Hotel location is good......Common areas are well maintained however the rooms are not as reflected in photograph on the website....Restaurant is not well ***aged although the staff is good but I feel there is a lot of scope for improvement. ...Buffet breakfast is good....Biryani taste was good....Food in general was good...Had to wait for more than 30 minutes for the hotel staff to transfer my luggage from room during checkout.....There was a lot of difference between the price as mentioned on trip.com and directly with hotel.....Trip.com was less for the same Privilege Suite....

Fabulous setting up on a hill about a 20 min walk down  to the town(definitely get a rickshaw back).  Didn’t realise we could order eggs  for breakfast until our second morning (not offered them  on the first morning). Cake at breakfast was yummy. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned  on arrival  and there were splatters marks on the wall  above the tea/coffee area. We also returned to our room late afternoon to find maintenance working on our balcony - did feel this could have been done after checkout! Fabulous shower. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was very good. The high taxes in Tamil Nadu added to the price (almost 25%) so bear this in mind . Cocktails weee excellent. We did the morning ’hike’  which was well worth getting up for.  We were brought a hot water bottle on our second night which was a lovely surprise.  Tea & biscuits served between 5 & 5.30pm which was a nice touch  although more of the breakfast cake would have been good. Would recommend staying here as rooms, location  & restaurant are excellent.

It was really quiet and good place Food also very good

Recently stayed at Mango Hills in a 2 bedroom apartment. Exterior of the hotel is clean and landscaping is beautiful. Staffs are friendly and polite. However the 2 bedrooms apartment we stayed is worn out and cleanliness is lacking. Linens are old and dirty with stains. Breakfast is average and restaurant cleanliness is substandard. Hotel has potential but in need of upgrading works.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities were excellent, and the food was truly delightful. Overall, it was a perfect blend of comfort and hospitality — I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

This property is nearer to all important tourist spots. The behaviour of the staffs are very good. They had given good guidance and arranged the vehicles for site seeing at a very reasonable rate. They had served a very good homely food at very reasonable price 😋

It was a pleasant stay at rosewood. Welcoming us was aesthetic. Location is in the centre radius of ooty. Complementary breakfast provided was so dedicated, tasty and organised. Loved the ambience.

At first looking at entrance I was not amazed but the exploring property that had the nature based concept with garden and fish ponds , bridge etc.. it was out of world. Food ways good and all required amenities were there for a comfortable stay. I would appreciate the staffs who were humble , understanding the situation and making us comfortable , kudos to staffs. Only suggestion if you can focus is providing fresh blanket for new customers and I felt that was not fresh one. I may be wrong just focus on that. Rest were great for me. Thank you

Rooms' interiors, reception, restaurant and parking facility are good. Below are points where the hotel needs to work. 1. Repair the water leakage in the rooms as well as in the washroom. 2. During peak times, improve the strength of manpower for the breakfast buffet and also maintain something to keep food warm. I felt almost every guest had problems with getting utensils or warm food.
