The hotel location is not very scenic. The big swimming pool was not open when we checked in at the end of April (why not make sure all facilities are available before allowing us to check in?). There is only a small swimming pool outside the gym :(, which is heated. The room I booked has a jetted tub. The water temperature was very hot on the first day, which was fine. When I wanted to use it on the second night, I found that it was room temperature and I couldn't take a bath at all. I communicated with the reception and he said he couldn't do anything about it. The temperature is controlled by the hotel and guests cannot adjust it. Pressing the temperature increase button didn't work :(. In addition, no cleaning staff came to tidy up the room during the day on the second day. The food, service and environment of the restaurant are all good.

Very good hotel, fell in love with Corfu because of the hotel, the only thing you need is that you must have a car, otherwise it is inconvenient to get in and out because the hotel is not in the city.

Good service, except for a problem with booking the taxi for the return (at the reception they forgot to book the taxi, even though we requested it at 10 in the morning for 4.45 in the afternoon). For the rest, beautiful structure, very well kept, good and varied food (excellent possibility to choose between the various restaurants where to eat), a little small beach, but the lawn behind it with all the plants providing shade is the best.
