On the last day morning, we had breakfast in the dinning room. The food was good but we felt totally disappointed by the dust as per photo fully covered on the table and rack next to the dinning table. How come a 5 star hotel allow this dirty environment at the dinning area. The management to my mind should bear the full responsibility. We state the fact with good comment and poor management on F and B issue.

      We stayed in a 1-bedroom unit there in end-July 19, our second visit paid to it since nearly 3 years ago. It was a pleasant stay. Nice and clean room, though there were signs of deterioration in the room condition as compared with our previous stay. The western-style breakfast was basic, that you got a dish with eggs, cold cuts and sausages apart from the self-serve bar topped with limited choice of breads, vegetables and drinks. Having said that, it met my breakfast needs. The best of this hotel is that every unit is equipped with a washing machine with dryer. We used it with no complaint. The next best is that it has free TV cable-box which offers a wide choice of TV channels for viewing. This is not something readily available at many other hotels in Osaka. Will continue to stay with it if travel to Osaka again.

At the dressing room, things such as lotion and milky lotion were basically simple, but there were several booths and there was no waiting for the dryer, so stress-free! I think that the hot spring is also smooth and no one is weak. I went to the place near the locker for the restroom, but there were many old types of things in this place, but it was clean and the goods were good. Not a smoker, but there was also a smoking room. The lounge is for men and women, but there is a space for women and a space for men only, with a night view, and a TV with a sofa. There was also a water server!       Location: Not bad! within walking distance of Shinsekai and a food street, but not the most popping place in town, I should've tried harder to stay in the Namba area. Bed a pad on the floor and, depending on where the room is (I requested away from the bathroom) a few noises can wake you up. I'm a spry young thing so I don't mind a hard bed and a few noises because I'll go right back to sleep. But if you have a harder time getting a good night's sleep, maybe consider another option. Amenities: Standard hostel, commen spaces have showers and a water/ice machine and a microwave and vending machines with ¥230 beers to go in my personal fridge, heck yeah!!
