Additionally, the room hadn't been cleaned properly, and the window was broken, which made the room quite cold. The next morning, i reported these issues to the staff, and they promptly moved me to another room that was much better and equipped with proper amenities. The staff is well-behaved, and the food is good; however, room service is quite slow. The mosquito was also present in the room.
