This is the best accommodation experience for my 14-day trip to Switzerland. There are kitchen utensils to cook by yourself. The kitchen utensils are also very clean and safe to use. You can see Matterhorn directly outside the living room window! ! The overall space is very comfortable The location is also very convenient next to the train station Unfortunately, there is no elevator and it is more difficult to carry your luggage by yourself.

It was the best enough for two nights. The room is clean, of course, and I think it has everything you need, such as an oven, a dishwasher, tableware, a refrigerator, and a laundry drying rack. Even if the temperature outside in the morning is less than 10 degrees Celsius, the room is warm, so you can sleep with short sleeves and short pants! It was a room on the first floor, but I saw a batch limatter horn. I enjoyed the scenery while picking up the sweets I bought at the supermarket on the veranda and had a really happy time. There were some difficult points about the timing of city tax payments and detailed house rules, but there may be a language barrier on this side. I never had the timing to meet the owner, but I was relieved that he replied as soon as I emailed him that I didn't understand. There is a space to leave your luggage after check-out, so I enjoyed sightseeing in Zermatt until the end. I want to stay again next time!

Less than ten minutes walk from Zermatt Station, you will pass the supermarket and garbage recycling station along the way. The kitchen utensils, drying racks and hair dryers in the house are all available, and the sanitation is very clean. The view of Matterhorn with the balcony is a cost-effective accommodation.

Very warm studio, you can cook, tableware is also full. Although I didn't meet, the staff was very enthusiastic and responsible. The self-check-in was very easy to find. The river was in front of the balcony and the sunrise bridge was out. I had a great time in Zermatt!

I was charged for an additional 288 Swiss FR for “additional guest”. when I checked out. only because I did not put My Son’s name when I did the booking, but I booked a twin room and my son naturally stay with me. not to mention he’s my 13 year old son. they can charge me for additional breakfast. That’s totally OK. but additional person for twin room?really? And Main thing I was not told I will be charged when I checked in. That is not fair I will reflect this to Swiss tourism office. Btw. The staff are 100% good. Very friendly but I am sickened by the strange policy.

Location is just at the main street of shopping. Bucherer and Rolex shop is just opposite the hotel. Very close to train station, breakfast was awesome. Very clean and bright rooms. Helpful receptionists. Will definitely choose to stay here again in future.

It is the best hotel in Switzerland in 8 days. The worst hotel I used to stay in before was 4 stars of 2800 yuan, basically all 5 stars. The facilities are new and the new hotel is more in my style. The service is in place, reflecting the high level of Swiss hotel service industry. The rooms are not large or small, just right, the toilets are a bit small, and the toiletries are a well-known British brand. Because the owner of the hotel loves whiskeys, there is a cabinet for whiskeys in the lobby. Whiskey in the room can be drunk for free, which is a waste for me who does not drink. The breakfast is not many, but it is very exquisite and you can eat it well. Self-driving is not allowed here, there are shuttle buses to the train station, you need to call in advance to book. Several attractions are close. The hotel swimming pool is also good, although not large, you can swim and watch the mountain view. I will definitely choose here next time. Price is also good.

This hotel is the best one in my 12-day trip in Switzerland. The details of the hotel are very good. The minibar in the room is free, there is beer bubble water, etc. The room is large and can be used for extra beds. There are some hot foods outside, which are included in the room rate. It is a very careful hotel. There are many things to send, chocolate, special drinks, sweets, etc. Many details can reflect that this is a high-powered hotel, although the hotel is Half-mountain, but it does not affect travel at all. There is a hotel bus transfer to and from the train station, and the hotel has a direct elevator to the foot of the mountain. The elevator is the entrance to the rothorn, very good!

I could definitely see why this hotel has such high ratings. It's less than a two-minute walk from Zermatt train station. The hotel has a cozy Alpine style, and the room was much larger and more comfortable than I expected. It was great to see that both the room and the bathroom were maintained in pristine condition. The breakfast was truly, truly excellent. It was such a clean and well-presented spread that no further explanation is needed. I was absolutely amazed by the breakfast throughout my entire three-day stay. Another great advantage of this hotel is the afternoon tea time (from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM). The coffee, drinks, and soft bread perfectly relieved the pressure of Zermatt's incredibly high prices. This is the best hotel, and I would love to visit again if I get the chance.

This seemed to be the cheapest hotel in Zermatt, which was a lifesaver for a solo student traveler like me (even though it was still incredibly expensive!). While it only had basic amenities, including a shower and a bathtub, it was perfectly sufficient for a solo trip. What stood out the most was how incredibly kind the front desk staff were. I bothered them by asking for hot water two days in a row and for an early check-out while they were busy, but they never showed any annoyance and even told me not to apologize. I truly appreciated their help. I'd recommend this place to Japanese travelers (especially students), but be aware that you can hear a lot of noise from other rooms, so if you're sensitive to sound, you might want to look elsewhere.

I had no expectations because the reviews said the view of the Matterhorn was not that good, but it was in a perfect location. I was able to see the Matterhorn at sunrise from my room, and I have fond memories of eating breakfast I bought on the balcony. The bathroom was very clean, and I was able to watch Netflix on the hotel TV by connecting a Chromecast. I forgot my charger adapter, but they lent me one right away, and they also helped me store my luggage before check-in. The hotel's customer service was also great.

The hotel is located directly in the small town, which I personally found more convenient for exploring and dining. The room was just right, offering views of the Matterhorn. It's about a 7-8 minute walk from the train station, though the walk takes you in the opposite direction from the main Matterhorn viewpoints. There was no air conditioning, only heating available, which was perfectly fine during summer as we didn't feel the need for AC.

Choosing this hotel was a very wise decision; the facilities and service were excellent! The best part is the view of the snow-capped mountains! You can see the golden sunrise directly from your room, which is perfect for lazy people like us, as we don't need to rush to the summit by early train. The gym, although small, is well-equipped and of high quality. The indoor pool is great for working out, while the outdoor pool is perfect for viewing the snow-capped mountains. The hotel restaurant is also fantastic, and the staff are very friendly.

The hotel is located in the center of Zermatt, very close to the station, about 5 minutes walk, surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants, very convenient. Our room had a terrace, which was shared with several other rooms, which were wooden and furnished with flowers. It is worth mentioning that this hotel is very soundproof, and the neighbors and the noise outside are not heard. A man at the front desk was good and led us to store our luggage in the sled room on the basement floor. It would be better if the hotel could be equipped with a thin quilt.

Enjoyed the stay at the hotel, highly recommended. Hotel staffs were friendly and made a little hotel tour to let us know the facilities. Room arranged by the hotel was great with fantastic Mountain View. Breakfast spread was better than expected. Do note that hotel room does not come with aircondlting. It was alright as we kept the balcony door opened with natural cool airflow.
