This hotel is the second stay, the first time was in August 2917. It was also a free trip, and that time it was with Wabao. The police are 24 hours patrolling and it is safe to go to the hotel. Good to find. The hotel is not big, the price is reasonable, the breakfast room is very small but the quality is good, just by location, in short, it is good value for money. From the airport by bus to two cars a person 100 rubles, if the taxi (the Yandrx taxi app downloads the order) about 650–700 rubles. Another advantage of this hotel room is that there is a suite that can accommodate a family of three. Very real. Recommended.

Останавливались в отеле на 4 ночи в феврале 2023 года. Двухместный номер был расположен на втором этаже с окнами во двор. Очень тихо. Номер чистый, просторный, проблем с размещением чемоданов и одежды нет. Постели с удобными матрасами и приятным бельем, туалетная комната с хорошей сантехникой. Тщательная уборка проводилась по мере необходимости по согласованию. Завтрак – шведский стол – качественный и достаточно разнообразный. Персонал вежливый и предупредительный. В отеле нет лифта, но на ресепшене предлагают помощь в подъеме багажа до номера. Рядом с отелем расположены ресторанчик и кафе с хорошей кухней. При следующем приезде в Питер остановимся в этом отеле.

Один из лучших Отелей в Питере. Потрясающее расположение в пропитанном историей месте. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Большая комната с огромными потолками под 5 метров, большая комната прихожая, своя кухня и санузел с джакузи. Большой телевизор. И самое главное Лучший ВИД из номера на Неву. Лежишь на кровати и смотришь на воду и корабли, как разводят светящийся ночью мост. Большие два окна. Хорошие завтраки в Отлично обставленной кафе-столовой. Везде картины и огромные холлы. Из минусов: все старое и постоянно где то что то ремонтируют, старая мебели и дребезжащий паркет, деревянные окна заклеенные белым скотчем, есть номера с видом во двор или на стену, отличная слышимость соседних комнат, сюда не за шармом и маникюром, сюда за историей, за масштабами, Почувствовать себя на несколько дней Князем или Графом в особняке с историей. И за очень не большие деньги, для такого особняка, вида из окон и места. Очень понравилось нахождение в отеле. Обязательно приедем еще и обязательно в этот же номер.

Шумно ( экскурсии корабликов которые лопат как будто на ухо вам будут сниться ), кондиционер не работал , администраторы Отеля просто ужас. История была в субботу ранним утром , и просто хотелось поспать до обеда . Девушка на ресепшн сначала удивилась цене которую я озвучила из Яндекс ( видимо рассчитывала на другую ) но это совсем ничего . Далее она начинает говорить ,что у нас ранее заселение , было 7 утра . Я объясняю что мы уедем уже в 16:00 и мы не останемся на сутки . Поэтому сумму за сутки которую заплатим по сути за 8 часов - вполне считаю приемлемой . Она никак не отреагировала, ну и ладно подумала я . Документы были оформлены на моего мужа и ему конечно Дали подписать , в 7 утра мало кто читает ,что подписывает (а надо бы !) Мы приходим , душ и вроде бы я уснула . И в 12 звонок в дверь , в недоумении просыпаемся , в дверях уже другая девушка и говорит у вас выселение в 12! Мое недоумение граничило со злостью недосыпом и ненавистью к тупости и отсутствии банального уважения к своим гостям . Я голая в дверях стою и объясняю даме, что я в 7 только приехала , и сказала что уедем в 16( сказала ее сменщице) И естественно сказала чтобы дали просто поспать . Попила чай , легла обратно . И через 15 минут звонок , моя сменщица сказала что она вам говорила о 12:00 . А ещё вы подписали документ )))) Естественно споры и ругань меня мало устраивают на состояние недосыпа , а ещё за сутки заплатить за такое отношение просто не позволила совесть . Если бы было человеческое отношение и умение идти на встречу своим гостям , вероятно думаю это все было бы решено . Ставлю жирную 1! не советую от слова совсем ! И разнесу этот отзыв по всем платформам . Учиться бы вам сервису . Увидела подобный отзыв тут . Так что уверенна теперь ,что это не единичный случай !

I had stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights back in September and it was recommended by a friend of mine. I arrived early in the morning and did not expect to have the room ready, thus was pleasantly surprised, when I was able to get into my room by 10am already. The room had a fantastic view to the Cathedral and felt cozy. All necessities were provided. Breakfast was good with a nice and healthy selection and service was prompt and polite. The hotel is in walking distance to major tourist attractions and therefore very conveniently located. I would overall recommend the hotel due to the location and friendliness of the staff.

Забронировал номер на 2 суток. Сам апарт-отель неплохой, но с сервисом большие проблемы. Заказывал номер с завтраком. В итоге оказалось, что завтрак с 9-00, а в субботу с 10-00; У меня были утренние встречи, поэтому оба дня остался без завтрака. Заранее никто не предупредил, что так поздно для завтрака открывается у них ресторан. В номере не убираются после 1й ночи. На просьбу дать или продать бутылку воды, потому что утром все закрыто, а после первой ночи никто ее не доставил, предложили самому сходить в магазин Красное и белое.

