Мы приехали вечером — сразу предложили ужин, сами всё организовали. Заказали курицу — привезли жареного цыплёнка с ореховым соусом и свежим салатом. Было очень вкусно 😋 Позже захотели фруктов — тоже всё сделали быстро. Постоянно интересуются, всё ли хорошо, могут ли чем-то помочь — и всё в пределах разумного. We arrived in the evening and were immediately offered dinner, which they arranged themselves. We ordered chicken — they brought grilled chicken with a delicious nut sauce and fresh vegetable salad. It was incredibly tasty 😋 Later, we asked for some fruit — it was delivered quickly as well. They constantly checked if everything was okay and if they could help with anything — all within reason. The room was clean, and the hotel itself is beautiful and cozy — a pleasant place to be. There are plenty of cafes and shops nearby, which is very convenient. 🛍️ 💯 Highly recommend!

I live in Egypt, often come to Alexandria for the weekend. I stay mostly at Metropol or Rixos Montaza, this time I decided to go to this hotel. The hotel is not worth the money at all, the rooms are dark, the furniture is tired, the breakfasts are poor on the first floor in a busy place. No customer focus, they gave me a room with a view of the neighboring building, I asked to check out at 2 p.m. - they refused, I have never had such refusals in any hotel before. I will never come again. I was alone, they gave me a room with two separate beds.

Beautiful old hotel on the water. I had a great sea view. The breakfast is fine but the roof top location of the restaurant and bar is great! The rooms are maybe a bit smaller than other places, but plenty for two of us and it is quite old and historic so one must understand. It’s got old decor, style, and elevator, but the bathroom, TV, and other amenities are modern and working well. I found the bed, pillows and linens to be clean and comfortable. Location is convenient- near shops, street food, other hotels with their bars and restaurants. Right between the library and the fort. You can see both from the rooftop restaurant or room balcony. About a 20 minute to walk to the library, 30-45 to the fort.

Breakfast is served in the style of a local hotel, and you can think of it as a 3.5-star rather than an old 4-star. Cigarettes are required in the lobby hahaha But I don't want to go there again next time. Perhaps all the rooms have a sea view, but it would be better to get a room with a balcony, which has the greatest strength.

The location is excellent, with unobstructed ocean views. There's an underpass to the right of the hotel that leads to the opposite beach (the sidewalks are very few, almost invisible), so you have to bravely wade through traffic. Breakfast is at the ocean-view restaurant on the 12th floor, which is fantastic, and the staff are great. A short walk to the right of the hotel (about 10-15 minutes) leads to a large shopping mall, a shisha lounge with sunset views (around 4 pm), and local snacks like 12 Egyptian pounds for meat sandwiches. To the left of the hotel is a bridge; a 25 pound entrance fee includes a table and chairs with an ocean view.
