Wonderful newly renovated 2 storey townhouse set on a desirable riverside development in the city centre of York. Outside there is a secure paved back garden with plants and seating. There is a 1 allocated parking space available directly outside the back of the property. The house is situated just a short walk into the centre and very close to the Barbican but has the benefits of being in a quiet but popular residential area with riverside views. As this is a quiet residential development we respect our neighbours and the house is ideally suited to families or tourists to York.
