This hotel offers excellent value for money and exudes an old-money charm. Even with a more basic room type, you're treated to views of the Singaporean seascape or other captivating sights. The staff provides top-notch service and is incredibly prompt in assisting with any needs. The breakfast and lunch buffets are absolutely superb! It's just a 1-2 minute walk to the adjacent mall, and its Food Hall is highly recommended. The only minor drawback is that the room facilities are a bit dated; for instance, power outlets occasionally malfunction, but repairs are handled very quickly. The toiletries used to be a high-end Italian brand, and guests could take them as souvenirs. Recently, for environmental reasons, they've switched to large, refillable bottles, so taking them now incurs a charge.

An Unforgettable First Family Trip - Exceeded All Expectations! My family and I have just returned from our first trip to Singapore, and our stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a warm atmosphere of genuine hospitality. A special mention must go to the bell team. Their service was impeccable, and their warm, welcoming smiles every single time we got in and out of the hotel truly set the tone for our day. It’s a small gesture that made a huge difference. Our room was a sanctuary – impeccably clean, surprisingly spacious, and blessed with a breathtaking view of the Marina Bay Sands and the Merlion. Waking up to that iconic skyline was a dream. Every member of the staff we encountered was helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The luxury access to Pacific Club Studio 26 was a fantastic experience, but the real highlight for us was the swimming pool. My little one absolutely joyed it! The pool area was quiet, felt exotic and secluded, and was the perfect place for her to splash around and for us to relax. The location is unbeatable, especially traveling with a baby in a stroller. Being directly connected to the mall was a lifesaver, offering unparalleled convenience for quick snacks, shopping, and escaping the afternoon heat. We left with the most memorable family memories and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Pan Pacific, for a flawless stay!

The room was spacious and clean, with unlimited bottled water provided. While not all staff spoke Chinese, overall they were very friendly and proactive, helping with luggage and opening doors. The breakfast restaurant on the ground floor was extremely crowded, often requiring a wait. The night view from the higher-floor rooms was decent. It's a 5-minute walk to Promenade MRT station, but getting here from Changi Airport requires one MRT transfer. Suntec City, located downstairs, offers very convenient dining and shopping. Merlion Park is quite a walk away; even taking public transport (bus/MRT) still involves a significant walk on both ends. Grab rides tend to be more expensive than regular taxis, though most taxi drivers are Chinese and can speak Chinese.

This is a very large hotel by Mandarin Oriental standards, in terms of the number of rooms—that’s my guess for why the service wasn’t up to anything like stays at other of their properties or similar luxury hotels. It took days to respond to an email inquiry and despite feedback, a traditionally basic element of turndown service—providing ice in the room—wasn’t completed. So too the breakfast buffet felt more like Disney than a five star hotel, crowded and underwhelming in its offerings. Seeing a robot carrying dirty dishes passing through clusters of people waiting to get food is not what I would expect at a five star property. Treatment-wise, the spa was quite good but it’s small and lacked a proper relaxation room. Room service was decent, the sushi box was excellent though the lobster laksa was underwhelming, especially since it’s a signature dish of Singapore. The chocolate mousse was the opposite of rich. But the room was generally quite well appointed if on the smaller side (especially the shower), and the view lovely. Still there are so many other excellent hotels in Singapore this was an overall disappointment and I wouldn’t stay there again.

Central in Singapore, but roads and supporting infrastructure not so friendly if having stroller or wheelchair. Ok if whole group can climb some stairs. Room is clean and good view, like the sofa area and balcony. Bathroom is huge. Staff are friendly. The bridge at level 4 is always occupied for photo taking by wedding couples which is a little annoying as they are always blocking the way. (Always happened even I just stayed for 2 nights).

