This brand new guesthouse is an oasis in the heart of the city. The upstairs abode includes one bedroom with a cute workspace (and fast wifi), a stocked kitchen, and a cozy living room with all new furniture. Outdoors is a smokeless firepit.The Oasis lies two blocks from the University of Tulsa, a mile from the fairgrounds, and a short five minute drive from Tulsa's thriving downtown. Plenty of eateries and shops are all around.This space is a guest house/apartment above a brand new garage. It can be seen from the street but is located behind our home. It does have 15 stairs to reach the rooms above.Kitchen/Living Room. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and etc. It has an island with granite countertops that will accommodate seating for two. A coffee bar is also included with a Keurig coffee maker and Starbucks coffees.The living room has a 56" Roku TV with the most popular apps installed. (You will need to use your password to access these apps.) It also has all the local stations for free. The sofa folds into a queen size bed. Just let us know if you would like this set up when you arrive.Bedroom.In the bedroom you will find a comfy queen size bed. There is also a dresser if you would like to store your clothes on a longer stay. Finally, a desk with a nice view can also be found here.Bathroom.The bathroom includes a larger shower with a seat. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all included.Large Closet.The walk in closet has a place to hang your clothes as well as a brand new washer and dryer for any laundering needs.Outdoors.Currently there is a smokeless firepit that you are encouraged to use. The hotel is conveniently located right beside the BOK center. It is gated nicely and you will have to pay $10 for parking on site. They have parking on the first level but also have a garage that can be tricky to see at first.They do allow food delivery such as door dash, Uber eats etc which is nice. Our room was nice and clean and very spacious. We were always greeted upon entry in a nice friendly manner and they were always ready to answer any questions we may have. Overall we enjoyed our trip and do recommend this hotel to others.

We left with so much more knowledge on what happened, and encouraged that Tulsa is commentating it and making changes.

River Spirit exceeded our expectations right from the beginning. I didn't realize that a shuttle from the airport to resort needed to be booked 24 hours in advance. I called when we landed and they sent someone to get us. Every staff member we encountered was polite, friendly, and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Our room was large. We had a view of the river, which was very high from recent storms. The bed was comfy. The toiletry products provided were very nice. Water, coffee, and tea was free in the room. Self-service drink stations with soft drinks, iced tea, coffee, lemonade were all over the casinos, and free. The pool area was clean and large. There were plenty of chairs. There was a swim up bar and regular bar with food. Towels were provided. We explored the fitness center. It had everything needed for a good workout. The prices for food and drinks were very reasonable, unlike other casinos we've been to. For example, domestic beer was $4.50 & imports were $5. A cheeseburger was $14. They had breakfast sandwiches for $4 as well. Our reason for going was a concert at the casino. That venue was very nice as well. The seats were comfy and no bad views. The sound was great. I played some blackjack and was happy to find $10 tables. It's a rarity now. I play for fun, so don't want to risk $25 per hand. The dealers were funny and professional. We walked from the resort to the aquarium. The Riverwalk path was beautiful and took us there. We rented Lime scooters to return. We will definitely be returning.

It's a good spot you should be the Ramada everything's the same The only thing is like you got to make sure they clean your room if you're still in it sometimes they skip it and that sucks but if they do skip at least you can trade out your towels and stuff and get new towels and everything it's pretty quiet The beds are comfortable the rooms are good some of them have a little bit of defects with the showers but overall in great shape the hot tub is good but the bubbles don't work which sucks that you used to The pool is small but it's cold so I like that they got breakfast in the morning biscuits and gravy and cereal and pancakes and all that goodness they are weight room they got a big giant courtyard in the middle for if you have animals it's all non-smoking but they're pretty relaxed with **** but cigarettes they're not If you ask for a wake up call you might not get to wake up call so make sure you set the alarm on the bedside table other than that yeah it's a good spot I go there a lot and it's a $50 deposit not $100 and do it with cash because if you do it with a car that takes 10 or longer days to get it back and you might have to jump through some hoops to get it like I did the first time so I learned my lesson

Very clean room! Pillows were uncomfortable but most hotel pillows are. We thought there was going to be reception because online says they do a manager's reception with snacks and food Monday though Wednesday. So you guys might want to update that. So we ended up going out for dinner then over to The Mark. The pool was very cloudy but still did the job of cooling us off. Staff was very nice as well.
