Property is well maintained, rooms were clean and spacious. It was just next to beach. Food taste was good, only they have limited options available during snacks. They have kids play area, open gym, barbecue and camp fire area.

The Tranqui property is not well-maintained. We booked Executive and Presidential rooms, but the phone and AC were not working. The bathroom was unclean, and there was no hot water. Additionally, the overall property was poorly maintained. Some of the hotel staff were very rude, and they did not allow us to ride bicycles.

This is my second time with the same experience that at the last moment my hotel checkin is being denied. There are some communication gaps between make my trip and the hotel where we reserve. I’m a span of 6 months this is my second time where my checkin is being denied at the last moment and i have to be in stress as to what has to be done. Suggest to implement some strong measures on your side so that the customers need not go on high stress at the last moment. Though there was a resolution until the customer does check in we are under stress. I hope this will be considered and due action taken regards ashok

Reaching zostel kolad is fairly easy its a 3 hour journey from either mumbai or pune (drive from pune is really scenic. Zostel is located on the banks of kundalika river. We need to cross the river to reach zostel and zostel provides a ferry service for this, which also a unique experience. It is a beautiful property with clean rooms, outdoor sports (badminton, volleyball & cricket, indoor activities (table tennis, carrom and etc) and amazing restaurant. Zostel kolad particularly lights up after 7pm. There are multiple activities organized by zostel every night involving dance, music, drinks and lot of food. Truly, it was an amazing experience making me want to extend my stay (unfortunately they were fully booked. Ps: book your stay a month early. They sell out very quickly particularly on weekends.

Location is not good. Too far from the main road. Food is good but too much costly. Service was good means from the boys. When i enter the premises, no one carry my luggage and the receiption counter is on thr first floor. Owner was not helpful. Speaking friendly but denied all the requests. His *** refused to spray water on my car when he gave water to the plants. And the water supply was very poor in the bathroom. I paid rs. 11, 000- for two nights which was very high and that resort is not so worth it. Avoid going there.

Location is easy to find by gprs. The market is 5 mins drive away. Food here is good quality. Water park is 5 mins walk from the room, only the drawback is during summers its unbearable to walk on the floor of water park, if you are going for any rides. Small distance is also like mile away. Suggestion: place some green mats or some kind of mats besides pool for people to walk rides are good and enjoyable during good flow, if there are few families they keep low force.
