I had a wonderful stay at Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The location is perfect — directly connected to Pavilion Mall, making shopping and dining extremely convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed with a lovely city view. I truly appreciated the thoughtful birthday decoration and cake prepared by the hotel — such a warm surprise that made my stay even more memorable. The turndown service added a special touch of comfort, and the gym was clean, well-equipped, and enjoyable to use. I also bought a rose-scented incense (線香) from the shop in the lobby — its calming fragrance still reminds me of the hotel’s relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast spread was excellent with both local and international choices. Overall, it was a delightful and memorable experience. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kuala Lumpur.

Dorsett Residences is located right next to Dorsett Hotel, hence we share the same breakfast venue at Dorsett Hotel restaurant. The breakfast is the same every day. There is no variety to the food and it honestly got a bit dreadful by the 3rd morning of our stay. The location of the apartment is good though, about 5-7min min walk away from Fahrenheit and Pavilion. The size of the apartment is just right for my family of 4. The staff will clean the room every day and I love it that there is a washer and dryer in the room for me to do laundry. However I was appalled that the bedsheets were not changed during the 4 nights I was there because the same black stains were visible on the bedsheets throughout. Apartment has a gym and swimming pool on the 30th floor that opens from 8 am to 10 pm daily.

Some things were good, some were not. The location of the hotel is nice, close to several attractions and malls; value for money was also quite reasonable. But I would expect from a 4-star hotel some more attention to detail. There were no bathrobes in the room, despite access to the pool being included. The room was rather spacious, but quite dark and with a view towards another building, so almost no light from the street was in the room. Breakfast is variable, but the venue is too crowded with very few seats available for such an amount of guests. The pool was nice, but the steps to the pool were broken. So, in general, everything was okay, but some more attention to detail would definitely improve the overall perception of the hotel.

Location: The Ritz-Carlton's location is always excellent, right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, next to Pavilion KL and several other malls, with tons of restaurants around, so you'll never struggle to find food. It's a bit of a walk to the Petronas Towers, but transportation is quite convenient. Service: The front desk staff were incredibly patient and explained everything thoroughly. All the staff we encountered in the elevators were very enthusiastic and would greet us proactively. The room was also very clean, and they even walked us through all the kitchen facilities when we checked in. On our check-out day, our car was delayed, and we were waiting with our luggage by the entrance. The staff at the door helped us note down the license plate and told us to wait inside while he kept an eye out. If the car arrived, he would come in and let us know – they truly made us feel at home. Facilities: Although the facilities are a bit dated, this three-bedroom suite is truly massive! Over 200 square meters! The kids had a blast playing hide-and-seek. Dining: The breakfast selection was average, but the taste was decent.

This was a bit disappointing and something the management should improve. Stayed here for 15 days. The overall experience was pleasurable. The location is strategic -- very nice to Chinatown, Maharajarela Monorail and the Stadium Merdeka. We were assigned the unit 2-12-2 (1 bedroom). The unit is spacious, clean and cooling (not feeling hot even if it's very hot outside). There is no daily or weekly cleaning throughout the stay. We had to request the clothes airer; otherwise, it didn't come by default. Apart from the amount paid via TRIP, there is another RM50 cleaning fee, and RM300 security deposit (refundable upon checkout). Gym and pools are great too. Suggestion: it will be good to have a peeler in the unit. Will come back again if we need to stay in KL again in the future.

It should have clearly stated that this is a service apartment and not a hotel. Although the location is good, but the experience is slightly below average. First, there is no front desk for checkin and need to call them at the security post. Worst is how to make mobile call without local line. The corridor to the apartment has an odd smell. The room is fine but the towels had turned brown from white. This is a real pee off.

As there are multiple buildings involved when using the parking area, it is essential that you asked the nearest guard to guide you to park. We totally went to the wrong building and spent about 20 minutes finding the correct one. Building feels relatively new and there's no clear signage whatsoever to assist you, half of the time some guess work and exploration is required to reach where you want to go. Visitor parking is at B1 and not anywhere with the ”Visitor” word so take note. The admin might tell you something, but the guards will have another message, so please do your due diligence.

Unfortunately, the stay itself was disappointing, as the condition of the apartment did not meet our expectations. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke inside, and the cleanliness left much to be desired — there were ants everywhere, the place was rather dirty, and the sofa had cigarette burns. Cooking was also nearly impossible. The kitchen was poorly equipped: there was only one heavily scratched pot and a few plates. Basic essentials such as a frying pan, cutting board, and kitchen knife were completely missing, which caused significant inconvenience.

