We spent 4 days between friends in this hotel, this stay and near the horrible location of the hotel and away from the seafront with all to the round of the dusts that overloaded for 4 days Côté restaurant les buffets matin midi et soir ont été identiques pendant 4 jours et d'une qualité médiocre L'entretien des chambres et très mal effectué la litière est très mauvais Il a fallu même un jour aller demander des serviettes propres qui n'ont pas été placées dans la salle de bain Les animations du showing a swimming pool on the roof It's just not bigger than a pathoire a scandal Finally this hotel doesn't erite me 4 stars even to Spanish standards Fly!!!!!!

Me and my partner (Both 23) stayed here for 7 days. We paid extra for an upgraded room with aircon and were located on the 1st floor. The rooms were as described, large and clean. They will only change your towels if you place the sign outside your door. The bed however was just two smaller ones pushed together which could've been better but we knew this before going so no disappoin**ent. A deposit is required to use the safe in the room, this was 10 euro's and you get given a lock and a key. There's a hairdryer in the room and a kettle is available to rent. The fridge in the room is small and does not have a freezer section. The Pool area opens at 9 and people will queue beforehand. If you are not there for this time you will not get a sunbed as there isn't enough beds to cater for the hotel. The beach is only a 5 minute walk at max and you can buy a parasol from a shop for around 12 euro's which will come in handy. If you are wanting to travel, the train station is roughly a 10-15 minute walk at it would cost us 24 euro's for a return trip to Barcelona together. Train will take just over an hour to get into Barcelona and runs every 30 minutes. However the last train back is quite early. There is also a car hire on the same road. Half Board meant that we had Breakfast and Dinner at the hotel and ate out for lunch. Breakfast had a variety of options with juices and hot drinks included. Dinner however was very hit and miss. Some nights there would be great options and others not so, which resulted in us eating out multiple nights. Drinks are not included at dinner and they will take an order from you when seated. You will then pay for them on the way out. There are many places to eat out near the hotel in which we never had a bad meal and all very reasonable priced. Cocktails are roughly around 8 - 12 euro's depending on where you go but very generous on the pouring. Overall we both had a good time here but we wouldn't go back.

This is a lovely hotel, spotlessly clean with good food and friendly staff, particularly good service from Sebastian, Jonny, and housekeeping. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis , the food was good, always something you could eat and the drinks were fine. They are the pro's, the cons: I wish we had been warned previously about the Poker Series before we had arrived. The hotel was completely overrun with rude, French, poker players who had no consideration for anyone else. One in particular woke everyone up at 4.45am. one morning by playing music at full blast and refusing to turn it down. To be fair, the hotel staff dealt with it , but not until after 11 30 that day. The group occupied most of the hotel and received attentive service in the dining room, where as soon as they sat down were offered wine and drinks at the table, all inclusive guests were rarely asked. We enjoyed our stay but not enough to make a return visit or indeed to recommend to friends.

When we 1st arrived the drop off point was great just outside of the hotel it is approx an hour and 10 minutes on the coach. My room had two single beds pushed together so you could get down the sides to get in. The bed had plastic cover under the sheet it drove me nuts as it needed straightening out everytime you turned over. TV up above wardrobe on a bracket very small and only had 1 English channel BBC news, watched it whilst getting ready for dinner. I had a balcony, it faced the balconies opposite but I did get sunshine in the afternoon early evening which was lovely. You could not use the pool area before 10 a.m and as this is the hotels only outside space it was frustrating. The building has 4 or 5 floors so a lot of guests, so to find there is only room for 25 sun beds 12 chairs and 3 small tables in the pool area was never going to please most of their guests, Very little space between them and edge of pool . I had my own pool towel although they show photo of towels by the pool. The activity area is a hall with seating, meant to be used for activities but basically used as a walk through from reception to the bar. The bar had a window opening onto the pool area this was the All inclusive ”Snack bar,” i was offered sandwiches in a cardboard box I asked if we had pizza they said yes 8 euro so not much of a snack bar. The ”Cafe” was a coffee machine on a table in the hall. Someone mentioned the beach is opposite the hotel giving the impression you can see it, it is only a few minutes away but to get to the beach you need to cross the road under the train subway and then go down between the buildings to arrive at a lovely sandy beach, hiring 2 chairs and an umbrella is 21 euros. Food was very much the same every day with additional bit of chicken or fish added but there is something for everyone as there are loads of restaurants near by. Restaurant open anything from 5 to 15 minutes late every day, so recommend go down a few minutes late so you are not queued on the stairway going down to the restaurant and across the hall each meal time. As i was leaving the hotel very early I asked for a wake up call at 5 a.m they set the call for 4 a.m, not impressed. As I was inclusive they were going to leave me a breakfast bag but that didn't happen either. Staff were nice and polite.

