I was genuinely surprised by how convenient the hotel's location was. It's just 20-30 meters from the train station, making it incredibly easy to reach. We could walk to every attraction, completely eliminating the need for public transportation. Chinatown being right next door was fantastic, offering endless dining options to suit all our family's tastes. The hotel itself was very quiet and comfortable, and it felt incredibly secure. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay!

Comfort Inn Location is great, just next to Birmingham New Street train station and within 3 mins walking distance to Birmingham China town, so plenty of restaurants and cafe surround this hotel. The only downside is the shower area, the curtain was short and water spilling everywhere when take shower. Overall I would rate 4.0 for Comfort Inn due to excellent location and reasonable price

I arrived past the check-in time, and reception was not around to receive me. Nonetheless, there was a number on the door to call, and I was talked through the process of getting in with the code, and to collect my keys. The gentleman was incredibly patient with me, which was appreciated as it was late, and I was exhausted from a long work day and it was my first time in Birmingham so I got lost finding my way from the train station to the accommodation. The apartment was incredibly spacious. The living room and kitchen made me feel right at home, and the kitchen was well equipped. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms - I was a single traveller so I didn't need to use all that space at all. The bed I slept in was marvellously comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, the water pressure was strong, and I really have zero complains about it. Location wise, there is a mall next door, although by the time I arrived it was closed, and when I left for my work meeting at 7am the next morning it wasn't opened yet. There were also some restaurants by the waterfront around the corner. I think this is a great accommodation for families or friends travelling together.

A very central location, with superb breakfast. We stayed at the heart of Birmingham city, with designated hotel parking lots at the basement (you have to pay extra for parking but £13 overnight is good enough). Free coffee and hot chocolate at the lobby. Room is comfortable and of good size. Interestingly, the bathroom door serves its dual role of both the bathroom’s and the toilet’s door. Breakfast was fantastic with ingredients to make a full English breakfast (minus the black pudding). Recommend this place if you want to be close to bustling heart of the city center.

Fabulous apartment, really spacious, clean and tidy with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Reception staff were very polite friendly and helpful, would be nice if the reception hours were longer though. Location was perfect for easy access to all the attractions of Birmingham City center, although the area itself doesn't look the nicest it was safe and secure and closer to my both the train and bus station. As a four star hotel, I am disappointed that the room was not really clean, and there was a strange smell, and there was no toothpaste! Staff were nice and the location is in the centre. I enjoyed the sauna, the gym is not big. Restaurant's price is reasonable, the breakfast could be better.

This place truly exceeded my expectations! It's just a 10-minute walk from the train station and incredibly close to all the main attractions – everything was within easy walking distance, which was super convenient. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, much bigger than I'd anticipated. While the breakfast didn't offer a huge variety, the quality was good. Overall, fantastic value for money. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

The Staybridge Suites are a little jewel in Birmingham. From check-in to check-out, staff were really friendly and professional. The choice at the buffet breakfast was substantial and options for all tastes. Really comfy mattress and spotless bed linen. There was a problem with the fan in my room on the first night, and when I reported it to reception the next day, to resolve the issue, I was offered a different room for my second night. Instead, I just kept the card out of the light switch when I was ready to go to sleep. As I only had one more night I did not take up the offer of the change of room but I really appreciated that they would have done this for me which shows that they really want to make customers happy. Having a fridge and kitchen items was really good. The only downside was that the shower did not drain away quickly, so if you keep an eye on this when you are in the shower, you could end up with water all over the bathroom floor. Otherwise, I would definitely stay there again.

It's a good choice if you want thr budgetarian hotel for short stay and leave during day time because you have nothing can do in that hotel. Sheets, blanket, pillows are pearly white clean but surprisingly no complimentary water, and incomplete toiletries. Only soap. Room is good anyway even if you're just alone. Receptionist was helpful but the room service staff will knock at your door during your checkout like there's fire. It is located near everywhere. Still good deal.

Location wise, walkable to Birmingham New Street train station given you don’t have big heavy luggage. Although I can hear the people outside but it’s not really bad. Hyatt Rengency Hotel Birmingham is a very nice and cozy hotel with great facilities. It offers halal food, and prayer mats are available upon request, which I really appreciated. The leisure facilities are lovely, with a heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and spa. However, my stay was let down by the fact that the room did not have a smart TV as mentioned on the website, which caused a lot of wasted time considering that I planned to stay in most of the times. The hotel eventually upgraded us (to a similar room just a few floors higher) after several contact made to reception and a long wait, but I’m grateful to Kenza for her assistance. On checkout, Nandini was very kind and offered support for my next visit as a gesture for the inconvenience. There's also an issue with parking, which operates on a first come first serve basis. So if you park your car on day 1 and say you're staying for 3 days, you have to pay for the parking for 3 days ahead which is £27 for 24hr. During these days if you happen to take your car out and come back with no free parking space, you lose your money. Your slot is not reserved. It would be better if they charge us for parking when we are leaving the car park rather than making us pay in advance. Overall, a comfortable hotel with excellent amenities, but clearer information on room facilities would have made the stay much smoother. I would have come better prepared.

It's not the best hotel on the street. It's very expensive, and breakfast £18 each and we did return throughout our stay. The food was very poor. Weatherspoon was a lot cheaper and nicer. Communal lights on my corridor did not function as it should. I booked a deluxe room, which is basic. No shaver plug in inside the bathroom. TV isn't smart. The bathroom was very clean. These days, they struggle to charge the costs to my room. Communal shared areas are great but rooms very basic.
