Hosts - Nuwat & his mum are nice and friendly.
They accommodated to my later check-in time when my arrival time was delayed. My room was already prepared upon my arrival with the air-con turned on.
The house is well equipped with all amenities which one can asked for and they have 3 lovely pet dogs.
Location of their place is near Huai Kwang station which is convenient to everywhere and there is also bus stops nearby for easy access.
A lot of food stalls and restaurants within walking distance and the area is filled with Chinese restaurants which can cater to Chinese tourists.
Overall, it was a great experience staying in Nuwat’s place and is highly recommended for those who would like to experience staying in a local Thai-style homestay.

Pool and jacuzzi was amazing, used them 2 of the full days I had there, very relaxing. Taxi services always waiting on front if you don't want to walk, I recommend walking. My wife and I stayed two nights on our last trip when we were leaving Thailand, the location was great not very busy and close to the metro, within walking distance to many hotels and restaurants, the room was big enough for the two of us, the beds were comfortable and we both had two pillows which we liked, the gym was well equipped for my exercise routine and after I swam so it was perfect, we opted for the breakfast and we did not regret it there was a wide variety Chinese, European, Halal, Indian and Vegetarian options too, I would stay here again when I visit Bangkok again because the staff was very friendly and welcoming.FromUS$76

I felt like I was being treated differently. Aside from the young lady who checked me in, everyone else, especially another staff member, had a really bad attitude. It seemed like the hotel caters mostly to white guests, judging by its British decor. They only emptied the trash in my room, no actual cleaning. I brought my own towel, but used one of the hotel's to dry my hair. When I asked for a replacement, I got an old, dirty-looking one that clearly showed its age and couldn't be washed clean. The one initially provided when I checked in was brand new and good quality. I even took comparison photos. If they don't want to host Chinese guests, they shouldn't accept bookings. There's no need for this kind of behavior. I would have been fine if all the towels were old and dirty from the start, but not for them to replace a good one with a noticeably worse one.FromUS$128

Facilities were complete, but the room's blinds weren't very good at blocking out light. I was woken up by the sun around 7 AM.
Cleanliness: Very clean. Housekeeping came to tidy up every day. The water quality was excellent; I used a filtered shower head and noticed it barely got dirty.
I spent most of my time at the hotel and ordered room service for several meals. The prices weren't expensive, but the food tasted very mediocre, almost like it was pre-made. Other than that, everything else was good.FromUS$89

Best quality hotel in Bangkok at this price range. The room is spacious, clean & charming. The accommodation of this hotel starts from 8th floor to 20th floor, so the boarder can enjoy the modern Bangkok city view from the top floor in a large glass. The swimming pool is on the 7th floor. It is not so big but well arranged. You can feel the rooftop swimming pool. There is a well equipped gym just beside the swimming pool. The amenities are good quality but all are not available in the room. The guest needs to ask to get this. The staff behaviour is polite but the receptionist is just robotic. It's a very spacious and clean hotel. For those who want a connection room they need to make a special arrangement. I would suggest the opposite room instead of Side by side room. There might be a chance to have pillar in between. So it's not okay to share toiletries or food. But shampoo and shower provided in the toilet as well. I like the room very much as it was not carpet in the room. Free flow of Pepsi, drinking water, tea/coffee and instant cup noodles is replenished very day. You can bring your water bottle and refill your water at the lobby along the hallway. They provide liquid soap instead of a soap bar and their bathroom was marvellous, the floor is dry after each shower. Their shower screen is well installed. There is a microwave in the room. Great for business trips too. Their bidet toilet bowl is great for ppl who do not use toilet rolls. The only thing I didn't like was ~their automatic curtain, there is a gap above the holder too wide, sunlight just shines in every morning before my alarm. For my room, my children's room was okay. ~There was no dressing table either. Although there is a big mirror, there isn't a lighting above or a lamp for women to do their makeup. ~The lighting on the ceiling was weird too. Doesn't meet the area in need. Like I mentioned, if you need to use the mirror, any lighting will wake the other person up. But still I will stay again when I visit Bangkok again.FromUS$50

Me and my husband couldn’t be more satisfied with this hotel. We booked 5 nights but only spent 4 nights as our flight going back to Philippines is like 9:30 at night and we just want to make things hassle free for us without rushing to checkout (12.00 in the afternoon).
Everything we need and expected are met. From the amenities, breakfast and dinner all in. Worth the price we paid. They also have free popcorn and apple juice 24/7 near their lobby. Aside from that, we appreciate their FREE tuktuk ride going to nearby areas(big c, platinum mall, central world, etc), and it is 24/7 as well drop off and pickup on the areas where they dropped you. You do not need to worry about booking your grab as well when you go to the airport as the hotel has recommendations for that.
We will surely recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Also how can I forget, they offer thai costume photoshoot for FREE. Mild and Som are so nice and always there to help you put up the costume and jewelries.

Arrived at Bangkok airport late at night and the taxi to the hotel only cost 300 THB (used a Bolt voucher). Stayed at the hotel for three nights; it was clean and hygienic. The first night was a bit noisy, probably because it's close to a main road, but I got used to it over the next two or three days. The location in Khlong Toei district is a bit far from the city center (like Siam), but it's very convenient if you buy a BTS one-day pass. There's a fresh market nearby that locals frequent; I bought mangosteens, durians, dragon fruits, papayas, etc. – all for less than half the usual price, highly recommend!FromUS$36

Mercure is my families most favorite hotel. We’ve been there roughly 10 times. It is our go to spot. This time around we were shocked that one of the employees was very rude. Her name was KATE! She gave me an extremely hard time at checkout I was a few minutes late and had my two little children with me and she felt the need to remind me 8 times while I was checking out. In the future I will definitely deal with a different person and she almost had me choose another hotel on our way back. Horrible customer service by KATE! This was my first time staying here, and everything was excellent. One thing I especially want to praise is how clean and quiet the room was. I slept very comfortably. The room was spacious, and considering the price I paid, it was great value for money. There are several restaurants nearby, and a 7-Eleven is conveniently located right next door.
