The location is incredibly convenient, within a 10-minute walk to Tanbaguchi Station and Nishiin Station, offering excellent transportation access. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was the perfect firmness, and the soundproofing was good. There are convenience stores and izakayas nearby, making it a convenient place to live. The service was friendly, and the price was great. I would definitely stay here again!

The living room is oversized. The TV screen is oversized, the refrigerator is also large and suitable for the big family. You can also make homemade ice cubes. The room is also great. The bathroom, washing machine, microwave oven, there is a drying room, towels are provided. Really, you can almost not bring too much clothes. The transportation is also very convenient. Every day, walk as a walk. There are 7-11 nearby, ramen, curry rice, the price is cheaper than expected, next time I have the opportunity to book a room again

朋友介紹的民宿老闆，大阪和京都的民宿都是住她家的，正在點評的正是京都kiwa。地理位置非常好，跟七條地鐵站距離200米左右，二者剛好在一座橋的兩端，附近飯店和居酒屋也很多，但是又沒到嘈雜繁華的程度，正適合生活和居住。最讓我們驚喜的是裏面的環境，很豪華的三層獨棟別墅，家電和設施都是高科技產品，幾乎是全新的，傢俱也都是名貴的品類，整棟房子以木製為主，整個房子都散發著一股木材的香氣，各個角落也放置着香薰。我們抽空做了兩頓飯，發現還有很多好東西沒來得及發掘。最後我和朋友美美地拍了一張合照，可能是住過最豪華、體驗最好、最有紀念意義的民宿了。

We stayed at Walker House as a group of four friends and had so much more space than in any of the other accommodations we had in other Japanese cities, for the same price. It was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, and was also very well-located. You could reach any part of Kyoto by either bike, bus, or metro without walking too much. There is a 7-Eleven close by as well. Also, the communication with the staff was flawless; they were very kind, spoke good English, and answered immediately. I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Kyoto!

I chose to stay at the Choshi Grand Hotel during my trip to Choshi. Built along the coastline, the hotel's windows offer direct ocean views, allowing me to see the Inubaru Lighthouse at night and feel the first rays of sunlight in Japan in the morning. The rooms were very soundproof; closing the windows completely blocked out the sound of the waves. The room layout was also very warm and inviting.
The hotel ground floor has various facilities, including a small shop selling various food, drinks, and local specialties, a games room, a bar, a ping-pong table, and free massage chairs. The staff were very responsive, and overall, I had a great experience.
A major feature of Choshi is its hot springs, and this hotel also has its own dedicated hot spring bath, which also faces the ocean. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the sea is a truly magical experience. After your soak, you can get ice cream on the first floor. Honestly, I can't say it's as good as it is, but it's not bad. From the exterior of the building, it feels old, and the front door is left behind for quite a long time, so the entrance is like an inn in the 80s in Korea using the side entrance door next to the building. Not too bad for a day or two. I was worried that Google ratings were too bad, but this location and this price and this facility are really the best. If there is one complaint, I don't know if it's only the room I stayed in, but the device that controls the temperature of the water in the washbasin/shower in the bathroom is not modern, but a combination of old hot water and cold water. old but tidy. a tiny li'l hidden gem if you're a fan of 'traditional' japanese style accommodation at a super affordable price. by no means, anything convenient and modern but the Sho-Wa style place is well kept & clean. due to li'l traffic, the breakfast (optional) was not even available. bit of distance by walking from the train station, but a really short cab ride. bay-view is amazing, the rooms are facing fishing port. you want a go 'time capsule', this is it. ppl were nice—i mean almost non-existence except check-in/out—and accommodating. would i go 'back'? nah. will explore more, but it was a worth, pleasant visit.Breakfast
