The place to stay is really intimate. It was very late when I was eating out. I packed it back and found that the food was a bit cold. Fortunately, there was a microwave in the place to stay. You can eat it when you heat it. It is very worry-free to live here.

The villa area is particularly large and the overall is particularly transparent. The communication with the boss is very smooth, and the reception service of the housekeeper is also meticulous. The garden lawn near the lake is large, the children are very happy, the lake water quality is very good, and the little boys are having fun fishing. There are also many indoor entertainment facilities, billiards, mahjong, KTV, game consoles, etc., the 2-day and one-night itinerary is more fulfilling, especially good experience, will book this in the future, highly recommended.

This is a set of villas in Tianma Golf Course that have a very good life. The community is full of single-family villas. The environment is particularly good. The green area is large. When you come out, you basically have a large lawn! Our set is on the edge of the lake, which adds a lot of points and the air is very fresh.

The location of the B&B is very good, in the core area of Langxia Country Park, close to the Langxia Ecological Park; the room is relatively dry, the facilities are quite good, and the toiletries provided are slightly simple; the restaurant in the B&B, the Internet cafe leisure area, etc. are good, and there is a small viewing terrace on the roof; The owner of the homestay is warm and attentive. The surrounding countryside is excellent and is a good choice for Shanghai residents to take a leisure and vacation in the suburbs.

A ins wind homestay in the countryside, simple and stylish, suitable for a few friends to live slowly here, the boss is beautiful and warm, you can also make an appointment to order a meal at the homestay, convenient and comfortable, have a feeling of home.

Very very satisfied with the room! Taking my mother on a trip, the old man came to Shanghai for the first time. Originally, he planned to go on a night cruise. The old man stood by the bed and looked directly at it and was satisfied. There is no need to go for a night cruise! You can enjoy the beauty of the Oriental Pearl Tower while lying on the bed. The view is really amazing. There is also a bar, table and chairs, ironing machine in the room~~

The butler sent us the check-in method and some tips in advance, very good! Enjoy the river view, the view is very good, it is really good, if the windows are full floor windows, it would be even better. The sound insulation effect is relatively poor, and I was woken up next door for two consecutive days; The kitchen is a bit afraid to use, some things are rusty; Transportation: 15 minutes walk to the nearby subway station

An unexpected experience, service, hardware, and environment were much better than I expected. It is also static and dynamic, which can be used for leisure and vacation. The floor heating of the whole house, the room with 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows, and the private garden allow you to relax and relax. Action can be a party experience, xbox, chess and cards, karaoke can make you infinitely happy. It is simply a treasure hotel, worth recommending.

This hotel is really good👍 Come and play with friends nearby recommended The hotel hardware is in place and the service is also very good Staying outside must be hygienic and clean, this is what I pay attention to This one is done very well, the decoration style is simple and atmospheric, and the scenery in the courtyard is also beautiful.

Because I was watching the Masters Cup Tennis Open, I was lucky enough to experience the most expensive resort hotel in Shanghai. The hotel is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. As soon as I stepped into the hotel's tree-lined avenue, I calmed down. The room of more than 90 square meters is extremely comfortable and special. It is the spray of the tropical jade forest that allows you to bathe under the huge waterfall and eliminate the fatigue of the whole body. Because the game was a night game, we rode bikes together during the day to visit the hotel's brand new back garden - Maqiao Forest Park, and visited various precious ancient trees and ancient houses that the hotel investor Mr. Ma Dadong moved from Jiangxi, as well as various kinds of gold and silver. Nan's study room is furnished with nanmu furniture and furnishings, and I also watched the latest American blockbuster with my family in the hotel's private cinema. This week in the hotel was really full of experiences, and the time spent with my family was also very warm. I look forward to the next one. Come again. By the way, the hotel's breakfast is really great, the ingredients are very fresh, the buffet has a rich variety, and there are even more personalized orders. Dining here is a pleasure! Environment: Excellent!

The garden is full of sweet-scented osmanthus. It was upgraded to a large room of 160 square meters at the store. It is super practical to have an extra room. There are bathtubs indoors and outdoors. The bed, quilt and pillows were quite comfortable, and I had a good sleep at night. I was originally worried that there would be noise from planes at night, but it didn't happen, and it was still quiet. Walking outdoors during the day, and planes flying over from time to time. I enjoyed two restaurants. The western food is an Italian restaurant, the Chinese restaurant is called Lazhu, and the non-spicy restaurant has Chaoshan cuisine. The dining environment is good, the scenery outside the window is beautiful, and the service staff also serve with smiles. The gym is great, with good sanitary conditions and complete facilities. I went to the Nan Study Room in the hotel, learned about some tea culture, and visited the Nanmu furniture and some small objects made of Nanmu. It was good. When I got home, I discovered that one of the suitcases had a Yangyun Anman luggage tag attached to it. I have to give this a thumbs up. During the few days I stayed at the hotel, Canada Goose was engaged in construction activities, and some areas were occupied, which was a pity.

