The staff is very attentive and pleasant, the hotel is well kept, the rooms are very clean and the bedding is satisfactory. I slept there twice during stays of 4 and 3 days, I was there on the avenue side but I was able to sleep without difficulty, the insulation is quite good. The hotel is very well located in Maisons-Alfort, close to the metro and public transport, as well as an exit (road). I recommend this hotel and thank the team that ensures the comfort of its customers.

I regularly stay at the Aparthotel Adagio in Maisons Alfort because it is on line Metro 8, with easy access to many areas and key sights in Paris. The staff are really excellent - professional, friendly, organized and just wonderful overall! The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. There is no noise from the street so you can always sleep soundly and the wifi works very well. I'm always pleased with this hotel and recommend it for excellent value/quality ratio. They also take good measures to make sure they reduce waste and save energy (while keeping guests comfortable), which is important to me.

Stay from December 23 to 27 - apartment 522 & 501 Before my arrival, I had asked to have a rental with a bathtub, request confirmed because all T2 are equipped with a bathtub I was told When taking of my rental, I had a shower! (apartment 522) After expressing my dissatisfaction on Saturday morning and when I had been told at reception that there was no longer an apartment with a bathtub, a person from the reception came to see me and coincidentally , find me an apartment with a bathtub Transfer of business and taking of the new rental (apartment 501), when I want to take a bath, a great moment of solitude! No cork to be able to take it Back to reception to ask for one...and there! another moment of solitude... after promising to bring me one quickly, 1 hour later I was still waiting for this famous cork... After another visit to reception, I was told that it is not possible to have one because the bathtubs were delivered without! In the end, to get myself a bath, I had to plug the tub with a plastic ac to be able to enjoy it!! Unheard of for me! Am I talking about the kids running down the halls screaming like hysterics? The common areas are dirty, the balconies are dirty, the apartments have no curtains, etc... In short! If you want to lose money, this is the place to go! Otherwise stay away from this place...

Loved the Hotel and easy to get into central Paris from the metro which is a short and flat 10 minute walk from the hotel. Great service in the room and it was immaculate every day. The adjoining restaurant serves great food and arriving in the evening at the hotel the restaurant was a convenient being part of the hotel complex. Would definitely stay at the hotel again and i highly recommend it

This was my first time in Paris and it was an incredible stay! The rooms were very well kept and the family was wonderful. Major bus stop and metros were very close, 15 minutes from Gare de Lyon! Their dog, Zoro, was so adorable. 10/10 experience, will be staying once again!!

The pillows smelled funky as if they weren’t washed. The covers had stain. The bathroom smelled and the bathroom floor was dirty. The hallway to the room smelled even worse. Like most other hotels, they’ve done a good job renovating the lobby to get you in but once you take elevator to your floor and the unit, it’s a different story. Considering what they are charging for a night, expected a lot more.

We stayed here for three nights and had a room on the 4th floor with shared bathroom/toilet. No elevator, but that was ok for us. More serious is the fact that there is no second fire escape! Rooms, toilet and bathroom are not kept very clean, people smoke on the toilet, which is really bad. Water in bathroom does not run through. Staff is nice, breakfast really nice with fresh croissants and German bröthchen, jams, good coffe etc. Nights are quite (traffic), although it is easy to hear the other guests speak in their rooms. Restaurants are nearby and ok. The beds are made up the old fashioned way with sheets and blankets (no quilts) and they were not cleaned during our three nights stay.

Good morning hotel well located. Family trip two bedrooms rented in each room one small handbag for two, no bath tapes, no liquid soap on the shower in the bathroom. Women's staff at the very unpleasant reception. No additional 3-day stay with soap and serviettes . Good*****t that the very very sympathetic watch c is moved to find me a 2 small handkerchief ( I saw the place where the chairs and handkerchiefs are stored to flee a used handkerchief directly on the handkerchiefs, If you look at the matlas ho la la you don't want to sleep in any of the two rented rooms. I have a 4-star tourist residence so I know the work perfectly. The 3-star class is in fact a real place. At the cherry on the cake we have been subjected to an alarm fire because they forgot croissants in the oven and the alarm works very well up to 7th floor . The hotel is located in the centre of the city and is located in the centre of the city.

Je travaille de nuit par rapport à ma situation professionnelle, et j'avais demandé une chambre au calme pour que je puisse me reposer tranquillement et être prêt pour une nouvelle nuit de travail direction Châlons ... Ma demande à été traitée avec beaucoup de savoir faire et ce tact que beaucoup d'établissements voudrait avoir Alia dans son personnel pour une simple raison, elle recherche la solution la plus adaptée pour que le client soit content et reste fidèle à IBIS. Client très content et je peut que m'incliner devant ce grand professionnalisme d'Alya . Bravo à vous, garder cette gentillesse, ce sourire que vous avez au téléphone, et je vous souhaite bonne continuation dans cette grande chaine d'hôtel IBIS . Hôtel situé entre le centre commercial Créteil Soleil et le centre ancien c'est assez pratique. Cet hôtel ne fait pas très clean la chambre est correcte sans plus c'est assez bruyant et le ménage laisse à désirer notamment le receveur de la cabine de douche qui n'a pas du voir de récurrent depuis un certain temps. J'ai pu tester le petit déjeuner qui est correct toutefois là encore le nettoyage des couverts est superficiel et le sol (sur lequel quelque chose de collant avait du couler)collait aux chaussures dans toutes la partie carrelée pendant plusieurs matins sans que rien ne soit fait pour remédier au problème. Bref je ne conseille pas pas cet hôtel,il y a des alternatives pour le même prix
