At first I couldn't find the way, and the boss came out to pick me up. The boss is very good and very careful to introduce the facilities of my homestay and take me up. I live on the third floor. When I open the door, I feel that I want the comfortable personal space. There are also some aromatherapy books in the room. Very intimate ～ I also introduced me to a lot of Hengchun Kenting to see the place. Next time I come to Hengchun Talk will also stay here ～

When I finally left, there was a problem with the car reservation, and the lady boss arranged a special car. This service is worth 6 stars

We had a truly pleasant weeklong stay at Taj Lands End. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout. The breakfast spread was quite good, offering plenty of variety.
While frontline staff rightly receive the most recognition, I’d like to shine a light on the silent warriors behind the scenes—the housekeeping team, who work tirelessly to ensure every guest is comfortable. Great experience at Taj Mahal Tower, from the check in, to the room service, to the breakfast variety and restaurant food everything was superb.
Located just outside India gate.
The little touches like the traditional welcome and the complimentary heritage tour make it all the more special.
The room service staff were friendly and nothing was too much effort for them.

Stayed here for 1 night as a transit hotel after a short trip in Mumbai. The hotel looks very grand from the outside and gives a good first impression. However, during check-in, I was given a room with 2 queen beds even though I had booked a king bed room. The receptionist told me it was a very beautiful room, so I accepted it, but honestly it felt like just a normal room. I believe the king bed rooms were likely sold out, which was probably why I was given a first-floor room instead.
I was not very happy about that, but since it was only a transit stay and I had to wake up early for my flight, I decided not to make an issue out of it. Another downside was the airport drop-off service, which cost 1700 INR including tax ($25 dollars)for only about a 10-minute ride. It felt quite expensive, but with a 4 am flight, I still paid for the convenience. Overall, okay for a short transit stay, but not perfect.FromTHB 3,520

It needed three attempts to be able to open the door of my room as visibly the battery of the door lock was not working anymore. The floor carpet in the bathroom was dirty.

Observed and experienced only hotel for the 9 days trip in India from Delhi to agra, to Juipur to Mumbai, and really helped customers nor doing the work for tips. Housekeeping guy was very considerable and helpful in sending extra towel, a soft and a hard pillow for my kid to sleep better. Keep up the standard and service, 4 Seasons Mumbai would be the first choice next trip to Mumbai. 👍

The yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there.
I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. Holiday Inn is generally a good hotel close to Terminal 2 of Mumbai Airport. The beauty is that despite the hotel being under renovation, there was no interference with the stay. One can’t tell whether renovations are going on. Rooms are spacious and clean. I got a window view on the 6th floor and had a better view of what Mumbai is.
