Me and my partner stayed here after a day of ferries and buses, it was exactly what we needed, location could not be any better right next to the port for onward travel. The room was really clean and modern which is a standard above most Philippine hotels for the price. The check in was easy and hassle free especially given the time of arrival around 00.00. AC worked perfectly and free things such as shampoo, soap, coffee and cold/hot water just helps a stay be that little bit better. Would recommend for anyone travelling to Boracay.

Location is good. My parents’ room is beachfront. They even upgraded our room for the 2nd night. Cons: there’s some repairs/construction near/above the upgraded room which made father a bit stressed. But kudos for good customer service.

I've returned to Red Coco Inn de Boracay multiple times, and each visit is a delight! 😊 The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and cozy; it truly feels like coming home. It's very quiet and peaceful, allowing you to truly relax and unwind. The hotel boasts a simply perfect location – right in the heart of the island at Station 2. Everything is within easy reach: the beach, cafes, shops, and places for evening strolls. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the spacious balcony is a definite highlight! It's perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or watching the sunset over the palm trees in the evening 🌴. Breakfasts are absolutely fantastic! There's always a great variety, and everything is fresh and delicious. And the staff deserve a special mention! They are always friendly, smiling, and ready to assist with anything you need. Red Coco is truly a place I want to return to again and again. Thank you for such a wonderfully relaxing stay! 💛

Its a good hotel that is located right infront of the beach its very convenient and very accesible to station 1 and station 3. Staffs are so approachable and helpful.Thank you Hennan Regency .Hope to stay with you again❤️🙏

The stay has been delayed for a month due to typhoon last September. And when we finally arrived in the hotel, the front office team was so accommodating, the staffs are friendly, the location is very accessible, food was very nice.. all in all, the stay was fantastic, the purpose of taking a vacation was delightful

The location was great. The service is okay, quite slow in terms of calling for room service or requests, but other than that, the staff are approachable and warm— always greets and smiles. The cleanliness is on another level. They always make sure that the pathways are clean. The internet connection, however, needs improvement. Sometimes, there are areas in the hotel that has no reach or in low connection. The food is superb, it's affordable and delicious. Overall, our stay in La Carmela is great. Will always try to come back whenever we are here in Boracay.

My stay at Golden Phoenix Boracay was a really pleasant experience. Everything was okay overall, but what stood out was how they handled my special request — they exceeded my expectations by upgrading my room without any hassle. I stayed in the Coral Room, and the balcony was massive (definitely one of my favorite things about the stay). The staff were genuinely warm, helpful, and extremely accommodating, which made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. Another major highlight is that the property is right on the beachfront, making it super convenient to enjoy the shore anytime. Their food was okay as well, simple but satisfying. Overall, everything from the room to the hospitality made my stay smooth and enjoyable. I’d gladly come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

I stayed there for 5 nights, it was amazing. Although my partner said the mattress was quite hard. Service was helpful they assisted right away when we needed one. Location was kinda far from the downtown (D'mall) and we had to take the hotel's car to be at the front gate otherwise we had to walk, and who knew how many minutes it'd take since that was a pretty distance from lobby and main road. Then we took the TukTuk (not sure what they called in there 😳) and it was always 150 Peso no matters which station you're going to.

Pros: 1. the staff come top of my list for their genuine care and attention 2. Rooms are good value 3. Food not bad 4. Entertainment is phenomenal, best band in the Philippines 5. Close to beach 6. Choice of drinks and great Happy Hour selection Cons: 1. Noisy neighbours occasionally 2. Cockerel screams early morning

Overall stay was good. The resort is very recommendable for a family trip with kids. Good service and clean facilities. The breakfast buffet is quiet good with variety of food choices.
