Despite the darkness that covered Pokhara, we managed to have a wonderful time at this hotel. In principle, you don’t have to leave the hotel - a lot of amenities and forms of activity are offered. Perhaps only Spa didn’t really catch my attention. The food is delicious. Logistics to the city - cable car or taxi. Or on foot :) Speaking of smog at the end of the season - there is much less of it at the top, the air is cleaner. next door - zip lining/bungee jumping/paragliding. Thanks to Raj for the impeccable service at private dining.

What a perfect experience! ! ! Entering the hotel is like being in a paradise, far away from the hustle and bustle of the small town below the mountain. When the weather is good, the snow-capped mountains seem to be close at hand, and every cell is stretched. The food in the restaurant is also very rich and delicious, and the service of the staff will make you feel at home.

The scenery is stunning. Sitting on the balcony of the room and feeding crows all morning, it was comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast is delicious. You can sit at the table outside and enjoy the food while watching the scenery. Will stay again.

Perfect experience. The hotel on the island in the middle of the lake requires boating to enter and exit. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the Himalayan snow-capped mountains. The service is very good.

The room is large and the location is very convenient. The courtyard is designed like a holiday courtyard. It feels very good to have such a place in the busy streets. The only drawback is the design of the shower. After taking a shower, the whole toilet will be filled with water. Other aspects are very good

Location is perfect.
But water pressure is unbelievable small it's gonna take you double time for shower as the water pressure is super small.
Breakfast service is also poor, they want you order coffee or drinks from them but they don't come to you at all.

Although we went there during the rainy season, the scenery is really unbeatable when we are lucky.
We stayed in the mountains for 10 days and 9 nights. Snow-capped mountains, sea of clouds, rainbows, sunset glow, morning mist, sea of clouds, Phewa Lake, Pokhara City, and Peace Pagoda can all be enjoyed without leaving home. It is a visual feast.
The hotel also has a swimming pool, but it is a little mini.
The hotel service staff are also very patient and meticulous.
Of course, there are also disadvantages. Except for the sunrise room, the other rooms are already relatively old, and there is no wardrobe inside.
There are insects in the room (inevitable in the mountains).
There are also frequent power outages (short-term power outages, not for a long time).
In addition, the transportation is not very convenient. You have to book a car to go up and down the mountain. It usually takes about half an hour to wait for the car to come up.

This resort is such a hidden gem! We were lucky enough to get a sunrise view of the mountains despite the cloudy weather. Aside from the fantastic views, the service at Raniban Retreat was 5 star - the staff were so friendly and always available to assist. The room was spacious, the food was great and the swimming pool was open (in winter!) so I could enjoy a cold plunge! We would definitely stay here again.

It is on the mountain, with great views and not far from the core area. The room is nice, but there is no elevator. We stayed on the top floor, with great views, but climbing the stairs was tiring. The service was very good, and the guy helped us deliver our luggage to the room. The concierge downstairs can arrange a whole few days of itinerary, such as watching the sunrise, flying paragliders, hiking...very convenient.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lake View Hotel in Pokhara! The service was excellent all around, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a seamless and relaxing experience.
The cozy cottage I stayed in was perfect – comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed to provide a sense of calm and privacy. After a long trek, it was exactly the kind of retreat I needed.

The hotel environment is very beautiful, there is a small garden, and there is a balcony on the first floor where you can sit and drink tea and chat. Очень хороший отель. С балкона вид на горы (см.фото), тихо, можно выспаться на свежем воздухе. Я была в начале ноября и спала без кондиционера с открытым окном, никаких Комаров не было, но на этот случай в номере предусмотрено средство от москитов.
На крыше небольшой бассейн с прекрасным видом, хорошо бы конечно его открывали в 5-6 утра, чтобы можно быдло вступить там рассвет (это пожелание).
Из бассейна можно подняться в СПА на 6 этаж и сделать массаж. Массажистка великолепная. 90 минут массажа стоит примерно 60 долларов, но это очень хороший массаж и атмосфера прекрасная.From€47

Very good hotel, did not bargain 300 rupees from the airport. Keep at the beginning of Fewa Lake. Next to the commercial street, there are goods to eat and sell. A 5-minute walk along the lake is the cruise ship pier, which takes 20 minutes to reach the widest water surface of Fewa Lake. The top of the hotel can clearly see the towering snow-capped mountains. It is generally clear in the morning and is covered by clouds after noon. The hotel has its own car and driver to rent, the price is not compared, but it should be more reliable than the taxi on the street. When we went out, we encountered thunderstorms. The driver was always with us, and the psychological situation was much more practical. Good environment, breakfast, free delivery to the airport.From€49

The room facilities are a bit old, the head of the bed cannot be charged, and the quality of the small bed is very average. The swimming pool is open until 7 o'clock. There is no twin room in the lake view room but a double bed room. There is a free shuttle bus to the lakeside area, available at 10:30 in the morning / 12:30 in the afternoon / 4:30 in the afternoon / 7:30 in the evening For train times, the minibus has air conditioning.From€66

The entire stay was amazing and beautiful. The location was easy to find and has a wonderful green garden area, the food was wholesome and delicious, all the amenities were present and they even went the extra mile to add on an extra bed. On the last day we checked out at 5am they prepared a nutritious breakfast for us. However, the warm water system seems a bit unsustainable as there isn't a geyser and one needs to wait for the hot water to come through the tap and seems like a wastage of water. All in all, would definitely recommend this place for all the warm staff that run the place!From€31

This hotel is great. The service is super good. There is a service desk on the first floor. If you want to go somewhere to play, you can go to the boss directly. It is cheaper than outside. If we have any questions, we can go to him directly. There is also a conversion plug in the room, which can be charged directly. The hotel is clean and the staff is very welcoming. There is a lobby manager who speaks a little Chinese. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it tastes good. It was a average experience slightly better then poor. Following are my experience- 1. Room was poor, from back side of the room continuously irritating sound generator was coming causing headache. 2. Exhaust fan was noisy 3. Just above the commode, towels were kept. 4. To our surprise, they demanded extra money for even whiskey glasses. 5. Shower was not working, we have to ask for bucket. 6. Generator services was poor. 7. Room service poor 8. Despite the initial check-in issues, during which I was asked to sign a blank guest form, the hotel staff has been excellent. Every time you enter or exit, the staff greets you, which is somewhat surprising. The rooms are functional, clean, and tidy. Although the hotel appears outdated, after staying in trekking tea houses, I would much prefer to be here. Breakfast was delicious. Strangely enough, I had a buffet one day and à la carte the next. The location is fantastic—I was able to do my laundry, get a haircut, and rent a scooter, all on the same street. It is less than a 5 minute walk to Phewa Lake, with an abundance of eateries nearby. I am giving four stars due to the check-in process.From€25
