby, you have to climb stairs. Some of the sea-view bungalows are quite far from the lobby. As a heavier person, climbing stairs was difficult, and I had to call for the shuttle constantly every day. Fortunately, the service was good, and the shuttle was very responsive. Summary: Quiet, private, beautiful scenery. Perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet, fulfilling every expectation of a resort hotel. I'd even call it a 'hotel of a lifetime'.

I went to Phuket for five days during the May Day holiday. I chose the V Villas Phuket MGallery on the last night. Unfortunately, I encountered a heavy rainstorm, which greatly reduced the entire stay experience. I took advantage of the first working day after the long holiday to simply post a post to record it. First of all, let me talk about the conclusion. I personally feel that it is definitely not worth staying in this sea view pool villa with a price of 8,000 or 9,000 yuan per night during the holiday when the weather is bad (I am the big loser), but if you encounter good weather and the right price, this hotel is still worth experiencing. The entire hotel is located on the hillside at the southernmost end of Phuket. The entire hotel has only 19 pool villas, a separate lobby and a multi-functional building. The first floor is an infinity pool and poolside bar, the second floor is a restaurant, and the third floor is a rooftop bar. Looking at the photos, the bar on the third floor is very popular, but because of the weather, I only went to the room and the infinity pool on the first floor. I arrived at the hotel at noon on May 4th. After completing the check-in procedures in the lobby, I was told that I could only check in at around 2 o'clock, so I went directly to the infinity pool to swim and wait for the room. When it was almost 2 o'clock, the butler came to the pool and took us to the villa. To be honest, it was quite amazing when I entered the villa. There was a semi-open outdoor area right at the entrance. There were parasols and outdoor beds by the pool. The bedroom was right at the entrance. Turning left was the living room facing the sea view and the pool. On the right was the dressing room and bathroom. The whole villa had a very high floor-to-ceiling height. The living room had large French doors and windows, which were very transparent. The outdoor infinity pool was about ten meters long and three meters wide. The water quality was great. I could reach the edge by swimming butterfly stroke. The hardware of the room was also very good. What impressed me most was the large double massage bathtub in the bathroom. At that time, I was very happy to book a floating breakfast in the pool for the next morning with the housekeeper. If the room included two breakfasts, it only cost more than 800 baht. Then I ate the afternoon tea set provided by the hotel in the room while waiting for the weather to improve. But later I found out that the weather in Phuket was the best in the past two days when I checked in... After playing in the room pool for a while, I found that the weather was getting worse and worse. Later, it rained heavily (see the video for details). The rain continued until we checked out the next day. In the end, we could only go to the pool to take a picture of the floating breakfast during the rain in the morning... Overall, the experience of staying in V Villa this time is hard to describe. It is recommended that you should not choose to stay in this hotel in the rainy season in the future. This time I stayed at the Anantara Resort in Layan. There were not many people, it was very quiet, and it was very suitable for lying down and looking at the sea. Sitting in the pool and floating, enjoying the sun, the days started leisurely. The hotel restaurants are also very delicious, the products are great, the coffee can be changed, and the hamburgers ordered while lying on the beach in the afternoon are also delicious! I want to praise their service for being very detailed, especially the lobby manager who is very attentive to observe your needs, help arrange vehicles and sleeping pillows, and enthusiastically cooked white porridge for me because I had diarrhea. I really like it! Although the vacation time is not long, it can really wash away those trivial things and stay away from people and things with negative energy.

It's a perfect resort. Service and facility cleanliness are all provided at the best level, friendly staff and perfect service are provided. The moment I entered the resort, I was able to spend a happy time with my family and friends in a private environment. Each room is separated so you can spend individual time, and the common living room is also where everyone can gather and have a good time. The pool is so spacious and comfortable that there is no need for a main pool. This is the place that allowed me to have the most perfect and fantastic vacation of my life.