Bvlgari Unable to travel over the festive season, I decided to treat myself to a few days in a local hotel. What other choice was there, other than the Bvlgari? Prior to my arrival I received a call from the hotel. They confirmed my arrival time, made dinner reservations for me, added me to WeChat and offered me any other help that I required. Upon arrival I was greeted by Eva. She checked me in and immediately offered me a late check out time of 14:00. This was extended further on the final day to 16:00. Fantastic! More time to relax by the pool and in the sauna. Having checked me in, Eva gave me a tour of the property. The Bvlgari is stunning! From the stylish restoration of the Chamber of Commerce building to the sleek, modern interior of the main building. The Bvlgari is located in an excellent position by Suzhou Creek. It offers dazzling views of Lujiazui , the Huangpu River and the rear of The Bund. Perhaps one of the best views in the city. Of course, the room was magnificent. Huge TV, super comfortable bed, walk-in wardrobe and a wide selection of drinks and snacks, most of which were complimentary. I especially thought the pillow mist was a nice touch. In addition to the welcome snacks, Eva brought me a desert from their little cabin outside. A delicious Italian, vanilla donut- like desert. Good job I didn’t have lunch that day. I dined at both the Italian and Chinese restaurants. Both of which offer amazing food. The Italian presents simplistic fare with the emphasis on fresh ingredients. The vegetable broth and specialty bread is to die for. The Chinese restaurant offers high quality Cantonese food and an alternative wine selection to that in the main building. The sommelier suggested a great wine pairing for the meal and also provided a complimentary glass of champagne and a coffee liqueur before escorting back to the hotel. Le Mer products are used in the spa! Yes, this is fantastic. My therapist, Daisy, had me in the state of being between consciousness and unconsciousness many times during the course of my treatment. Just what I was looking for. The staff at the Bvlgari are excellent. Young, professional and obviously well trained, evident through their subject knowledge and warm hearted service. All the staff consistently addressed me by name and ensured that my stay was perfect. Whilst at the bar, one of the girls presumed I was asking for the bill, when actually I was asking for another drink. I left to visit the WC and returned to find a note apologizing for her misunderstanding of English accompanying a complimentary desert with my drink. That was amazing! Thank you, Elsker. It’s often the small things that make a difference. Whilst walking to my room one of the room attendants was vacuuming the carpet. She abruptly stopped and waited for me to pass. Whilst at the pool, I headed towards the jacuzzi. Some of the staff appeared to be fixing or checking something, but they swiftly disappeared as I emerged. Upon checkout, Eva was waiting for me with a gift bag containing chocolates. This was in addition to the luggage tags and toiletries that were gifted by the turn down service the previous night. Eva called me a car to take me home. Whilst I waited she filled my gift bag with sweets from the huge jars of confectionery in the lobby. As the doorman approached to let me know my car had arrived, he also presented a small gift of Bvlgari toiletry products. What an amazing experience.! Truly remarkable. I will definitely return and I’ll be adding locations in Paris, London, Bali and Milan to my list of places to visit. Thank you to the entire Bvlgari team. From those excellent customer facing members of staff to those who are behind the scenes and make things run so well. You all do a fantastic job and I wish you all the greatest success on the future. If you get a chance, visit the Bvlgari.

I booked a Bund view room, and the assigned room was right opposite Lujiazui. I was very satisfied with it. The only drawback was that it was a bit foggy, but it was still beautiful! The housekeeper is Miss Rita. I give her a five-star rating. She responds very quickly. She also took the initiative to help us arrange a view for afternoon tea. We didn’t even need to call to order breakfast in the room. I sent her a message directly. She responded very early in the morning. , very dedicated and thoughtful :)

Located in the bustling business district of Xuhui, Capella is much better than the ones in Hainan! It's quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, making it very convenient to go out for a walk or ride a bike. Although the design of the small five-story building is climbed up and down, the functional areas are indeed divided very well. The sanitation and cleaning are good. Both bathrooms and toilets are smart and have heating functions. They are very friendly to friends who come to Shanghai in the winter. The audio-visual room does not disturb teammates who want to sleep. The light shading in the room is excellent and the sound insulation is very good. , it was quite quiet all night (but I don’t know if it was because there were few or no neighboring guests), which was appreciated by teammates who suffer from insomnia. The service is also very good. From the time of check-in, every employee takes the initiative to say hello, greets you with a smile, and responds quickly to requests. As for breakfast, I think it can be improved. Breakfast is a la carte service and can be ordered and delivered to the room. I went to the restaurant to eat, but my expectations may have been too high. I felt that the product that day was not at an excellent level, and the staff did not feel very busy. Why do I always have to ask for more tea? Haha... The last unhappy thing is that because I like their body wash, I bought it for home use, but I forgot to check it in when I boarded the plane, and the security personnel took it away in vain😭😭😭I will bring my children back next time, continue. Keep up the service level!

