I have lived here for a month, and later I found out that they clean every 7 days. Even if you go to the front desk and say that you are willing to pay for cleaning, they are really lazy, or because there is no KPI! In short, everything has to be in accordance with their hotel system, there is no room for negotiation! In addition to cleaning, it is good! By the way, breakfast is relatively simple and average! But it is not bad.

We have staying at this location for over 6 years when we visit family or go shopping in Atlanta. The quality has been declining ever since new management took over. Could only get ten channels because hotel dish was hit by lightning a while ago and management has not made it a priority to fix this issue immediately. No decaf coffee available at breakfast, was told they didn’t offer it. Coffee only available during breakfast not 24 hours as before. They charge Diamond members for breakfast when many other Hilton brands have it complimentary for their Diamond guests. VERY NOISY! Mobile check in and digital key were not available.

We stayed for 2 nights at the Embassy Suites in Alpharetta and the location is great for dining and shopping. The breakfast and evening reception were great! It’s great that the omelet stand is open again! We’ve stayed here 3 times since 2021 and we are always pleased. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean and comfortable. Only complaints are that the carpets and some of the furniture are starting to look a little worn. One of our ottomans had an iron stain on it from a previous guest that put an iron down on it. Our carpets were clean, they just had some set in stains. The beds were really comfortable! We will be back!

This hotel was very, very nice and clean. The front desk staff was very professional and attentive. I had certain requests and they were all complied with. My room was super clean, very good size, had a king size bed studio which included a sofa bed. It had a small kitchen area. The hotel is centrally located and the price was just right. There are plenty of known restaurants within walking distance and the hotel is very accessible to major highways. Located away from the noisy traffic. The breakfast was good, hard boiled eggs, variety of breads, juices, cereals; very clean. If you need to stay in the Roswell-Alpharetta area, I recommend this Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. It is very affordable and it met my expectations. I would recommend for the dining amenities: You must add a second toaster, one is not enough.

I arrived at the Aloft Marriott Bonvoy Hotel early on Friday, February 17 and was greeted by General Manager, Chris Spears. Beautiful, European style lobby with bright colors and open spaces. Angel, front desk clerk, assigned me to Room 218. Carlos, housekeeper/maintenance worker, loaded my bags on a cart. I gave Carlos $10 (ten dollars). We proceeded to the elevator. Carlos had my room key. I gave him my car key and asked him to park my car. There was a bad order in the room I thought was from Carlos. Carlos brought my car keys back. I sprayed the room with my Lysol. Smell was not noticeable in the bathroom. I went downstairs to the bar. Returned to room. Got undressed and got in bed. The smell was in the bed. I fell asleep and woke up coughing violently around 3am. Juliana, 19-year old night auditor, agreed to change me to Room 216. However, she was the only person working and she couldn't leave the front desk. I had to stay in the smelly room until Dominique came to move me at 7:30am. When Dominique came to Room 218, she said, ”I SMELL IT!” Dominique rushed me out of Room 218 to my new Room 216. Dominique helped me to my car so I could drive to Wellstar North Fulton Emergency Department where I tested positive for COVID-19. Today is Day 10 of being infected with COVID-19 at the Aloft Marriott Bonvoy Hotel in Alpharetta GA. My case # is 429 646 235. Marriott Corporate has escalated my case to risk management and the legal department. Chris Spears, General Manager at the Aloft in Alpharetta is 28 years old with only 5 years with the Marriott Corporation. He's not trained to run the Aloft Hotel. The bartender is also 28 years old. It appears Chris Spears has hired his inexperienced friends to staff housekeeping, bar and his friend JP at the front desk. I expect Reparations for what the incompetence of Chris Spears fid to me at the Aloft Marriott Bonvoy Hotel, 7895 North Point Parkway, Alpharetta GA.

I would stay here again if I was in the area and this was the most convenient choice, but… They are currently being refurbished. We were put into the newly re-done building (they were just finishing up the ground floor). The front desk warned us there might be some paint smell. That was true when we first entered the building, but our room itself had no odor. And, of course, everything looks great as a result of new paint, new carpet, etc. However, the changes appear to be only cosmetic: • The first day I took a shower, I had to stand ankle deep in water the whole time as the tub drained quite slowly. On the positive side, when I called the front desk to have the issue resolved, they sent someone out within about 10 minutes. He was able to fix the problem in another 10 minutes, and the drain worked fine the rest of the time we were there. • The stairs are uneven, with various dips that are hidden beneath the new, patterned carpet. To be fair, I also noticed this at other Fairfield Inns we have stayed in recently, but one might hope that renovations would include resolving something like that. • The task lighting above the desk worked the first time we used it. The second time it flicked and then didn’t come on. About 15 minutes later, all of a sudden, I noticed the bulbs were now lit. No idea why that happened. • The desk has two parts, one nested underneath the other to be pulled out. The part that moves has no wheels and is on carpet, so the only way to get it out is to drag this big heavy piece of furniture across the carpet. Then, of course, it was quite difficult to get it back underneath since pushing across carpet is even harder than pulling. • The thermostat is on the wall right next to the desk—nestled between the wall and the side of the desk itself, with just enough room to stick your hand in there to push buttons but not enough room to actually see clearly what you are doing. • The bathroom has only two towel bars—one directly above the toilet and so only usable with a hand towel (unless you want your bath towel draped over the toilet tank—seems unsanitary) and one too short for a single bath towel, let alone two. We ended up hanging towels to dry in the closet where they had to drape against the edges of a wire shelving unit, but that seemed cleaner than draping them against the toilet. And, for more general commentary on the hotel: Noise: The room/building were very quiet. We never heard any outdoor noise, nor any noise from neighbors. Temperature: The heating and cooling was okay. We didn’t notice any obnoxious noises during the day, but the first night I was awakened three separate times by a pulsing sound I couldn’t identify. Almost sounded like some sort of emergency noise except not blaringly loud. It turned out to be the cooling unit. After noticing it in the night and identifying the cause, I could hear it in the day as well. Breakfast: Breakfast was typical Marriott.

