A truly marvellous stay.
I stayed in this hotel as it was the best one to visit my grandfathers grave in Kolar Gold Fields. The duty ***ager Parvin went above and beyond to organise a driver for the day to take me to buy flowers and then pick up a guide to show me KGF and help me find my grandfathers grave. When I was visiting from England. The whole experience was beyond all expectations.
We stayed in the hotel for two days enjoying the roof top pool and delicious buffets. This is a very well run hotel who treat their guests as their number one priority.From$60

The service was poor. Upon reaching the location when we received the room there were many things missing in the room and we had to ask for each and everything. There were no towels, no water bottles, no toilet rolls in the bathroom. The handle knob of the door of the main room door was broken. Upon requesting we received another room but this was much smaller than the previous room. I had stayed before in aadya inn in kola r and if we compare the prices as per amenities and service the royal suite is way costly. They should improve a lot on providing customer basic facilities and cleanliness. Overall not a good stay. Since they provided basic things upon request i have rated average otherwise at first visit the overall experience can be rated as poor.From$43

Only drawback is local travel is not available nearby. You have to walk half km to get transport. But this cannot be considered negative feedback to stay here.From$48

They should improve a lot on providing customer basic facilities and cleanliness. Overall not a good stay. Excellent property. Villas come with all facilities. Food available very good and reasonable. Staffs very cordial and ready to help. Mr ashok is always ready to help. Stayed three days and enjoyed. Only drawback is local travel is not available nearby. You have to walk half km to get transport. But this cannot be considered negative feedback to stay here.From$48

A truly marvellous stay.
I stayed in this hotel as it was the best one to visit my grandfathers grave in Kolar Gold Fields. The duty ***ager Parvin went above and beyond to organise a driver for the day to take me to buy flowers and then pick up a guide to show me KGF and help me find my grandfathers grave. When I was visiting from England. The whole experience was beyond all expectations.

The service was poor. Upon reaching the location when we received the room there were many things missing in the room and we had to ask for each and everything. There were no towels, no water bottles, no toilet rolls in the bathroom. The handle knob of the door of the main room door was broken. Upon requesting we received another room but this was much smaller than the previous room.
