3. Quality of food at the restaurant was nice. Food menu for lunch and dinner were quite extensive. Cons:
1. The service by the staff was quite slow. Had to reminder multiple times for certain requests. 2. Most of the amenities in the room were not working, like tv, fridge and electronic locker. 3. The control of ac was at the reception. Never heard of this. We had to call the reception for switching in the ac. 4. The room rates we high compared to the overall experience. I would think twice before paying this amount for the room we got. Overall a decent place to spend a day or so but it definitely requires improvement in room and services.SOLD OUT

Our experience here is too good, first is gir safary through jungle was quite adventures, second our choice of hotel as location is just 700m from sinh sadan, room is also neat and clean at this price and hotel staff are polite and very helpful as story starts as. We have heard about dinner(gujarati thali)at kalash hotel(5km from sinh sadan )is too good, but ther was no public transport available, and few were charging very high price, then our hotel manger helped us by giving his bike. We are thankful to hotel staff for there services.From€17

Very good stay, hotel staff was very polite, very good room services, neat and clean room, breakfast was very good, kitchen staff was also very helpful and polite. But lunch and dinner was costly and not upto the mark. So restaurant food price is costly other than that all things are good.

Hotel sapphire is very near to bus stand & railway station. One can easily get rickshaw, bus, train. Hotel staff are very cooperative, soft spoken & nicely guide about tourist places & shopping places. Rooms are good, reasonable rates.

rooms is also big size cons.
no room service is there no kitchen in the hotel so if you want to eat something you have to go outside any hotel or restaurant some basic things are missing in the room like detal kit ,hair cap for bath