THE SUITE VERY SPACIOUS AND PLEASANT. BOOKING OF SUITE COMES WITH USAGE OF EXEC LOUNGE WHICH IS WHERE U ALSO GET SNACKS, TEA TIME AND YOUR BREAKFAST IS AT EXEC LOUNGE. THE OPTIONS FOR BREAKFAST NOT AS EXCITING AS COMPARED TO THE BREAKFAST BUFFET SPREAD AT THE SOUTH BEACH KITCHEN. BREAKFAST BUFFET OUTSIDE OF EXEC LOUNGE IS NOT INCLUDED IN SUITE BOOKING. BUT DO CHECK WITH HOTEL OR TRIP.COM TO CLARIFY LOCATION OF BREAKFAST IF BOOKING SUITE. HOWEVER, .YOU CAN BOOK A RESERVATION FOR BUFFET BREAKFAST IF YOU WANT A LOVELY HEAVY BREAKFAST SPREAD. MIGHT COST EACH AROUND $60 ++ DO ASK WITH FRONT DESK. ENJOY!! OVERALL SERVICE AT MARRIOT WAS AS EXPECTED AND NORMAL COULD BE BETTER FOR SUITE BOOKINGS THOUGH. We stayed for three nights (4 days), it took a long time to choose a room. As a result, we rented a room with a view of the gardens, and we didn't regret it. I liked: we lived on the 32nd floor, the room had a balcony, the noise of the city was audible, but not annoying. The view from the balcony was relaxing, it's nice to sit and admire in the evening.  The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The cosmetics were wonderful!!! Coffee, sweets and tea were delicious! It's unnecessary to write about the pool)), it's the icing on the cake. If you arrive early, you can go to the pool, it is very comfortable there.  We didn't have breakfast, after reading the reviews that it was easier to have a snack somewhere nearby. I can't say that there are a lot of ”eateries” nearby. Perhaps I would have bought breakfast next time. The transport accessibility is excellent, you can enter the subway from the hotel.  everything interesting is nearby. If there is an opportunity to stay there, you should do it))

The location of this hotel is close to bugis and sunny, and shopping is very convenient! Around Singapore there are breakfasts such as Zhen Prawn Noodle and Ya Kun Breakfast. The Great Mosque is just across the road. There is a bus platform in front of the hotel, and a few hundred meters east to west can reach the subway station. The hotel service is very attentive, because it is a serviced apartment, the room is large, two rooms and one living room, but the waiter cleans the room every day. The room was well-equipped, and my wife was particularly satisfied with the washer and dryer, so I didn't worry about running out of clothes. We often go to Singapore and stay here next time!

We stayed here for 2 days. Upon arrival, we asked for assistance as we had 6 pieces of luggage and I recently had surgery, so I couldn’t carry much. The staff at the front desk was very rude, and I had to ask twice before being pointed to a trolley with no help offered. When we got to the room, we noticed it had two beds, even though our booking clearly stated a queen bed. When I went back to the reception, the staff simply said, “We thought you may like it.” Only after insisting did they change our room from the 2nd floor to the 6th floor, and we again had to manage all the luggage ourselves. On the positive side, the location is very good and convenient for exploring the city, and the breakfast was also enjoyable. Overall, the service was disappointing, but the location and breakfast were the highlights of our stay.

Good place because near street foods (a bit expensive, but many choices). Room for two people is ok, but 3 people’s too small when u have luggage difficult to walk. Can’t early check in (even though just half hour early check in). No daily clean room and water refill for second day (ask them they said need to request??? What we book 2 night, why everything need to request? And if needs to request, why u not inform when we check in?)… other is ok.

Guy on the night shift was super nice and helpful. Efficient in settling us for check in. Room was okay, aircon was quite noisy. But at least at this ST we do not have to climb up to our bed. Downside of this ST was that there is no fridge in the room, thankfully the cook lab has 1. Cups has to be taken from cook lab. At least the cleaning here is much more better than the ST jalan besar. Much quieter. Would stay here again. Thank you for the stay

I had a wonderful stay at KINN Habitat Singapore. The hotel is exceptionally clean and has a pleasant, refreshing scent throughout. Its location is excellent — close to many good restaurants, with a 7-Eleven just around the corner for added convenience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the shower head was one of the best I’ve experienced in this price range. The lounge is one of the highlights — it offers a lovely view, comfortable seating, and a great working space. They even have a small collection of books you can borrow, which adds a cozy touch. Breakfast is simple but nice, with pastries and coffee served each morning. I especially appreciated the coffee machine with a variety of hot drink options and the free drinking water available anytime at the pantry on each floor — very thoughtful amenities. The price isn’t the cheapest for a pod, but for the quality, comfort, and excellent service, it’s definitely worth it. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Singapore!

The service apartment was really good for a short stay. The room was fairly clean and offered everything we needed. The place is located in little Indira and literally across the road from the metro station which was super convenient. The space offered a gym, washing facilities, vending machines that you could use (pro tip you can use your eazy link card to purchase from some of the vending machines). We explored most of the time so this place serves our needs.

