The beach is just across the road. I booked a luxurious suite with a washing machine, gas stove, refrigerator, two bedrooms, enough, and the balcony can see the sunrise by the sea. There are also many shops, specialty shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. The location is far from the city center and closer to Po Nagar Tower, suitable for vacation. But the service of the hotel is very problematic. 1. The location is not easy to find. It is in an apartment building, but the signboard of the hotel is downstairs, and the signboard of the office building is not very obvious, and it is not displayed in the hotel address. It is only explained in the confirmation email. 2. The hotel staff needs to come downstairs to pick it up. We arrived at night and looked for the hotel for 1 hour. After waiting for the staff for 15 minutes, there was no air conditioning in the lobby and no seats. It is conceivable to have a lot of fire. 3. There is a problem with the workflow. First, on the day of check-in, I couldn’t find the way. I was actually 10 meters away from the apartment. I called and asked the hotel how to get there. The staff asked me where I made the reservation. They didn’t even ask the name of the person who made the reservation, so they told me directly. Have all the guests checked in? ! Don't even ask my name. Second, I got a call at noon the next day after leaving the shop, asking if I was so-and-so. After I clearly answered no, I continued to ask me where I left the key. I told her that I would go to their office to check out and gave the key to her colleague. As a result, she couldn't understand English. . . All in all, the surroundings of the hotel are very good, the rooms are also good, but there are a lot of similar nearby. The whole street is either a food or a massage, and then a hotel. There are many hotels of this kind in the same apartment building. I think other homes have breakfast, but this one doesn’t. A bad receptionist can ruin everything, so I suggest you be cautious.

I booked it for one night, but my flight was early in the morning… I stayed for 0.5 nights~ It was inconvenient when I went out to buy something I needed because they only gave me one key because I didn't have enough keys. If I take the key out, it would be inconvenient for the people in the hotel. If you don't take it with you, you'll have to use your key to get on the elevator, which is inconvenient. The front desk was dirty and not nice. Still, the room was clean, and the location was good as it was centrally located.

Awful hotel, and more precisely service! We asked for cleaning every day , went to the respiratory three times a day to get us cleaned once! There was no hot water at all, I had to wash with ice water! Cleaning is terrible, came, shaved dirt from place to place, floors were always in the garbage, balcony they never cleaned at all! Just a terrible service! Never in the life of such horror happened in any hotel!

I looked up a lot of reviews, and as expected, there was a problem. This hotel is managed by several companies and their employees provide guidance or contact them. However, the staff who were friendly during check-in showed an attitude of “I don’t know” about everything after that, which made me very uncomfortable, and the accommodation was not very clean. There aren't many things you need, not even cups. Even though I told them not to clean the room, they always came in and cleaned it up, so it wasn't a very pleasant cleaning experience, so I think it would be better to take important items with you. And the biggest problem is the elevators. There are about 6-7 elevators, but not all of them are operating. I don't know how it is, but when it was bad, I waited 20 minutes to go down to eat breakfast. It was on a high floor, so the view was good, and the accommodation itself had community facilities that were easy to use.

I want to start with the pluses: very good location, beach across the road, lots of shops on the first floor, cafes. Now the downsides: we were shocked that the apartments were wildly dirty. Furniture in spots, tables filled with some drinks, stove in the residue of dry food, floor sticky and dirty, toilets dirty, plumbing in wild divorces. First, on the day of check-in, I couldn’t find the way. I was actually 10 meters away from the apartment. I called and asked the hotel how to get there. The staff asked me where I made the reservation. They didn’t even ask the name of the person who made the reservation, so they told me directly. Have all the guests checked in? ! Don't even ask my name. Second, I got a call at noon the next day after leaving the shop, asking if I was so-and-so. After I clearly answered no, I continued to ask me where I left the key. I told her that I would go to their office to check out and gave the key to her colleague. As a result, she couldn't understand English. . . All in all, the surroundings of the hotel are very good, the rooms are also good, but there are a lot of similar nearby. The whole street is either a food or a massage, and then a hotel. There are many hotels of this kind in the same apartment building. I think other homes have breakfast, but this one doesn’t. A bad receptionist can ruin everything, so I suggest you be cautious.

Awful hotel, and more precisely service! We asked for cleaning every day , went to the respiratory three times a day to get us cleaned once! There was no hot water at all, I had to wash with ice water! Cleaning is terrible, came, shaved dirt from place to place, floors were always in the garbage, balcony they never cleaned at all! Just a terrible service! Never in the life of such horror happened in any hotel!
