Everyone at the hotel was very welcoming! There were basically three or four people attending to each of you! I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

So much potential let down by poor management. We’ve stayed in over 200 hotels, and this is the first to charge a fee for a baby cot/crib (at €35!). This was requested to be placed in our room at arrival. We arrived at 1pm and after chasing relentlessly, the only placed it in our room at 9pm. Staff are very rude too. Mentioned nothing about WiFi, breakfast, location of room. Just throw a key at you without a smile and turn away.

Stayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

I really feel good and love staying at Novotel Grand Place,Brussels. Belgium was the first stop on my trip this time. The warm welcome from the Novotel staff made me feel safe and happy. The room was clean and comfortable—though not very big for the four of us, it was still spacious and well-arranged, with the added bonus of a bathtub. Breakfast was great, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a ‘Halal Food’ section, which made it easier for us as Muslims to enjoy the meal. A recommended hotel—I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We thought our stay at the hotel was close to excellent. Our only issue was that housekeeping did not refill the coffee station everyday. We were missing coffee some days and creamer on others. As Americans, we would have loved an ice machine but understand that that is not as important to Europeans. The location was great and in a nice area. Staff was helpful.

The location is very good, there is the Wolf Food Market right opposite, and it takes only 8 minutes to walk to the Grand Place in Brussels. You will also pass the Saint-Hubert Arcade in the middle. It is also close to the food street of the Pee Girl, which is very lively at night. The room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, and there is enough space for an extra bed. The hotel's inner courtyard has a patio and is very comfortable.

We live in an apartment. You can go to the supermarket to buy food for cooking. The supermarket is very close. The apartment is clean and the service is warm. This is our second stay. The picture is the exterior of the residence.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, from the delicious breakfast spread to the fitness center and relaxing spa. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. I can't wait to return to this hotel on my next visit – it exceeded all my expectations!

The location of the hotel is impeccable. It is only three minutes' walk from the Central Station and the Grand Place. All the attractions of Brussels are within a ten-minute walk from the hotel. Rooms with city views can also see the street view and the top of the Town Hall, which is very beautiful. You can directly enjoy the European small town style and the occasional singing performances by street performers by opening the window, which is very good. The room is also large enough, with a bathtub in the bathroom, and all the necessary supplies and room facilities are provided. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel.
