The hotel is fine. The gym could do with some cleaning, the floors didn't seem to have been vacuum cleaned for weeks. The breakfast is good. The room was comfortable

Красивое лобби и элегантный бар с приятной публикой. Внимательный персонал . Организовали нам трансфер на большом комфортабельном микроавтобусе и на пару часов дали возможность выехать попозже без доплаты. Не очень понравилась часть обстановки ( стул со своего места трудно сдвинуть. Стеклянные дверцы шкафов открываются на всю ширину узкого прохода, в сейф добраться возможно только сидя на коленях. Эти небольшие неудобства нисколько не испортили впечатления от отеля и в другой раз мы снова остановимся в нем.

Good hotel overall and great location in Panama. Safe area and easy access to sightseeing spots. Only issue is I was told I would get upgraded due to my Marriott Gold Status but at check-in I did not receive an upgrade. I was told it was fully booked, however, I know that wasn’t the case.

Excellent hotel, modern room, spacious and very clean. The bed is fantastic huge and super comfortable, a dream. The swimming pool is very large and super pleasant. The buffet breakfast is very very good. The bar is very pleasant but the big plus is the professional, friendly, super efficient, attentive staff, a real five-star service. Well done. 🤩

The attitude of the front desk and the concierge service is very good. The water in the shower is very small and the water pressure is insufficient. On the day I left, a very unpleasant incident happened. I am 100% sure that my passport was placed on the sink, but I suddenly found it No, I thought I was screwed, but finally found it under the mattress! Who's insane to put a passport under a mattress? It's not clear that I want them to help find it, and give a tip if I find it? I advise everyone to be optimistic about your passport, and don't give them any chance to hide your passport!

The hotel location is very close to the Huawei Panama office, 200 meters walk, the hotel facilities are relatively new, the catering is good, the service staff is very professional, but also help me a little while walking, the trip is very pleasant. Of course, dining at the restaurant next to the hotel is also good.

The customer recommended, the old town, the hotel is also very beautiful, the room is a little small, the breakfast variety is not too much. The president lives nearby, so this piece of law and order is also very good. There is a fishing market nearby, there are many seafood stalls inside, and I will stay here next time.

Our stay was great, nice location and good service! Also the food was very good. Only thing missing was some seating space in the room. And a 5 star hotel like pool and a free sauna.