Nice hotel, perfect location, room was fine, could do with some English channels on tv to watch but that’s just a minor detail. No issues with our room, food was lovely, would just recommend some air con in the restaurant as we went in September and still very hot, air con needed during meal times. We would return, I don’t care about old decor I must be used to these kind of hotels they are perfectly fine!- the hotel was clean, good view from balcony and so close to the beach, couldn’t fault it. Will return this year hopefully.

The best thing about going away from home is not having to worry about where you are staying and I was not dissapointed at all. The hotel is just as it is in the photos. Clean, plush and welcoming. We arrived late at night (20/10/23) after waiting 2 hours for our transfer then the travel from Barcelona to the hotel we were tired but welcomed by the wonderful night staff member I think his name was Thorko. He offered us something to eat and explained the hotel facilities. The pool is cold but once you get in its ok and it was fun seeing the look on peoples faces as they got in lol it was a conversation starter. The hotel is located on the beach and near the train station I actually think its the best part of the ***** 5 minutes from Aloha that does the best cocktails and night vibes. All the staff were friendly and the breakfast well I'm missing the breakfast 😀 cava with your freshly made omlette or pancakes, the fruit shots were delicious and how do they make mushrooms taste so good. Best bit was there were no kids!! I would definitely stay here again.

Very mixed feelings about this hotel. The good points The hotel it's self is very nice and spotlessly clean the rooms are a good size with great views of santa susanna and the beach, loved the lobby area with the table service and bar the staff where always very attentive with a smile, the pool is great it's got a great sized pool. The bad points One of the biggest things for me being a none smoker is having to constantly walk past people smoking outside the back door leading to the pool area nearly every time I walked out the door there was at least 2 or 3 people smoking sometimes a group of maybe 10 or 15 in the evening it's discusting there needs to be a smoking area away from the main areas or entrances. Santa susanna it's self is very nice but we found it to very quite too quite in fact there was no entertainment anywhere the entertainment in the hotel wax very poor. The room keys we was constantly having to go the reception due the card keys not working (they was nowhere near our phones). The food breakfast that was included was very nice, the Mexican restaurant called la pergola wow I've never had a food like that it was disgusting I ordered fajitas I expected fajitas but what I got was more like a chicken stew it was the worst Mexican food I've ever had, the pizzas are frozen so after that we never ate there again. If you want a relaxing holiday in a nice hotel with no entertainment it's great book but if you're under there age of 65 and like a bit of entertainment at night this is not the place for you it felt like sometimes without being rude we was in a retirement home with the age of the guests.

