Great hotel! Quiet amidst the noise, adjacent to the Botanical Garden, sitting in the room can see the old and new Legislative Palace of Munich outside the window. There are many scenic spots around, all of which can be reached in about 10-20 minutes on foot. Highly recommend this hotel! The breakfast was also very good at 35 euros per person. It takes about 40 minutes from the airport to the hotel, and the hotel pick-up is 105 euros. The hotel provides comfortable disposable slippers, and you can also borrow a hot water bottle, which is very convenient.

I stayed only for one night! I didn't stay long enough! The service was good! It was very comfortable! Clean and the breakfast was good😌. The attractions in Munich are relatively close! It's very close to the Charlie Post and nearby hotels! You can also go there for business trips. It's a few steps to the subway station, and it's also good to go to the University of Munich! You can eat the famous pork knuckles in a few steps!

Excellent hotel The only thing that was really annoying was the old, ugly and unkempt ski gondolas in which guests were served at Christmas time. This made access to the hotel extremely difficult. It is incomprehensible how the management of such a renowned hotel could come up with such an idea.

The location is good. It's in the old town. It's a bit troublesome to get in by car. You have to call. The curtains in the room do not block light. It is very bright during the day and I cannot sleep. Friends with sleep disorders should choose carefully. It's a five-star hotel. The front desk doesn't help with luggage. Our people take care of it themselves.

The location is the best. The rooms are large. The bed is comfortable, there are many pillows and they are soft, the blanket is light and pleasant. Bathrobes/slippers/coffee maker/sweet compliment upon arrival 👌🏻Drinking water in a glass bottle is replenished daily. The staff is attentive and very friendly. We went to the bar on the roof. A bit expensive 😬. The breakfast at the hotel is varied and impeccable. There is a tiny problem that the elevator does not always ”listen”) because to go up you need to put your room card. Excellent hotel. Price/quality

The location is very convenient, surrounded by many tourist attractions in the old city, and a variety of restaurants and food. The location is irreplaceable. The service is also good. I didn’t feel any discomfort. We only had breakfast for the meal. There were many options and the taste was in line with our preferences. In fact, we ate the avocado bowl for five days in a row. The room was very clean After all, the hotel is renovated into an old building, so the air conditioning equipment makes a louder sound when it is turned on.

This family room is really big - 2 rooms linking together, each room has 1 bathroom as well. Came to hotel a little early after long haul flight - although need to wait for nearly an hour staff were friendly and tried to arrange cleaning the room quickly. Breakfast were good with variety of choices. 5 minutes walk from Messestadt West Metro station and a big shopping mall with many restaurants and supermarkets next to the station. My daughters were happy with the stay.

Pros: only thing I can think of is the location. 10mins walk to the bus and main train station. Cons: I checked-in at the late evening and entered my room finding a bathrobe and slippers lying on the bathroom floor, which gave me the impression that the room has not been properly cleaned. Service was not great either, it took 1 hour and three calls to finally have someone to replace the robe and slippers on the floor. Old and poor infrastructure as a 5-star hotel. The light by the bed was broken and cannot be switched off and shower always comes with super hot water first. Have to switch to another room since they can’t fix the light issues. The breakfast was 45 euros per person at the counter, but quality and choices were just average. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel given the price. If people want to live close to the train station, it’s better to find alternatives.

The hotel is brand new and fantastic. There's a bus stop right outside, and taxis are easily available; it's about 15 euros to Marienplatz, so getting around is very convenient. The minibar is refilled daily, and the breakfast is rich and varied. They have an underground parking garage, and you need a key card to use the elevator, which feels very secure. The rooms aren't huge, but the bathroom is very functional, and the bed, by European standards, is quite large and comfortable. There's a Vietnamese pho place and a sushi restaurant nearby, which I definitely recommend!

The waiters in the hotel are all young and courteous with a bright appearance. The corridors of the hotel are in a dark curtain style. The rooms are a bit small and the bathrooms are very well-designed. The breakfast is the best I have ever eaten. Standard, the only complaint is that it is a little far from the station, and the lights in the room will automatically turn off after a period of time due to power saving, which is very annoying

However, there are quite a few homeless people in the surrounding area, which makes it a bit unsettling at night. In the evenings and afternoons, there are often sounds of arguments involving homeless people and drunk individuals. While the hotel itself is great, the surrounding environment can be somewhat off-putting... By the way, the hotel doesn’t provide a kettle, slippers, or toiletries like toothbrushes, so remember to bring your own.

This hotel is located just outside the city center, right next to a metro station, and directly across from Olympic Park. It's only one metro stop away from the BMW Museum. The breakfast is quite good, with a wide variety of options. The room bedding is clean and high quality. The toilet and shower are separate. Our room faced Olympic Park, and we could see the TV tower. I recommend requesting a higher floor for better views. The hotel service is also good, and there's a large underground parking garage. It's convenient to take the metro to the old town. The only downside is that the supermarkets are a bit far, about 700 meters away.

The hotel service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. However, the cleanliness could be improved. We left used coffee glasses in the room and they were not replaced or washed. We also noticed a hole in the blanket and some yellow stains. We asked for a toothbrush, but were told there was no stock, which was a bit surprising for a Pullman. On the positive side, they provide a washing machine that guests can use, you just need to buy the coin from the receptionist.

Location was good. Near the train station. Dining is easy with Halal food and supermarkets around the corner. Noise from outside can be heard if you open the windows. Luckily, there is a small fan for summer. Problems that we encountered were the smelly pee liked toilet and the door did not have a safety lock so it felt unsafe. Tried washing the toilet with water but the smell was still there.
