Zermatt Hotel Map, Address, Transportation & Nearest Stations and Airport

The view is amazing. The service is really great. Someone was very enthusiastic to show me the room. This is the first time I've encountered this in Europe. Although the hotel upgraded the room and there is a large terrace, the building is too low and the view in front is blocked. I don't know if this price is for the first floor. I'm also speechless. But the hotel has three swimming pools and the facilities are great. But the first floor room has a smell. It feels big. It's like the smell of wooden furniture. It's very smelly. Although they helped to deal with it, I didn't want to be sprayed with air freshener again. I didn't feel very comfortable staying for one night. There is a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. When I went there, I forgot that I had walked there. I took a detour and walked for a long time.

The best hotel in Zermatt, there are fruit nuts, chocolate, red wine, etc. You can have an extra bed, breakfast is great, there are swimming pool, billiards and table tennis. Going to the train station is also specially called a carriage, very good, at checkout The price is 100 Swiss francs more than Ctrip. After watching Ctrip’s order, I immediately refunded 100 Swiss francs. A very good hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

Two points about this hotel. 1. The hotel is clearly called Alpenhof Hotel (see Figure 1 and Figure 2), but the Ctrip platform insists on calling it wellness hotel alpenhof, which made me unable to find the wellness hotel on Google Maps and I had to run back and forth between the two railway stations. Please see Figure 5 for the most accurate Google map name of Ctrip. 2. When I checked in, the hotel gave me a corner room with a sloping roof. The area is probably not smaller but the volume is definitely smaller. I felt depressed when I entered this room. Let's take a look at the page display when booking (Figure 4). Later, Ctrip coordinated to change it to a normal room. It's really bad to give a corner room when there is a room. There are thousands of hotels in Zermatt. I will not come here in the future. It's too bullying.

For a truly memorable stay in Zermatt, look no further than the Traditional Julen Hotel. We travelled throughout Switzerland, and the view from our Matterhorn room was hands down the best we experienced. Waking up to that iconic peak every morning was simply breathtaking. The service at the Julen is impeccable. The staff is incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to meet every need we had, making us feel truly welcome. Speaking of needs, be sure to grab a bite at their downstairs restaurant. The food is excellent, though the space is a little on the cozy (some might say claustrophobic) side. Don't let that deter you, though - the culinary experience is well worth it. Overall, the Traditional Julen Hotel is a fantastic choice. Splurge on the Matterhorn room for an unforgettable view, and rest assured knowing you'll be taken care of by a truly exceptional team. Highly recommended!

Close to the train station. Although I got an upgrade to a double room, it was small (the table in front of the bed takes a lot of space). The bathroom was big and clean but outdated. The balcony was nice but not really needed in winter. Everyone can enter the ski room and the individual locker cannot be locked. Perfect for thieves.

It's within walking distance of Zermatt station and comes highly recommended for families with kids. The kids' club is very entertaining, and children can also enjoy the spa and pool. We will definitely return for a stay in a different season, as summer can be a bit too warm for staying in the room.

A very pleasant hotel in Zermatt, very design, the front desk is very warm, take the initiative to take you to the room to introduce various facilities. There was a fog on the day of the trip, I didn't see the top of the mountain, but the snow that woke up the next morning made my son very happy. The breakfast was very rich and you could order a single egg and waffles or something. The room facilities were also very good, there was a small fireplace, and it was very warm in winter. There is an open-air pool on the first floor of the hotel, and the feeling of ice and fire is still very exciting. There is a hockey court at the door. The children are practicing hockey early in the morning. It is fun to watch it next to it.

I was charged for an additional 288 Swiss FR for “additional guest”. when I checked out. only because I did not put My Son’s name when I did the booking, but I booked a twin room and my son naturally stay with me. not to mention he’s my 13 year old son. they can charge me for additional breakfast. That’s totally OK. but additional person for twin room?really? And Main thing I was not told I will be charged when I checked in. That is not fair I will reflect this to Swiss tourism office. Btw. The staff are 100% good. Very friendly but I am sickened by the strange policy.

Beautiful property. extremely well-designed suites. Very friendly personnel. Excellent location for the Matterhorn view. The room was tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed, excellent house cleaning services. Provide personal skincare product, especially the sheep soap that I love it ! Breakfast was also excellent. I’d want to go there again ! :)
