The room is located next to the Grand Place in Brussels, very central and with convenient transportation. If you drive, the hotel doorman will help you park for free, of course if there is a parking space. The hotel is very clean, the service is warm, and they will help you take your luggage to the room. The hotel slippers are very comfortable 😌 If there is a little regret, it is that the bath water is not so friendly to girls with long hair. The shower is in a relatively low position, the wall spray 🚿 is a bit scattered, the water is not concentrated enough, but the water volume is large, and there is a heated towel rack... The room design is marble and other clean and retro, a bit Royal. There is also a night bed service, which I personally recommend.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the train station. The rooms are well-equipped and reasonably laid out. The bathroom has floor heating, which is very comfortable. The only drawback is that the room I stayed in didn't have a shower room, so I could only stand in the bathtub to take a shower. It would be even better if the bedding was better. I was very satisfied with everything else and would recommend staying here.

Friendly staff, comfortable and well designed rooms, very clean and quiet environment, various entertainment facilities and board games in the lobby. I highly recommend staying here when traveling to Brussels.

There are black spots and stains on the sheets. However, the room is not very small. It is relatively quiet. It is close to the subway station and has convenient transportation. It is not far from the city center and attractions. There is also a supermarket nearby, which is quite convenient.

The hotel is located on the bustling street, there are many supermarkets and restaurants around, the room is relatively large, we 2 people are divided into 3 beds, the hotel is relatively cost-effective, the old lady is particularly enthusiastic, come back late to check the room card, security is in place, especially the network is very powerful, Fast and steady. Room facilities are more environmentally friendly, no kettle, no refrigerator, no safe. TVs and shower heads need to be operated regularly to complete.

In general, there are many shortcomings. The first problem is that the hotel is located in the foreign area. Basically, there are no locals. The street outside is dirty and messy. The hotel lobby and elevator have aisles. After all, there are traces of years. The advantages are also very warm. The room is cleaned. Chang clean, 18 minutes walk from the Grand Plaza

The hotel's facilities are only rated 3 stars, and the room smells terrible. They didn't give me the room I requested, and I had to repeatedly request a cancellation before they finally gave me the room I requested. I asked them to open the window. There's something wrong with the hotel's procedures. I've traveled to over 60 countries, and every time I stayed at a hotel, my deposit was held in my account. But this hotel deposited the deposit into their own account. I need to contact the platform staff to discuss this matter.

Great location, situated in the shopping neighbourhood with a number of luxury brands and famous chocolatier and only take 15-20 minutes to the Grand Place by walk. Right next to metro station and tram station, perfect for travellers who want to wander around in the city and go to the train station. The services are great, the staff are friendly with lots of personal touch. Responsive all the times and sent what I asked for in a short while. The room is spacious and clean, but the mattress is a bit too soft to me (it’s quite personal anyways). Overall it’s a great value for money choice at this price.

I booked this thinking it was a five-star hotel, but upon arrival discovered it’s actually a four-star. There was no one to assist with luggage and no concierge service, though the reception staff were able to help when needed. Check-in is officially at 16:00, but they did allow us to access the room at 15:00, which was appreciated. However, the hotel itself feels very old and outdated, and in my opinion, needs improvements.

Great location near tourist attraction. About 10 minutes walk to Brussels Central Train Station. There is a Carrefour express just opposite the building (30 seconds walk), so it's really convenient. The room is exactly as advertised, clean and tidy. The kitchen has all the cooking amenities, and there is AC in the room, perfect for summer time! There are homeless people on the benches in front of the building, but the building is always locked. You have to use your room key to get in, so it's safe. There is also paid laundry service in the apartment hotel, and a lounge area. Overall, it's a wonderful stay! Would definitely stay here again if we're visiting Brussels.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — just a short walk from Brussels-Central Station, which made it incredibly easy for us to reach the hotel upon arrival. It’s also the ideal base for day trips to cities like Bruges and Ghent since the trains depart directly from the same station. The hotel staff were genuinely friendly, warm, and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was extremely comfortable and well-equipped, with plenty of power outlets — a small but very important detail for travelers who spend most of the day exploring and need to charge phones, cameras, and powerbanks. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, there was plenty of space for our belongings, and the bathroom was excellent, with enough room for all our skincare and personal items. Housekeeping also did a great job keeping everything clean. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. At first, I thought it was a bit expensive, but everything was fresh, delicious, and there were so many options that it definitely felt worth the price. The hotel was so good that I genuinely didn’t want to leave Brussels — two days were not enough. I truly hope I can come back again one day.

The hotel attendants were polite, Helpful. The room is big enough and clean... The location is decent, always farther from the city center, but there is another kind of tranquility. Overall quite satisfied. But give some improvement suggestions: The hot water is not stable enough, it will be hot for a while and cold a couple of times and hot again so, can improve.

Hotel was in a great location and just outside the grand place and center square, walking distance of about 8-10mins. I walked everywhere from this location and was convenient with subway tram nearby and easy access to and from the central station. The hotel foyer and entrance was large and welcoming, service staff were helpful, there was also a gym on premise. The hotel room was a little dated and old although fairly large. The bathroom was fairly old and could need an upgrade soon although was functional and clean. The door and walls were thin and I could hear the doors slamming all the time (from guests coming in and out of their rooms) at all hours and in the morning, I got woken up by the cleaning lady vacuuming and always hitting the sides of the wall which was a little irritating. On one of the late evenings, I could hear the couple in the next room ****** *** as she was ******* ******. So yes, the walls/ceiling are thin.

Staying at this hotel was truly a pleasant experience because of its location! It's close to the North Station, and the room was clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, so I slept soundly. The view from the window was lovely; I woke up to sunshine and birdsong in the morning. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted great. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

It was okay, the front desk weren’t the most helpful. Upon arrival I was told to pay a €50 deposit which could only be paid on a credit card or cash. When I then said I’ll have to go find somewhere to withdraw money I was told I can now use my debit card. Upon leaving they wouldn’t give me my deposit back via card and insisted on cash despite explaining I was leaving the country to which the front desk attendant said I can’t claim I wasn’t given a refund which felt like a motivated statement.  The room was okay, however the heating didn’t work properly and during a cold winter it wasn’t nice. There was a view from outside the window but not as nice as the booking page displayed it. Overall it was a fine hotel to stay at for one night however I would not be inclined to stay longer, next time I travel I will make note to avoid it.

Reasonable hotel to stay in. The room is small just nice to fit 2 single beds. There's a writing table and chair for writing and working. The room looks quite old with old carpet and furniture but still functional. The bed is is small but comfortable. The toilet is small with basic soap and shampoo provided. The hotel is very near to the tourist attractions like the peeing boy statute, chocolate shops and souvenir shops all along the street. Lot's of food places and snacks like crepe and churros. Halal food is also easily available.

A fabulous centrally located hotel, one street back from the Grand Place. The hotel has a stylish bustling coffee shop which is sectioned off in the morning for B&B guests. The room was basic but very clean with comfortable beds and a lovely bright modern bathroom. The view was of a corregated roof but I wasnt there for the view and found it quite amusing. Mark was fabulous on reception who I really enjoyed talking to. It was a perfect hotel for a city break and I would stay here again.