New apartments with a convenient location (next to a shopping complex and monorail station). Overall, I liked it. We were on the 23rd floor. Nice view from the floor-to-ceiling window. It was quiet in the hallway, and the pool had a beautiful view. The only thing missing is a bit more equipment in the room – no towel hooks in the shower, and only one pot for cooking, no frying pan. There was no knife, so we bought one and left it there. The stove wasn't working, but we figured it out ourselves (it was unplugged under the counter). But these are minor things, of course. Overall, I recommend it.

They offer clear and helpful explanations whenever you need assistance, and this is one of the reasons I’m taking the time to write such detailed feedback — I can genuinely feel the team’s effort and sincerity as the hotel begins its new chapter. One thing that truly deserves to be highlighted is the room’s internet speed. Both download and upload speeds reach around 50 Mbps, which is something many hotels in Malaysia still struggle to provide. This genuinely surprised me in a positive way. If there is one area that needs attention, it would be the soundproofing. Both the windows and the door could benefit from better insulation. I understand that external noise cannot be completely avoided in a city-center location, but improving the soundproofing of the windows and doors would significantly enhance the guest experience. This area is known for late-night street racing and modified-car enthusiasts, and the loud engine noises at 3 or 4 a.m. do affect the overall quality and image of the hotel, which is quite a pity. I sincerely hope the hotel team can address this major concern. With better noise control, I believe Trigo Hotel KL can elevate its standards even further. I’ve witnessed the effort and potential in this hotel, and I truly wish the business continued growth and success in the future.

The first time I came to Kuala Lumpur, I chose to stay in this hotel. When we booked the hotel, we asked in advance if we could check in if we had a flight in the early morning. The hotel replied that we could pay 150 for a late check-in, so we went. As a result, when we arrived at the scene, the guards would not let us in and asked us to contact the landlord outside, and then the conversation in the photo happened. 1. The landlord replied that it was too late and we could not check in. 2. I showed him the conversation between us and the customer service, and he told me that it was incorrect 🙂, so what did the customer service do? ? 3. If we must check in, we have to pay 300 Malaysian ringgits before we can enter. (I suspect that he would not change hotels when he saw that we were so late, so he asked for 300 Malaysian ringgits) 4. We agreed to pay, and an Indian boy came out to collect the money from us and took us upstairs. We only stayed for 2 nights, but we had to change rooms once a day. I don’t know why. ——— Let’s talk about the room There is a washing machine, toiletries, and air conditioning 👌 Except for the internet 🛜, it’s like there is no internet at all. The WiFi provided by the landlord is just as bad. I wanted to use the internet on my phone, but it was left with only one bar. When I walked to the room, there was no service 🙂, which made me feel very inconvenient.

Troublesome on the check-in procedure, and searching for parking, as the guard won't guide you, and you've to find your own way. No card access for the parking, sometimes the barrier is closed and you've to walk to guard house to request them open the barrier to the multilevel parking. Check-in took me about 45 minutes. Lift system quite troublesome as well. It suppose to be more convenience, but it's not. The touch screen for the lift not interactive, sometimes not showing the level you're going as well after you've key in the number several times, but somehow it still manage to stop on that level you need. Other than that, it's quite good enough for 2 person stay. The view from the apartment window are quite nice. But these two problems are enough to annoy you for everyday in and out from the apartment.

Through I stay in a 2BRM apartment , it seems like a studio plus additional room on the side minus the huge living room I had at SkySuites near KLCC. The location of the house is super good, between Porcelain Street and Alor Street, and you can walk to both places. It is convenient to go to the bar street and night market at night. The view is wide, and you can see the Petronas Twin Towers and the new high-rise (forgot the name) from the balcony and bedroom. Three bathrooms are a plus, and there will be no problem for a large family to use. The kitchen can simply cook noodles and fried eggs for breakfast. The facilities are also great. There is a swimming pool on the tenth floor, and the children have a lot of fun. There is a parking lot from the first to the eighth floor, with a free parking space. It is very convenient to drive, but the parking space is on the seventh floor, and it takes at least five minutes to drive up. The downside is that the house is poorly maintained and there are cockroaches in the kitchen.

First time stay suites residents berjaya times square. Agak mencabar masa nak check in, sebab kena deal dengan wakil yg jaga resident tu, ingatkan cek kat kaunter hotel tapi tak yer. Mula2 dia tak bagi check in sebab dia ckp apartment aku tu utk 2 org, sebab aku bwk anak 3 org tak boleh masuk. Dia mintak lagi seratus dia bagi bilik lain, aku ckp tak nak tambah bayar sebab semua aku dh bayar siap2. Last2 dia call boss dia, baru dia bagi bilik yg lain dia ckp, tapi x payah tambah duit. ************* sampai apartment sangat memuaskan, bilik baru renovation. Naik satu lift dengan lift hotel. Sangat2 risau.
