Did not stay.Front looks almost derelict.Druggies and drinkers hanging around outside put me off immediately.I booked elsewhere.

The place is ready for a complete refurb. The room sizes are adequate for an overnight stay but the place feels damp and smells musty from the minute you walk in. The fuel station opposite has a good stock of air freshener sprays should you desire them. The kitchen area & social area leaves a lot to be desired and we decided not to use these facilities. Location is good for the ferry terminal but the road is busy and subject to noise with the 24h fuel station across the road. Street Parking is available opposite but there are a lot of people just hanging around late at night. A few appeared to peer through the windows of our vehicles leaving us very nervous and not much sleep was had.

I made a reservation. They charged me in advance. When I get to the place it is completely locked, like plywood in the windows and nobody answered, door, phone or messages. Gas station in front confirmed it was closed. Never had my money back.

Si quieres perder tu dinero... Hago una reserva via booking. com en el HOSTEL ALMA. Cuando llego al hotel nadie contesta, la puerta está cerrada y ventanas tapiadas. Nadie coge el teléfono. Hay una gasolinera enfrente y los trabajadores me dicen que está cerrado, que era un antiguo pub pero el propietario era alcohólico. Llamo a Booking para que ellos medien y tampoco les contestan a ellos. Voy a la policía. Me llevan al Travel Lodge de Dover. Me cargaron en la tarjeta 50 libras por la reserva que nunca recuperé.

Hostal sencillo pero correcto. No tiene nada lujoso pero tiene lo necesario. Un baño completo, espacio para maletas, cama decente, limpieza adequada, television, calefaccion buena y el trato del dueño muy correcto. Nos indico todo lo que habia que hacer en Dover y donde estaba todo, tanto de ocio y otros servicios.
