There was a receptionist and security guard at the entrance, so security was assured. There was a pool, so I was able to relax and unwind.

Very conveniently located if you need to fly from terminal 3, you can walk to it through the ground crossing (5-7 minutes from the house) Nice new area with a huge number of cafes, shops, shopping center, cinema, ****** We lived in an apartment on the 7th floor, everything worked fine, special thanks for Netflix and super thanks for the early check-in The owner is friendly and responds to messages promptly No deposit, quick check-in which is much more convenient than renting a hotel We will definitely stay there next time

Stayed here as an overnight stopover between flights. My room was a shoebox with no air con meaning I didn’t sleep because of how hot I was. The bathroom was fine (toilet seat missing and shower only had 1 setting) and there was good WiFi. Wouldn’t recommend due to how uncomfortably hot it is

We always stay in this condominium because it is within walking distance from the international terminal number 3. This is an apartment with a kitchen, internet, shower, toilet, set of dishes for cooking, water for drinking. Clean, calm and safe. Thanks to the owner Manuel for taking care of his guests! Highly recommend for a stay!

Located right in front of Ninoiaquino Airport Terminal 3. The amenities are well organized nearby, and it's not far from the casino. It depends on the unit, but I used the corner on the first floor, and the communication was not caught at all. There was a wifi, but it couldn't connect to the Internet. And the little cockroaches came out and they had to catch them. I recommend it if you are a traveler who wants to sleep in a break from the tax.

The house is located in a quiet area with nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. The beach is in walking distance heavy nightlife easy to reach. For us a perfect location. The house itself is as we expected it big space for relaxing vacation and hosting some residence friends for bbq or similar. The house should get a makeup as well the pool tiles grout need to renewed. The price we pay let us look easy over this smaller issues. All in all a very good choice for us which will bring us back in close future.

The room is clean and tidy but small roaches litter around the floor of the bathroom and bed. The attending staff was accommodating but hard to reach when texted hence a call should be made to address our concerns. There are a lot of simple kitchen utensils and tools that weren’t there in spite of their rule to wash all the dishes after its use. Sadly, microwave had to be transferred near the socket of the kitchen in order to use it. The mattress of the bed needs to be replaced as it is not comfy to sleep on. All in all, the room needs general pest control.

In general, not bad for one night and in the morning at the airport, cleanliness was excellent, there was no blanket, the towels were more like 2 small blankets, which we had to cover ourselves with at night, it was quiet at night, the air conditioner was low noise, a cockroach came from the gap between the floor and the wall, staff difficult to reach, but friendly, location in a non-tourist area, I don’t recommend going for a walk in the evening, there is a 7/11 in the building.

Due to third party booking, confusion arise and need to make overseas call just to confirm the booking because the owner doesn’t recognize trip.com confirmation letter.. Luckily I called earlier before check in and settled the issue after 3rd call of follow.. Better post merchants with account on trip.com to avoid hassle with costumers and renters. It spoils the holiday mood once this hiccups occur. For improvements.

Our stay there was very disappointing, apart from the unit being very dusty and the floor dirty that i have to clean it. Not ideal for thise who have kids and I don't like your customer service. Too much hassle to use the amenities. it is not stated on trip.com that the pool has a fee per use. We were made to wait for a long time just for the ticket and were told that the pool was close even though it wasn't and also the guards and the pool attendant are so rude. It was my first time to experience something like this with everyone we checked in with. Guards and pool attendants are rude.
