If I were to fly to SFO, this Grand Hyatt would definitely be my first choice. It’s just three or four stops away on the red line. Just go downstairs and you’ll find the front desk. It’s different from traditional American hotels. It has a full range of supplies, including slippers (on the top of the closet). In addition to toothbrushes and toothpaste, you need to bring them yourself. It comes with everything else, even a kettle... There is a capsule coffee machine, the room is quite large, the sound insulation is very good, the bedding is comfortable, and there is nothing wrong with it except that it is expensive. If you arrive early and have a room, early check-in can be negotiated, and you can lie down directly for a few dozen dollars. You have to pay for breakfast, but the quality is okay There is a small supermarket on the fourth floor Takeaway is very convenient, UBER EAT takes minutes, there are Chinese food, Malatang and Japanese food, just remember to take it in the elevator next to the chandelier.

The location is very close to the airport, and it only takes 5 minutes to get there by car. However, there is no public transportation to get there. Uber is very expensive, and parking requires parking in a paid parking lot. The overall environment of the room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast is very rich, and the staff at the reception are very polite.

If you were driving by you'd think, typical old-school motel. But management has done a very nice job updating and upgrading the property. They added security barriers with key access so their isn't a ”parking lot entry” to room like a typical mote. Hardwood floors, marble bathroom, faux fireplace, decent bed and linens makes this a good deal. One tip, there is a second floor on one part of the property, be sure to get either a ground floor room away from that or the second floor as the ceiling is very ”echo-y” and you can here everything upstairs.

For the price, we were surprised and how nice the hotel was. The lobby was well organized, competently staffed and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. Hotel hired taxis to ferry guests to the airport due to a shortage of shuttle capacity. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel are comfortable and in an exceptionally convenient location. The staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive. There are light breakfast items plus coffee and tea for the first night, and close by are two supermarkets and several small shops for following days. Light breakfast is available every day on ground floor. Coffee and tea are available all day. The sitting areas (indoors and outdoors) are comfortable. A resident may bring a guest for coffee, which is convenient for a short meeting. We have stayed twice at this facility, each time for a week, and will return again because of the reasonable price, location, and excellent staff.

The hotel is very new, there are Chinese restaurants and supermarkets nearby, with a small kitchen, it will be very convenient if you bring children and want to cook a light meal. You can eat whatever you want for breakfast, and there is a charge for Internet access. I thought there was no charge and I connected to the Wi-Fi directly. When I left, I charged 20 US dollars💲.

Stayed here for an overnight layover. A bit expensive but much better than sleeping in the airport. Very conveinent for a 5pm landing in SFO and a noon departure. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of communication when it came to (what I was told the night before) a complementary breakfast voucher.

It is relatively close to the airport. There is a paid shuttle bus, which costs 7.9 dollars per person. It is more convenient to leave on time. It is very convenient to have an early flight. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised by this place. We all want to save money. So I thought for $90 it just for a few hours and it’s clean, I’m good. I got here easily. Right off the freeway. I parked and went to the office and was greeted by a lovely young lady who helped me register and get my keys for the room. When I got in the room I couldn’t believe how clean it was!! I have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels and it wasn’t as clean as this. Took a shower. A lot of hot water. They have shampoo/ conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrushes. Coffee maker, microwave and fridge. TV comes in great Didn’t miss the first Warriors playoff game!! And they let you leave your car here for $10 a day. I just can’t say enough about this place. The family that runs it are so friendly and just wonderful people. For the price, give this place a chance. I for sure will be staying here every time I have to fly out of SFO

We flew from Europe to San Francisco, picked up the free shuttle to this hotel on El Camino, ten minutes driver from the airport. The staff was super friendly. Pravina helped us scan documents and print from the printer. Our room had two queen-size beds for two persons. Microwave and largish fridge helped to keep the cost of feeding ourselves down. You can walk straight across El Camino towards the hills past San Bruno park and up into the trails in the hills before 280. Saw a coyote. So the rooms are good and the staff is good. The rest of the hotel is a little old. breakfast is modern ”motel American” style. Pastries in plastic, cereals in plastic bowls, yoghurts in plastic cups, apple juice fountain, white bread--that type of thing. But we walked to Trader Joes (1.5 miles) for some good food. Celia's Mexican food is right across the street.

I was making a reservation at the Dylan in August, since my prior stay was excellent. However, as I was booking a standard room, my internet went down, causing me to go back and re-book. However, when I went back in the ”standard” room was no longer available only a ”deluxe” room was. I booked the Deluxe, since my prior experience here was outstanding. I immediately called the hotel and spoke with a representative and explained what happened. I was advised that a change would be made on my reservation to the ”standard” rate since there were standard rooms available. However, when I checked out the following day, I was charged the ”deluxe” rate. Since I had an early plane to catch and no one was at the desk in the lobby, I left my key on the counter and was going to contact them once I returned home. I tried to speak with a manager or owner of the Hotel but was continually denied. The representative said they would try to get me the lower rate as they had promised. End result, there was no movement by the management to refund me the difference. I did follow up with a letter to the Hotel, not expecting a response and have not since my letter dated September 1st. The one positive was the representative I was working with understood what providing ”outstanding” customer service is about as they tried in vain to get me the credit. End result, I will not be staying at the Dylan Hotel in the future, which is a shame, as it is a nice facility.
