This is a boutique hotel, small but exquisite, with an unbeatable location. Breakfast was a real highlight, enjoying delicious food with a beautiful view. the hotel is very close to the train station, like 3 minutes walk and there is a couple of cafes close by and a 7-11. the hotel room was nice and clean. the pool is good but there are never any towels and it seems the gym doesn’t open till noon which is really strange. even when you ask for towels they never turn up. the reception staff were not particularly welcoming, but the door man was friendly. the breakfast was okay, very chinese focused. there are a few food options in the hotel including an apparently michelin recommended chinese restaurant. we didn’t eat there but based on our experience in the other restaurant this is hard to believe. the service was so incredibly slow and the cocktails were pretty terrible. the food was nice when it finally came and there was live music which was lovely. the outside restaurant area was nice by the water. the hotel isn’t really close to any temples or much so you have to get a taxi or tuk tuk which is fine. it’s an okay hotel and i would stay again if i had to, but don’t expect much from the staff who definitely need some customer service training.FromTHB 1,391

Good attention from the staff, very good will and it is appreciated. The best thing about the hotel is the Thai atmosphere, the detailed decoration and the view sitting from the terrace with a cold beer at night, an excellent unique moment. I stayed two nights for work but I will return with my family to enjoy it better. 100% recommended, good and pleasant experience. Nearby there are local restaurants and services. To put it bluntly, the impression of the place is ambiguous. In fact, it is a few wooden houses around the reservoir and across the road a few more. A small wooden reception. Where are the photos on trip com with the huge buildings and columns from? They don't exist or they are someone's virtual fantasy. The grounds are maintained the lodges are clean. Severely disappointed with a very poor and unpalatable breakfast. Smoothed out with good coffee in a coffee shop with a veranda on the territory. There was a loy kratong holiday and we decided to go kratong on the river. The hotel employee offered to take us on a tuk tuk, we agreed. But he came not himself but his acquaintance and offered to do it 4 times more expensive than a normal cab from Bolt. Apparently we had to share with the employee. And all this next to our car. All this was quite stupid and left a bad impression of the hotel staff. By the totality of qualities and emotions from the visit to no one do not recommend anyone to visit here. You can see that the owner is trying and some employees spoil everything with incorrect behavior and petty deception.FromTHB 859

The location is fantastic, right inside the Old City. It's a family guesthouse, and you can see many temples directly from the hotel. This hotel actually saved my trip to Ayutthaya!!!!!
I had booked a four night stay at a different establishment, When I got to that hotel they tried to scam me and charge me extra money for my room even though I paid for the room a full month in advance.... After check-in they tried to scam me....
I went online and I found this incredible hotel, And I can tell you I am so glad that I did because I was ready to give up on my trip to Ayutthaya!!!!
The beds are super comfortable the rooms are unbelievably clean and the pool.....
The pool is by far the cleanest pool I found here in Thailand....
Has someone who has stayed in over 200 different hotel rooms here in Thailand........

The location is very good. It takes more than ten minutes to get off the boat. There are supermarkets and bars next to it.
