As always, Hilton provides a reliable and reassuring stay. The room quality and service level here are arguably top-tier in the local area. Every time I visit Zhengzhou, my biggest fear is that the hotel won't live up to expectations, especially the smoke smell, which has almost become a norm. As someone with severe nasal allergies, this experience is truly tormenting. Before checking in this time, I specifically requested a non-smoking room with absolutely no trace of smoke. Belle, the lobby manager, was incredibly attentive. She personally inspected the room and confirmed there was no residual smoke smell before arranging for my check-in. The moment I entered the room, I let out a sigh of relief. The room was fresh and comfortable, allowing me a rare moment of relaxation. Many thanks to Belle and all the service staff for their professionalism and attention to detail. This level of service makes me unhesitatingly decide: next time I'm in Zhengzhou, this will still be my first choice.

We stayed here with our family during the Chinese New Year, and every aspect of the design catered to both adult quality expectations and children's comfort. The location is excellent, directly facing the Millennium Plaza with a lake outside. The 'Big Corn' light show on Chinese New Year's Eve was magnificent and a delightful surprise for the kids. The room was spacious enough, providing ample play area for the children. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the cleaning was exceptionally thorough – every corner the kids touched was spotless, which gave us great peace of mind. The buffet restaurant's food was perfect for families, even thoughtfully preparing dishes that children love, with unlimited fresh fruit and desserts. The kids were always incredibly happy eating there. The Chinese New Year decorations were festive and full of childlike fun. The staff were incredibly patient. They confirmed our check-in time before arrival and prepared children's amenities. Upon departure, Chloe, a staff member, bid us a warm and polite farewell. From the thoughtful details and facilities to the dining and service, everything perfectly suited our family's travel needs. Staying here with kids during Chinese New Year was definitely a fantastic choice!

I've always had a soft spot for Accor Group's luxury brand, Sofitel, and my stay at Sofitel Zhengzhou this time certainly didn't disappoint. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was comfortable and reassuring, making it an excellent choice among Zhengzhou's high-end hotels. The hotel is located in the heart of the city center, offering convenient transportation. Shopping, sightseeing, and reaching major city attractions are all within a 10-15 minute distance, making getting around incredibly easy. The hotel's parking is all above ground, and there are plenty of spaces, accommodating self-drivers well. The hotel lobby, with its French-style decor, is elegant and grand. The high ceilings provide a bright and airy feel, with exquisite details showcasing a refined taste, exuding an air of luxury and ambiance. The lobby area features several Spring Festival activity booths where children can participate in small activities like making fans and red envelopes, calligraphy, and dyeing. Check-in was efficient and quick, and the front desk staff were warm and courteous. Jasmine Wu provided professional and thoughtful service; she pre-assigned our room and even prepared children's dental kits and slippers, making us feel right at home. The hotel's room service was prompt, and staff members always greeted guests proactively. This truly reflects the quality expected of a high-end hotel. The room itself was spacious and well-laid out, with excellent natural light and soundproofing. It was clean and tidy overall, with a noticeable sense of quality. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Toiletries and body lotion were standard branded products, offering superior texture and peace of mind when using them. It's great that the hotel's pool and gym remained open during the Spring Festival – highly commendable! The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, including local specialties like Hu La Tang (spicy soup), noodles, and wontons, as well as Western options like cheese and coffee. The food was plentiful, fresh, and delicious, and the presentation was meticulous, perfectly satisfying various taste preferences. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor serves Cantonese and Xinyang cuisine. The roasted pigeon, braised beef offal, dried tofu with pork leg, and fish head were all authentic, tasty, and reasonably priced, with excellent service and ambiance. We stayed for two nights and had three meals there without getting bored. I will definitely choose Sofitel again on my next visit to Zhengzhou!

The hotel's location is excellent, right on Dehua Pedestrian Street. You can go downstairs and start shopping and eating immediately. It's also within walking distance to Erqi Square, where you can take photos and check in at Erqi Tower. The hotel has its own parking lot, making parking very convenient. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the service is warm and friendly. Breakfast is served in the revolving restaurant on the 28th floor, where you can enjoy delicious food while taking in the views. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, and the taste is delightful. We especially enjoyed the Cantonese dim sum dinner voucher we bought as a group deal for the Xuan Palace restaurant, also on the 28th floor. It offered great value for money and the food was delicious. We happened to catch a promotion on roasted pigeon, so we indulged a bit. Plus, you get to admire the night view of Zhengzhou city. Staying at Yuehai was indeed a great choice for our holiday.

From check-in to receiving my room card, the entire process took no more than five minutes. Guest Room: Attention to Detail I stayed in a King Superior Room, approximately 30 square meters, with a well-thought-out layout: · Excellent bedding quality, with a mattress that was neither too soft nor too hard, providing an excellent sleep experience. · The workspace was equipped with an ergonomic office chair and a multi-port charging station. · The mini-fridge provided cold water. · The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, ample water pressure, and instant hot water. · Good soundproofing; I could barely hear any noise from the hallway or adjacent rooms. Dining and Facilities The breakfast selection was rich, with a good balance of Chinese and Western options. The freshly made noodles and the local specialty, 'Hulatang' (spicy soup), were particularly impressive (breakfast starts at 6:30 AM). Excellent Location The hotel is located near Zhengzhou East Station: · A 10-minute walk to the high-speed rail station. Areas for Improvement While the overall experience was good, there's still room for improvement: 1. The in-room Wi-Fi speed was a bit slow during peak hours. 2. There are no shopping facilities nearby, making it inconvenient for shopping.

It's not far from the train station. Just go downstairs and call and wait for the boss to pick you up. The lady boss is very enthusiastic. It's the first time I live in a youth hostel with a space capsule. The privacy is very good and the environment is very good. From the moment I walked in, I felt the enthusiasm and warmth. The guy at the front desk brought us hot towels and hot tea right away. The ladies at the front desk spoke gently and were very nice.