I was pleasantly surprised when I stayed at Capella Hotel Shanghai Jianyeli for the first time. A villa with several floors is completely different from other five-star hotels. It is very private and undisturbed. The hotel service is very online. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the lighting details are well matched. It’s luxurious and looks great in photos. The hotel’s cultural and tourism officer provided great service and proactively answered our questions. He also gave us invitation cards for the night ceremony and drank delicious Internet celebrity cocktails. The hotel also has a bar that is only for guests staying in the hotel and is not open to the public. The open library is a resting place, and the details are in place. During my stay, the front office manager Thomas also gave me his business card so that I can contact him in advance next time for a better experience and good service. Five-star praise! !

The J hotel is truly beautiful. Very impressive from upon entry. The fragrant that hits you upon entry was indeed breathtaking. The place smelt immaculate. Although it was a one night stay for us, it was the little things that made such lasting impressions from the package deal that came with the room to their customer service, it was impeccable. The food there, OMG, exquisite, delicious and moreish. For breakfast we definitely went A la carte and was quite surprised when we were told we can order the entire menu if we wished 😂. By all means we had seconds. Loved the fact that we got an extended check out for 2pm with no additional charge. We really enjoyed our stay there. I have only two faults with the hotel: 1) The rugs/carpets in the room can do with a deep clean. Though it didn’t smell or anything but the dirt and stains are very noticeable. Hence the 4/5 for cleanliness. 2) The fact that at some point we had to leave the hotel to head back home🥲. Overall, if the price is a non factor I say pay this hotel a visit, you won’t regret it. We will definitely visit again.
- Jaslyfe
Really enjoyed the stay! Impeccable service upon arrival - from the concierge, check in was very smooth and butler was very helpful in assisting with our dinner reservation. The hotel tour is a must! Ms Wang, tour guide, takes her time to introduce and explain the details of the architecture from Ground Floor to 120F. We had to check our early morning (5:30am) and they packed our breakfast for us to bring to the airport. They also provided a small gift which is a nice gesture. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

When I checked in, Starry was very kind. I asked for a late checkout and she gave it to me free of charge. I was also upgraded room free of charge which was very nice. I wasn’t overly sure on the amenities the hotel had (pool etc). The room was very clean with a lovely large bed. Good wifi, big TV, water in room, optional mini bar. I ordered some room service for lunch and it was very nice and came within a good time. All staff were very kind. I had a takeout delivered to the hotel and someone (I didn’t get her name) was very kind and helped me on her own phone to lick it up as I didn’t know how to do it. Would definitely stay again!

What we love - its central location, cleanliness, a lot of food choices during breakfast buffet, heated pool. We just had some concerns during booking and check in, it was not indicated that our room has no windows but the reception just gave us this room without windows. Due to winter, temperature control cannot be changed so it tends to be very warm.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right around the corner from Nanjing Road and the central shopping area where you can walk down and hit the Bund or Wai Tan. I got upgraded to a suite, and it was lovely, very clean with a very comfortable bed. I used the gym as well, which is very important for me, they have a fantastic gym, with lots of space and new facilities! It is a well-run, very comfortable hotel, worth the stay.

Our stay was pleasant and most of the staff were very helpful & friendly. They will greet us whenever we walked pass. Too bad we did not have the chance to enjoy the facilities and dine in the hotel. One feedback I had was during our check-in day on 28 Feb 2024. We were not sure if we had arrived at the right hotel as we do not know the hotel's Chinese name. It was raining and I wanted to alight & make a quick check with an older porter at the hotel entrance/drop-off point. When I asked the older porter ”这里是不是 Okura Garden Hotel?” He just brushed me aside and said ”不知道!”. In the end I had to dashed into the hotel lobby and reconfirmed with the reception on duty. Understand that English may not be a common language for the hotel staff especially the older ones. But won't it make a great difference if the staff at least knows the English name of the hotel that they are working for?

Check-in wasn’t a good experience, but the hotel was okay after that. When I first checked-in, the room key cards I was given didn’t work, which was frustrating as the room was one of the furthest from reception. This meant I had to go all the way back for new keys after a long day. I just wanted to relax! Then the second room I was given didn’t match the photos on Trip.com, in particular it didn’t have a real window, looking over the dining area rather than outside. But when finally settled into the third room, the stay was okay. It was supposedly an upgrade, but it only looked like the room I had booked. The location is the big plus: right on Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street which leads to the Bund, both iconic locations that are great to visit. I didn’t have the breakfast as there were no spare seats, so I went to a nearby McDonald’s instead. The hotel needs to enlarge its dining area.

Great location to visit the Bund, Yun Garden and City God Temple anytime. Booked the family suite room as a first timer. The room has two beds, enough space for up to 4 person and a living room. Room facing Landmark view (a sculpture). Top notch bidet toilet bowl, automatic closure and opening plus heating of the pad. Down side is the room was stuffy and hot during cold season. Heating system is centralised and the most the hotel staff can do is to provide an additional fan in the room to help with the ventilation. Presume this will the problem of most hotel who use centralised heating/cooling system. Staff is accommodating when you ask for their help. Standard of service is acceptable for me.
