The best place for relaxation and cleanliness in every sense....at times it doesn't feel like being in India

We booked 2 luxury tent rooms for our families. The stay was super amazing starting from amenities to food. Nothing shy of a 5 star experience. The over arching view from the balcony and the overall greenery around the stay was mesmerising. Our host shreyas has to be the most enthusiastic naturalist i have ever met. He diligently took us through for a walkthrough of the entire coffee estate and explained the entire flora and fauna species. We went for bird watching as well and that has been an amazing experience as well. Site tour and birdwatching trip was entirely free of cost. You can also avail safari trips from the resort. The entire staff was courteous and the food was lip smacking good. Will be visiting with friends again soon.

Resort was far better than seen in the pictures. Excellent experience. Great location. Peaceful atmosphere, amidst nature. Spacious rooms. Wide selection of breakfast with great service. Staff member from baking section Ms Paulami was very courteous, helpful and friendly. All staff were nice and services were great. Checkin and checkout was smooth.

Room was very spacious, clean bathroom, buffet breakfast was good. Indoor games room was nice with carrom, chess, board games, table tennis & snooker. Swimming Pool was big ( didn’t use it ). Reception was friendly to handle luggages during check in and check out.

The view from the lobby and the indoor pool are what makes this property special. Nothing like it have I ever seen. This is enough to make u fall in love at first sight when u arrive. The rooms are nice but a bit outdated but generally everything was great and lots to do and explore on site as it is large. The service and staff are impeccable and very friendly and kind. Breakfast could be improved and given that most goods needs to be ordered this could be better communicated to guests. Some more activities should be complimentary as cost of room is quite high so by including activities this will make guests more involved and entertained. The outdoor pool could not use as it was cold. But the indoor one is one of a kind worldwide. Awesome fireplace in the room too. We upgraded to the premium villa which was way better than the cottage we originally booked. Space wise all rooms can accommodate 3 easily. They have electric cars to take u around which are unique too. Very environment friendly property

We had a lovely stay at this resort. Best is to have a car to get here. The hotel was very beautiful and lots of greenery. Breakfast was awesome with lots of local cuisine to try. The service was impeccable and of a high standard. The room was large and enough for 3 of us including our teenage child. Everyone was kind and nice. The nature specialist Harish gave us a wonderful talk on kodava people (local folks) and about elephants. He was very knowledgeable and we did this over a bonfire which was lovely. The pool should be warmer during the cooler weather in the evenings especially if temperature control is available. The check in staff were nice but they tried to upsell an upgraded room when we didn’t really need one. We have stayed at countless Mariott properties worldwide and this was the first time someone tried to sell us an upgraded room which I felt was wrong considering that we fit comfortably in our booked room. If u want to upgrade u should provide it as complimentary otherwise don’t try to see something on false pretext as they said we may not be comfortable in our existing booking. Also the bed sheets need to be cleaned better as there were lots of stains. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Apart from this the stay was wonderful and we had a great time. Thanks to all the staff from check in to the buggy drivers to the valet drivers to the breakfast staff. The housekeeping also had a special welcome treat and welcome design in our room. And so kind of the restaurant staff to provide a goodbye cake.

Premium honeycomb - about room - location of the property is good but not worth for the property which we paid. very old room and room amenities which they mentioned in list are not provided. door locking is not working properly. food - ala carte took very long time we waited nearly 1 hour to get the food. itseems the person who took order from us, he forgot. we remained him then he went to kitchen after 20 mins we got food, waited almost 1 hour. not worth of amount which we paid please improve the room safety, provide amenities which listed during booking , alocate nice rooms for the amount which we paid

A beautiful and picturesque place to stay for a few days. Very clean and cozy, highly recommended.

stay was good staff were very helpful and polite main was all staff from reception to restaurant and house keeping were very friendly and helpful had homely feeling they gave us food at 11pm when we arrived late night even though restaurant was shut at 10 , great experience and enjoyed the stay

slow service. we had to ask for basic amenities like toilet roll, refilling of water bottle. linen including bed linen had stain and we had to ask to change. dust and hair on the floor post arrival that they should check before arrival. food quality needs to.imrpove and they keep serving repetitive menu which limited. Staffs were helpful. Only advantage is the view ...due to which I booked the room there. Most of the amenities which are mentioned are on request so they need to mention it online as people think that it would their in the room. hope you improve