Ужин заказывается заранее на выбор. Мне понравился и завтрак и ужин, но тут, как говорится, на вкус и цвет. Английская атмосфера, созданная за счёт аутентичных вещей и картин всё же не скрывает минусы: - пластиковые душевые кабины и фено-аппараты, прибитые к стене - пыль на абажурах, зеркалах - подтёки и ржавчина в уборной - текстиль, который больше напоминает не Англию, а что-то, что долго хранилось в бабушкином сундуке - холодильник очень сильно морозит продукты, а если уменьшать температуру, то сразу начинает течь - ”уставшая” мебель

Не знаю даже с чего начать: с неприятного или с ужасного. Начну с того, что важно понимать всем. Если вы бронируете эконом имеете ввиду , что вас могут поселить в номер, которого на фото нет. На просьбу переселит в номер, который на фото от директора через администраторов было передано сообщение с предложением доплатить за переселение. После того, как написала в сервис , через который бронировала - номер нашёлся без всяких доплат. И в общем то я даже хотела написать вполне доброжелательный отзыв если бы не произошедшее дальше. А теперь из отвратительного. В один из последних дней нашего прибывания в гостинице на завтраке к нам подошла женщина, (либо уборщица, либо повар кафе, точно не знаю) мило поздоровалась, и после этого начался неадекватный малоосмысленный для меня ор. Что то про то что мы свиньи, ужасные родители, что нас внесут в чёрный список посетителей, что нам должно быть стыдно, что они всё сняли на видео. В попытках понять о чем вообще речь я уловила только то, что после нас осталась салфетка на полу (видимо действительно брошенная ребёнком). Я была настолько в ступоре от сюрреализма происходящего, что просто развернулась и ушла. Не было никакого желания прояснять и доказывать свою правоту. К слову сказать более спокойного и доброжелательного мелкого чем наш ещё надо поискать. Мы были в очень многих гостиницах, кафе, ресторанах , но никогда не сталкивались с таким кошмаром. Думаю , что родителям с маленькими детьми эту гостиницу лучше обойти стороной. Администратор кафе в грубой форме отказалась мне говорить имя этой женщины и отпихнула меня когда я хотела постучать к ней в служебную дверь. Я уже не говорю о таких мелочах как отказ разогреть еду ребенку и дать маленькую ложку. Из хорошего : совершенно прекрасная горничная , невероятно добрый и милый человек. Администраторы девочки вполне адекватные, входили в положение, видно было, что за ситуацию с номером им самим неприятно. Но похоже это стандартная тема , продавать одни номера , а селить в другие. Но это не от администраторов зависит, конечно же. Завтраки действительно вполне себе с учетом цены , особенно. Но минус в том, что они не меняются от слова совсем. То есть если вы едите на неделю то вы неделю будете завтракать : макароны, сосиски, оладьи , помидор , огурец, капуста , каша , фруктовый салат. Это всё вполне вкусно и сытно , но неделю одно и то же как то ))) В общем, гостиницу мы эту забудем как страшный сон. Фото каморки на мансардном этаже и фото номера соответствующего описанию прилагаю. Кстати, ещё про мансардный этаж- окно в потолке , закрывать его надо палкой , девочки админы сказали, что для этого можно приглашать специального мужчину если сами не справимся 😄. Если идёт дождь - окно надо закрывать. Плюс весь номер в тополином пуху , потому что никакой сетки в окне нет, конечно же. , забыла (после той тётки в кафе, про такое и не вспомнишь) - в душевых плесень. Сейчас перечитываю отзывы и понимаю, что похоже реал

The street is 3 trams behind the block. The two blocks in front are the Dostoyev subway station. Because the youngest house in the main city of Petersburg has to be more than 100 years old, so don't have too high requirements for the house, and this location is also very conscience, the hotel next to the building will be nearly two thousand nights. There is a public washing machine, a refrigerator, microwave and a sink in the room, because the water pressure in the ancient building cannot be too high. Therefore, there is a supercharger in the bathroom of each room, which will be noisy when using water. The bed is a single spring bed in the style of a former Soviet guest house, and the bedding is clean and tidy. In addition, note that this homestay hotel has no front desk reception, and there is no service staff inside (cheap hotels in Europe are self-service like this) need to add the owner's watch app to contact, otherwise you can't even find the door.

It is a luxury hotel but it has an excellent location. A supermarket is open 24hs, and there are also restaurants and cafeterias. It is 5min from Hermitage and Neva. A square from the metro station and the Av. NEVSKI. The hotel has a very good breakfast but serves it in a coffee outside the hotel (a few steps). It is basic but gives you coffee, toast, fruit, egg. The bad thing: the receptionists' attention is bad. Very little predisposition and in some cases even unhappy. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. It is not air conditioned and is a city with moisture, for the summer they put up fans. In conclusion, for a few days and a low cost trip is acceptable. It doesn't give more than that.

ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

Stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights . Love the location , interior . Very friendly and helpful staff , we were offered an early check in , complimentary beverages . The room was very clean and well maintained , with decent minibar . Bed and pillows very comfortable , the style and design of the room very inspirational classic but with a modern twist . The flight was canceled and it was necessary to look for a hotel near the airport to stay overnight. Choose the crowne plaza and were not disappointed.