There are some good and some bad with this property. If you get a good deal, it’s worth it but there are a lot of caveats to that. I will start by saying half board is not worth it because while they tell you Botànic is included, it was actually not open other than Saturday nights. So you’re stuck at the buffet. We booked a penthouse pool suite which is good in theory but there is no insulation in the walls so you will hear banging, walking, talking all night. They definitely have a grey water issue at the hotel as all sinks, showers and drains smell horrendous and you can’t mask that smell. Housekeeping was ok. Usually came around 5pm so I would not worry about them waking you up to early …lol. Breakfast was good overall. Good choices, nice cava included. Go with a breakfast package. Dinner is repetitive in the restaurant and as I said, you have no other choice. We were able to try botanic for the one night it was open and the service is rushed and there’s only 3 options on the menu that don’t have a surcharge. The bar posidonia was great- good prices overall there. My biggest issue with the property was the service, or lack there of. The phone line is always busy and if you try to request anything through their web browser app, it errors out. When you send an email, you get fairly sarcastic and slow responses back. My biggest issue is with service was it feels more like they cater to large charter groups and it’s certainly more on the 3 star service tier. Don’t expect follow ups or help if you have any issues. Also, don’t book the transfers through them. It’s actually a fantastic scam - you get a very nice Mercedes transfer up to the hotel and when you go back to Barcelona, you get a nice beater for the same price. I’ve requested a partial refund on that since I paid full price and I’m sure I’ll never hear from them due to the poor service and follow up. Overall, if you’re coming to this area, it’s a decent choice if you get a good deal but don’t expect high end luxury service

One in particular woke everyone up at 4.45am. one morning by playing music at full blast and refusing to turn it down. To be fair, the hotel staff dealt with it , but not until after 11 30 that day. The group occupied most of the hotel and received attentive service in the dining room, where as soon as they sat down were offered wine and drinks at the table, all inclusive guests were rarely asked. We enjoyed our stay but not enough to make a return visit or indeed to recommend to friends.

Me and my partner (Both 23) stayed here for 7 days. We paid extra for an upgraded room with aircon and were located on the 1st floor. The rooms were as described, large and clean. They will only change your towels if you place the sign outside your door. The bed however was just two smaller ones pushed together which could've been better but we knew this before going so no disappoin**ent. A deposit is required to use the safe in the room, this was 10 euro's and you get given a lock and a key. There's a hairdryer in the room and a kettle is available to rent. The fridge in the room is small and does not have a freezer section. The Pool area opens at 9 and people will queue beforehand. If you are not there for this time you will not get a sunbed as there isn't enough beds to cater for the hotel. The beach is only a 5 minute walk at max and you can buy a parasol from a shop for around 12 euro's which will come in handy. If you are wanting to travel, the train station is roughly a 10-15 minute walk at it would cost us 24 euro's for a return trip to Barcelona together. Train will take just over an hour to get into Barcelona and runs every 30 minutes. However the last train back is quite early. There is also a car hire on the same road. Half Board meant that we had Breakfast and Dinner at the hotel and ate out for lunch. Breakfast had a variety of options with juices and hot drinks included. Dinner however was very hit and miss. Some nights there would be great options and others not so, which resulted in us eating out multiple nights. Drinks are not included at dinner and they will take an order from you when seated. You will then pay for them on the way out. There are many places to eat out near the hotel in which we never had a bad meal and all very reasonable priced. Cocktails are roughly around 8 - 12 euro's depending on where you go but very generous on the pouring. Overall we both had a good time here but we wouldn't go back.

Loved the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely and clean food is OK all in all enjoyed my stay tje only thing that let it down was nos mot much live entertainment at night. And the dj nights are repative with the songs.outside pool is bit cold but indoor one is nice but has to booked. And wrist bands are 10 euros which os returned when you give them back on checking out.

- Free car park, but not much space, almost impossible to find space - Reception speaks little English, often nobody at the reception - Not allowed any water mattress or swimming ring in the swimming pool - breakfast is available until 9:30 am, and 9:25am may not let you in the restaurant as to near closing - no space in the room, luggage was on the balcony as no space for it - very loud a/c makes noise all night, like a bell or dropping nails every 15 minutes - water in the shower changes itself from cold to very hot, unstable - fridge in the room without freezer - main light switch is hidden behind massive TV, never used TV and light switch was found after 4 days - security doesn't speak English and is very rude - restaurant services - only one person was nice - reception services - only one person was nice - BAR - often nobody at the bar
