The hotel environment is very good. As the itinerary was full, it was not fully experienced. A little regret

The environment is very beautiful, but the room is a bit small. The afternoon tea is very good, but a little expensive. The service is also very good! The steak for dinner is also good, but the price-performance ratio is a little worse. It is indeed a bit different from the Fairmont in our minds. I don’t recommend it!

My flight arrived late in the evening, and feeling uneasy about taking the subway and walking alone at night, I chose to stay overnight near the airport. Compared to hotels in the city center, the price was quite reasonable. My room was very clean, and some rooms even offer views of the Heathrow Airport runways. Overall, it was a good experience.

OMG, what can I say about this hotel? The hotel is beautiful, but the room is so small. Two people are fighting each other even if they turn around, and the luggage cannot be opened. There are two chairs, but there is no room for legs. No more, the bathroom is even smaller. Well, I went to live in a servant's room in a large manor. After staying for two nights, there was no cleaning service, towels were not changed, and there was no mineral water. The problem with all these hotels in the UK is that they have to set a specific time for breakfast, which is troublesome. The breakfast environment is very beautiful and quaint, but there are actually very few breakfast varieties. It’s nothing more than a continental breakfast or Bank Dick eggs or Spanish omelette or something like that

The hotel introduced by friends, there are many tourists in the city during the summer vacation, so choose this hotel that is close to the airport and convenient to the surrounding attractions. The reception desk was warm and detailed, the room was large, the shower was not very good, the breakfast was not much, and the hygiene was very clean. It is recommended to buy water and essentials in the supermarket that is approaching the hotel. The hotel's water is super expensive. Next to the hotel is the largest Mercedes-Benz store exhibition and sales in the UK, not bad!

Having stayed here many times, I do feel they have lost their shine. Things are a little shabby, public places around the hotel, especially the seating in the bar area, where lighting is really poor perhaps a good thing as it was less noticeable. We would have eaten in there for ease but the poor lighting put us off ( lighting was there but not switched on or bulbs had expired…) I even mentioned to our waiter we had decided to eat in the restaurant where the menu was similar but you could see it! I wonder if that feedback had been given to management… in ‘the day’ it certainly would have. The porter at reception looked like he couldn’t be bothered except to tell us we couldn’t take the airport trolley to our room. Given we had 3 big cases plus hand luggage, the vacant porters trolley would have helped us. That again in the day would never have happened. Sad really, but on the positive the food was good (Lamb and Chicken curries) and the staff friendly with smiles on their faces!

Pros: Excellent location, right opposite the castle with a shopping street right outside the door. Cons: 1) The room had a musty smell. 2) The cleanliness was terrible. Service: 3) One staff member was very good, but the others we encountered later were not. They didn't even show us to our room. Our room was in an annex building, and they didn't explain that clearly, so we had to drag our luggage around looking for it for a long time. I was so close to losing my temper. Overall, it's very old, not very clean, and not a premium experience.

The location is very good, with good food, drinks, fun and shopping nearby. I stay here every time I come here. My children are very satisfied. The service is average, but it is okay for one or two days. Compared with the surrounding areas, it is still good. The price-performance ratio is incomparable. This is the UK.

Fantastic hotel, and conveniently located. They have a bar in the evening that isn't loud or rowdy, perfect for a casual meal or a quiet drink. My only minor complaint is that the receptionist didn't inquire about my membership status or the possibility of an early check-in.

The place is spacious and cozy, with a modern design. The bathroom is quite large and includes a handrail next to the toilet, which is very suitable for elderly residents who need assistance. The bedroom is equipped with several call bells that allow residents to easily seek help from staff if they feel unwell — a thoughtful feature for the elderly. The bed is soft.
