Great location, but a bit of a letdown: It takes 20 minutes to walk to the city center, Chinatown, and other places, and parking for one night costs £18. In the end, we still had to drive to the city center. So, staying a bit further out might have been an option. Room: Being in a busy area, you can hear traffic noise. It's actually a wet/dry separation bathroom, which wasn't clear from the room photos. I personally don't like it. The rare presence of a bathtub in the room was the only plus. For a triple room, the sofa bed was very large, a double, and comfortable. The room amenities didn't explicitly state that slippers and toothbrushes are not provided. When I asked at the front desk, they said they were available for purchase but completely out of stock. Parking: Not many parking spaces. The EV charger was also out of order. Plus, the entrance and exit are very narrow, so you need to be careful. At this price, if you have a car, I'd rather stay a bit further away. Not good value for money.

The location is ideal, with many shops and transport options nearby. The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is quite good with a good selection, plus it's free for under-16s if an adult books. The room is spacious and well-equipped, and cleanliness is okay, apart from a bit of mold noticed in one corner of the bathtub.

The hot water in the hotel was inconsistent. I reported it to the front desk, but nothing changed, and it was the same the next day.
