Arrived very late after having cancelled a booking in a nearby apartment, we were lucky to have the room upgraded to a twin suite. Large, beautiful, very convenient for a family. Maybe the living room could have been decorated with more themed items. The whole concept of the Hotel is very well organized around the Safari Park. Tigers in the garden and even in the central atrium of the breakfast restaurant. Huge hotel, very crowded even in the weekdays. That makes the breakfast moment a bit confusing. Offer is rich, quality is ok, but not at the level of a 5-star Hotel.

It was a great vacation staying at the Chimelong Panda Hotel. We spent a full day until nearly sunset exploring the animal zoo, its free tickets came with the hotel package. The breakfast in the hotel was delicious with plenty of choices, and we sat next to the floor to ceiling window enjoyed watching pelicans,swans and monkeys strolling leisurely outside. The hotel provides very convenient and free shuttle services to various locations of the park and the metro station linking to Guangzhou city. I'll surely revisit Chimelong and the Panda Hotel again.

Excellent location. The room was very clean, tidy and wth a great view of the Canton Tower, Chu-Kiang and sunset. The service was superb with very helpful and friendly staff. I still remembered a lady named Elena at the reception who proactively showed me the best way to go to Baiyun Mountain Cableway which saved me all the troubles. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality and I shall definitely come back again.

The first time I came to Chimelong Xiangjiang Hotel, I booked a family room. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and the service was very good! Where to go and how to get there. I had my second stay in this hotel . Room Executive suite ! View canton tower side its stunning, position is great very convenient and connected to the mall and many restaurants near by. Hotel is clean and nice , breakfast is good . I want to say special thanks to Cinthya the manager at exectuive lounge she was very polite and helpful at the check in and during our stay , very professional . hotel is good generally Just one advise need that some staff of the hotel improve English so will be more easy comunicate.

Great hotel with excellent location. Staff was also very friendly. Only one minor set back was the little smell from washroom, probably due to facility aging reason. Overall a very pleasant stay. Def recommend to couples and business people. Thanks for the ad-hoc anniversary arrangement from front desk lady!
