One minor thing but it can’t exactly be changed is that the toilet was too close to the wall. Could have placed them more into the room or even rotated it and had it central looking into the bathroom and it would have given the space needed when sitting.From€67

While the room wasn't overly spacious, the twin room was perfectly adequate for our needs. We had enough space to open two suitcases, and the beds were a good size. The service was truly excellent; they offered complimentary ice cream for the kids (available daily with a small card), along with donuts and small toys – a really thoughtful touch. Breakfast was good, offering a pretty extensive selection. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the city center, with a 'Red Cat' (a local landmark/service) right outside the door. We stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star.
When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store.
Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day.
The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark.
The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :(
On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased.
The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive.
Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu.
The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips.
Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!From€126

The location was decent, conveniently situated between two train stations and right next to Chinatown, offering plenty of dining options. The room was spacious, and the top bunk bed was quite high, which provided good privacy. The shower water temperature was satisfactory, but the water pressure was very weak. There weren't enough hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes. This meant if someone else in the room was using the shower, you couldn't shower, as there were no other communal shower rooms in the hostel. On the plus side, there were enough washing machines, and the dryer worked perfectly, getting all clothes completely dry in a single cycle.From€40

The room itself was generally good. However, the lighting system was a bit odd, particularly the bathroom light which couldn't be controlled independently. On the other hand, the room's cleanliness and housekeeping were excellent. The location was also great, very convenient for reaching the pier. While the breakfast selection wasn't vast, it was perfectly sufficient. A really nice touch was that they even gave us two bags of fruit and snacks when they found out we were going to the island. Hotel is dated, the paint in the ceilings are cracking which is to be expected given the age of the building. The room does not come with dental kit, shampoo or shower foam. It's two stops and a short walk away. The bus operates every 10-15 mins. Likewise, from the hotel, the bus pick-up point is opposite the hotel. The operating hours are indicated at the pickup points.

Excellent location. Nearer to Red CAT Bus stop (King's Street) around 94m from hotel. The hotel also walking distance to Perth Underground Station (290m) and Perth Station (650m). I arrive early around 8am and got early check in when register to Accor membership. I instantly can get into the room after check in process including paying deposit (bond). I stay for 3 night and if we pay using credit or debit card, we can just paid AUD 300, but i and my friend choose to pay in cash, so we paid AUD 500 and its return when we check out before 11am. Nearer to the hotel also got city kebab.
The Cons : The hotel did not provide toothbrush since they practice reduction of plastics. Night club also located in front of the hotel. If your room face the main road, you will hear noise from the night club in weekend, but not too noisy until you can't sleep. I and my friend sleep comfortably.From€101

Booked 2 nights for One Bedroom Business Queen which stated comes with 1 Queen and 1 Sofa Bed. We used the sofa bed as well as the heater was direct to it as we are chilling watching TV.
The next day we were informed that there will be charges of $50 per night as the housekeeper found out that we use the sofa bed.
This should be communicated earlier as there will be extra charge for using the sofa bed, else please don't state 1 Queen Bed and 1 Sofa Bed as part of the offering.

And for few days, because she will stay with us , we ask for extra bed,it was on 11 July, very late night , no more house keeping around, so a guy who attend reception arranged the extra bed to deliver in next morning,and it's totally free❤️. Fantastic location. For me, it was perfect as I was looking to hit some bars and have a relaxed night out in the city. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Perth Metro Station. Plus, there are great bars nearby, such as Belgian Beer Cafe, The Generous Squire, Royal Perth, and Durty Nelly's, to name a few. You'll find plenty of food options, clubs, shopping, and pretty much anything else you could ask for. The room was clean and larger than anticipated, equipped with most of the necessary amenities. However, our view was unfortunately just a blank wall, so there wasn't much to look at. Despite that, it was still quite good overall.From€91

The hotel is very nice but unfortunately I was in a room that was extremely close to a very loud night club/venue. This only went quiet around midnight on a Sunday. I was offered a change of room late in the evening - at 11pm - but that was both impractical and largely pointless by that stage. Note that small rooms - at least - don't include a fridge or any coffee/tea making facilities. The dining room covers this to some extent.From€121

Super hotel in a great location. I had a standard room which, altho a little small, was perfectly fine as I was travelling alone.
Great products in the bathroom, a shower that actually had the knob to one side of the shower head so you could set the temp before stepping in!
Super clean everywhere, friendly, polite and helpful staff.
Rooftop bar was great - good food and cocktails and a fair price for a hotel bar.
Great location very close to Elizabeth Quay and 5 mins walk to main shopping streets.
Would definitely stay again.
Only negative was that the coffee machine was underneath a shelf that was at head height, so I hit my forehead on it!From€109

Great location – less than 10 minutes’ walk to Perth Train Station, Woolworths, and Murray Street. Very convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby.
However, the housekeeping service could be improved as the room was not cleaned daily. I had to remind them to clear the rubbish and replace towels.
I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment equipped with a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and a dryer. The bed was too soft, and I would recommend upgrading the mattress for better comfort.
The apartment provides a good selection of teas and coffees, but basic amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste are not included.
Overall, the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Perth, especially due to its close proximity to Perth Train Station.From€108

Stayed on Saturday. Carpark was a bit confusing. As we have to check in first, that carpark map and explanation should be more specific. Overall accommodation facilities, price and service was great. Nice walk to the bell tower and back. Market was on Sunday when we visited. Great vibe was there!From€103

The environment is really good, next to the stairs to the kings park, the sanitation is also good, the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are super comfortable, and the facilities are complete, and there is a free zone to city within two minutes walk. Good food and wine, for stays of 2 nights or more where you choose not to have your room made up, they give you a $10 voucher each day whoch you can use on food and drink at the resort. The resort is very well kept, and the tennis courts are great and the pool looked immaculate.
Always feels like you are miles away from the city but only a 35 drive from Perth.

Free washing machine and dryer, put a piece of paper in your room every day with the laundry room entrance code for the swimming pool. Go to the round house, market, Mouse Island Pier, and children's places are close, within 3 kilometers