It's right smack in Little India! Probably the most vibrant area in SG! Colourful tirades of friendly people, eateries that offer savoury authentic Indian food and endless shophouses that offer almost every basic I need are all within walking distance. The Hostel itself is never a bad place. For the price I paid for my stay, it does offer the most basics that I need for those days I was there. The daytime staff are all friendly and approachable, always willing to offer assistance when I need one. The hostel could do much better if they have a staff on duty for the night, though.

The service was pretty good. The accommodation is in a combined restaurant downstairs and rooms upstairs. The environment is nice, newly renovated. Another guy couldn't stand it and left, haha. I also felt it was a bit too much. I hope the owner can improve ventilation. Luckily, the air conditioning was always on ventilation mode. After ordering, you can just go to the first floor and find a staff member. Cleanliness: Clean. Disposable toiletries are self-service. Facilities: Complete. Charging stations are readily available. Environment: There is a separate rest area outside the accommodation, which is a plus. Service: Chinese is available, and if not, they use a translator. They are friendly to Chinese people. Facilities: The air conditioning is set to 24 degrees Celsius. The central air conditioning cannot be adjusted, so this temperature is OK. There are also small electric fans outside that you can bring in. The breakfast was excellent. You can choose your own, and there's also a free snack buffet. This is very cost-effective. I hope the owner continues to maintain this level of quality.

【Experience: Stylish and Convenient】 Mondrian Singapore, located in the heart of Singapore, captivated me with its bold art design and excellent location! The biggest surprise was that the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the famous 'Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice' food court, surrounded by countless local food stalls. From Laksa and Bak Kut Teh to durian desserts, there were so many food options I literally had decision paralysis! 🍗🍜 However, the room was indeed on the smaller side, especially with luggage open, walking space felt a bit cramped. But the design style was incredibly chic, cleverly using mirrors and vintage elements, which compensated for the limited space. The rooftop pool and bar offer stunning views, and the night scenery is absolutely breathtaking, perfect for photos! 🌃 Overall, if you're a food lover and prioritize location, this place is definitely value for money. But if spacious rooms are a must-have, you might need to weigh your options. Recommended for young travelers and those on short stays! 👍

This was our second visit to Paradox since our first stay last year, which left a very positive impression. As before, we booked the Executive King Room with club benefits. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the team and attended to by Gio, who displayed great hospitality and patiently went through the club benefits with us. We noticed a few changes — the afternoon tea and evening cocktails now have extended timings, and are held at Crossroads Bar instead of the executive lounge. The room was clean and decently sized, with a working desk and a separate foyer area, which I appreciated. However, it was disappointing that the TV did not have a Chromecast feature. Soundproofing could also be improved, as noise from children running and shouting along the corridor could be heard, as well as some loud music from Clarke Quay, given its vibrant nightlife scene. Afternoon tea is served from 12pm to 4pm, offering a good selection of savoury snacks and bite-sized pastries, along with free-flow TWG tea. Evening cocktails run from 5pm to 8pm, with canapés, spirits, and wines set up at a corner of the bar. We especially appreciated the availability of draught beer (Heineken and Tiger) instead of bottled options, as well as Prosecco on request — all part of the club benefits. The food tasted good and offered decent variety. At both the afternoon tea and evening cocktails, we were warmly served by Robert and the manager (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name), who were attentive and quick to top up our drinks. Breakfast, served from 6:30am to 10:30am at Ellenborough Market Café, offered a wide variety of food and live stations. However, it was rather crowded around 8am, and we would have preferred if breakfast could be served in a club lounge for more exclusivity. Overall, we had another great experience at Paradox and truly appreciated the warm hospitality of the crew. We’ll definitely be returning again.

There is a Starbucks and an 7-Eleven downstairs, and lots of local shops. But there is no elevator to the front desk or rooms, so you have to climb some stairs. Located in the very heart of Little India, surprisingly, it felt relatively safe, surrounded by Indians. The hotel is new and the price is quite cheap for Singapore. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but almost all of them serve Indian food. The room was tiny, and I felt like there were small insects on the bed; I got many small red bites all over my body, which were very itchy. The soundproofing was poor, and the front desk was very slow. Because of the poor soundproofing, I would be startled awake by people suddenly returning home in the middle of the night. If your budget allows, it's not worth the sacrifice.

Before I arrived, I had high expectations. Overall was barely satisfactory as facilities were minimal and staff service was ok but clearly not well trained. The foul smell in the water dispenser was shocking. I bought Fiji water for entire one week stay. Deeply concerned the water dispenser was not hygienic.  Staff know their work but service is not in their DNA. If positioning is 3 star then it is fine.  If room rate is cheap, I will come again. Many choices in the vicinity.
