This is the best accommodation experience for my 14-day trip to Switzerland. There are kitchen utensils to cook by yourself. The kitchen utensils are also very clean and safe to use. You can see Matterhorn directly outside the living room window! ! The overall space is very comfortable The location is also very convenient next to the train station Unfortunately, there is no elevator and it is more difficult to carry your luggage by yourself.

10 minutes away from the train station, there is a small slope, the room terrace can see the Matterhorn, clean and tidy, breakfast is normal, the staff is good, but the hotel does not provide microwave oven and hot water, there is hot water, but it is only on the underground floor.

Cosy hotel with matterhorn view from balcony. The breakfast spread is superb, love the variety of cheese and coffee machine. Located near to train station, about 7min walk. Accessible to the main street as well. Fabulous hotel!

It was the best enough for two nights. The room is clean, of course, and I think it has everything you need, such as an oven, a dishwasher, tableware, a refrigerator, and a laundry drying rack. Even if the temperature outside in the morning is less than 10 degrees Celsius, the room is warm, so you can sleep with short sleeves and short pants! It was a room on the first floor, but I saw a batch limatter horn. I enjoyed the scenery while picking up the sweets I bought at the supermarket on the veranda and had a really happy time. There were some difficult points about the timing of city tax payments and detailed house rules, but there may be a language barrier on this side. I never had the timing to meet the owner, but I was relieved that he replied as soon as I emailed him that I didn't understand. There is a space to leave your luggage after check-out, so I enjoyed sightseeing in Zermatt until the end. I want to stay again next time!

Great location with availability of room with Matternhorn view! This is an apartment style accommodation that comes with a kitchen and utensils. Very clean and everything is available. Glad to had stay here, highly recommend!

Less than ten minutes walk from Zermatt Station, you will pass the supermarket and garbage recycling station along the way. The kitchen utensils, drying racks and hair dryers in the house are all available, and the sanitation is very clean. The view of Matterhorn with the balcony is a cost-effective accommodation.

Very warm studio, you can cook, tableware is also full. Although I didn't meet, the staff was very enthusiastic and responsible. The self-check-in was very easy to find. The river was in front of the balcony and the sunrise bridge was out. I had a great time in Zermatt!

The room is very nice. The location is excellent. You can see the Matterhorn mountain view, sunrise and sunset. The surrounding transportation is convenient. It is not far from the train station, about 500 meters, but it is all uphill. The hotel itself has a shuttle bus, but I didn't know it when I booked the hotel, so I had to drag my luggage for several hundred meters to the hotel after getting off the train. The breakfast was okay. The service staff was satisfactory. There was a capsule coffee machine in the room, and a few bottles of water were given. There were free soft drinks in the minibar, but alcohol was charged. However, unlike other hotels, it would not be stated what was free and what needed to be paid. I still called the front desk to find out. I think this should be improved. It is more warm to have free chocolates and red wine. Overall, it was not bad. The deduction was that the items mentioned above were not written very clearly.

This hotel is the best one in my 12-day trip in Switzerland. The details of the hotel are very good. The minibar in the room is free, there is beer bubble water, etc. The room is large and can be used for extra beds. There are some hot foods outside, which are included in the room rate. It is a very careful hotel. There are many things to send, chocolate, special drinks, sweets, etc. Many details can reflect that this is a high-powered hotel, although the hotel is Half-mountain, but it does not affect travel at all. There is a hotel bus transfer to and from the train station, and the hotel has a direct elevator to the foot of the mountain. The elevator is the entrance to the rothorn, very good!

Our family stayed in Zermatt La Vue, a two-bedroom, one-bedroom room that really felt great! The area of the room and the living room is very large, the equipment is newly renovated and comfortable, the breakfast is very rich in the living room, the service staff is also very kind, you can see the Matterhorn in the morning, and there is a small heated swimming pool. In short, We stayed for two nights and really felt like everything was awesome!

I stayed for 3 days in this small, car-free town, and this was by far my favorite hotel in Switzerland. It's close to Zermatt station, and while the breakfast options weren't extensive, they were delicious. There's a little path behind the hotel that leads up to see the black-nosed sheep, which was a nice bonus! I'd definitely stay here again.

I had no expectations because the reviews said the view of the Matterhorn was not that good, but it was in a perfect location. I was able to see the Matterhorn at sunrise from my room, and I have fond memories of eating breakfast I bought on the balcony. The bathroom was very clean, and I was able to watch Netflix on the hotel TV by connecting a Chromecast. I forgot my charger adapter, but they lent me one right away, and they also helped me store my luggage before check-in. The hotel's customer service was also great.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room was well-equipped with a fridge and a hairdryer, with ample space to spread out our luggage. Breakfast was delicious, setting us up for a great start to the day. They even have a jacuzzi – I really regretted not bringing a swimsuit! As it was raining, we made good use of their transfer service to the station, and we were so pleased with their friendly and accommodating welcome.

The only downside is that, due to the remote location, dining options are limited to the hotel restaurant, but the quality makes up for it. The room was completely unexpected and a complete surprise. It was incredibly large, much larger than most hotels in China. While most European hotels are like little pigeon coops, this one had a large bathroom, a spacious living room, and even enough space for an L-shaped leather sofa. Best of all, there was a huge balcony with a view of the Matterhorn. No need to wake up early or stay up late to see the golden mountain at sunrise. The facilities were complete, the breakfast was plentiful, the front desk was friendly, and they even offered luggage storage.

We love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre . We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive. Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in. The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints. Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.
