The Smart TV includes Disney+ and is paired with a surround‑sound system. You’ll also find a wide selection of cookbooks and board games to enjoy during your stay.

The main bedroom features a standard double bed and its own ensuite shower room.

The second bedroom is more compact but still accommodates a double bed. Please note that the bed can only be accessed from one side and there is limited storage space.

In the lounge, there is a single sofa bed suitable for one additional guest. It is on the firmer side, but a deep 15cm mattress topper is provided for comfort.

The flat can accommodate up to 5 adults and children. There is also space for one infant or toddler in a travel cot (provided) in the master bedroom if required.

A log burner is available for guest use, though firewood and firelighters are not supplied. Outside, there is a BBQ for summer use. Our cleaners only service the garden seating and BBQ monthly, so please ensure they are left clean for the next guest.

Please be aware that this property is also a lived‑in home when I am not working away. Some cupboards are available for guest use, while others are locked; everything is clearly labelled in the kitchen to help you find what you need easily. Most personal items have been removed, though a few remain to help maintain a homely feel.

For fire safety reasons, we advise that this property is not suitable for guests with limited mobility. Our house is just three minutes away from the shops yet incredibly peaceful and quiet. The spacious 5 bedroom property is ideal for one or more families who want to be right in town yet only minutes from the beach, river, shops, parks bars and resturants. With off street parking for up to 4 cars (which is usually a challenge in Exmouth) and a large garden with a patio that offers outside dining for up to 10 people. There is space for everyone to relax and do their thing. There are 55" smart TVs in both the lounge and the breakfast room. Located a stones throw from the seafront and just minutes from a selection of restaurants bars and the marina. You can relax with your car safely parked off-road and explore and enjoy without restrictions, even bring your pets. This cosy self contained ground floor apartment is within a minutes walk to the seafront, easy to enjoy a stroll with your partner, or the dog. It’s also a level 5 minute walk to the town centre where the expected assortment of shops, banks, pubs etc await your inspection. The apartment features a large bay fronted double bedroom, with king size bed, assorted furniture and extra USB sockets to charge your tech. Behind this the second bedroom features two single beds, and assorted furniture and more USB sockets for charging phones etc.
Then you are into the lounge area. A wall mounted smart tv provides plenty of free view channels, access to Netflix and Amazon prime, as well as other apps etc as found on smart tv menu. There are two sofas , one which will convert to a sofa bed. There is a fold out table which has 4 fold out chairs. There’s a bookcase with books and games if you fancy. Then into the kitchen, with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher etc, ready to use. We always leave tea and coffee to get you started. The Living room and kitchen are on the ground floor with access from the kitchen to a private south facing sunny terrace. The spacious bedroom and shower room are on the 1st floor, up a flight of stairs. The house is situated on Raleigh Road, it is a 10minute walk to the beach and about 5 minutes to the town centre with its shops cafes restaurants and cinema. EXMOUTH is a great place for cycling with a route right along the coast up to Exeter. We have secure storage available for bikes if you want to bring your own bicycles.