Staff was extremely friendly, excellent COVID safety protocols in place, very quiet (even though property allows dogs), comfortable bed and clean room. I would highly recommend this if traveling with your dog, especially one that needs to be exercised regularly. The hotel is located within a block of an egress to the Big Creek Greenway, which is a miles-long walking/biking/jogging trail and perfect for dog-walking. Downtown Alpharetta is a quick 5 minute drive away and shopping at Avalon is even closer. We regularly traveled the 20 minutes to/from the hotel and our relatives' home in Milton during our stay with ease.

We booked a room with two beds. When we checked in we were told they were overbooked, but they could ”upgrade” us to a king suite with a pullout sofa bed. The only option was to take this upgrade or search for another hotel at 10pm. A king suite with a pull out sofa bed is NOT an upgrade. The teenage boys were too long for the tiny sofa bed. When you have two adults and two large teenage boys, you need the room you booked! The sofa bed was terrible. Entire bed was on an angle. The ledge of the sofa made it feel like there was a bar 18” from top of mattress. It was a worn down 2” foam ”mattress”. Absolute worst night of sleep I have ever had in a hotel in my life. My neck and back hurt for days. Hampton Inn should be ashamed of what they have provided their customers. To be clear, this is not the result of anyone who worked the front desk at check-in or check-out. They did not overbooked the room, and they apologized when I brought this to their attention in the morning. This is Hampton Inn who overbooked and failed their customers. Hampton Inn provided a subpar sofa bed. So, Hampton Inn, check out the sofa bed in room 603. Stay for a night or a nap, then let me know what you think...

My room 507 when I walked in first off there was a strong sour sponge odor. I figured I could remedy it since it was giving me problems with the mildew/mold smell. Bought Lysol and bleach and cleaned the filters and the metal fins that I could expose. Took away half of the odor. I kept working on it over 3 days thinking it would get better. Not so much. I may could have contacted the staff for another room but I did not have the will power to move all of my things into what may have not been a better room. *I really would have like a complimentary basic breakfast! Instead I got charged almost $10 for a continental (fruit, yogurt, juice). **Trying Fairfield Inn next time.

I had a suite with a pleasant living area and a great work station with adjustable desk and chair!!! Actual comfort. Bathroom was small but it worked well including the shower head. Sink was outside the shower/toilet room, I like that and I think it is a great feature when more than 1 person is staying in the room. A/C control was good, no noise. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was super. Front desk staff very accommodating and pleasant. This was the top of the mid range hotel wish list.

The room was appropriate for the level of hotel, nothing exceptional. The fitness facility was very nice. However, the dining options were very disappointing. I find it irritating that there are vegan options, which is a lifestyle choice, but no gluten free options, which is an actual allergy. The best part, when I ask both of the fellows minding the bistro if he can get me the burrito and just dump it on a plate before he heats it up, (so the tortilla doesn't stick) he tells me it comes pre-made. I'm not sure what that has to do with his physical ability to shake a frozen tube of eggmixture out of a tortilla shell? Marsha (overnight manager type) tried really hard to help me out. She caught me the 2nd morning trying to find something i could eat without dying and did the burrito thing for me,. I just don't understand why there's not some kind of gluten free option? Like a frozen package of gluten free English muffins in the back you can swap for the extant English muffin breakfast sandwich. It's not like the frozen bread has a2 day shelf life, it lasts for months...

i experienced poor communication during my whole stay. 1. My reservation was for 2 rooms for 4 night on the same reservation. These rooms were not on the same floor luckily it was a business trip and didn't matter as much but it would have been nice if something was said during check in, instead we found out the hard way after getting off the elevator. 2. We went down to breakfast and exchanged pleasantries with the restaurants staff and found a seat assuming it was a full service restaurants. Only after sitting there waiting for 10 minutes and deciding to go somewhere else did we notice that you are supposed to order at the register. Again its not like we weren't seen but nothing was ever said even after placing an order with the same staff member. 3. The hotel policy is no housekeeping unless requested or after 5 days. Again I was never told of this. I endured multiple days of hoping for fresh towel until I accident saw the small printout in the room. I counted 6 different printouts scattered around the room that I guess I should have read to find out critical information. It was a nice property in a nice location. A few tweaks and it would have been a 5 star.
