Бронировала номер в данном отеле через ***********. Стоимость одной ночи - больше 6000 руб. Ориентировалась на великолепные отзывы, которые оказались неправдивыми. У данного отеля только два плюса - близость к набережной и вид на море из некоторых номеров. Но этого недостаточно для комфортного длительного пребывания. В данном отеле недоброжелательные работники, не заселяют в номера, которые были забронированы (мы платили за трехместный номер с видом на море, а жили в выпрошенном двухместном с видом на море). Отель не заполнен, но заселить в номер с видом является проблемой. Не убираются в номерах. За 6 дней проживания убрались один раз и только уже по нашей просьбе. Нет нормального одеяла, рваные занавески, один хлюпенький крючок для четырех полотенец, сантехника грязная, сломанная, сильно шумит, в номере очень сыро, никакой шумоизоляции, слышно о чем говорят соседи и если на улице шумно, даже с закрытыми окнами сложно уснуть. Завтраки, которые входят в стоимость, ужасные. Постоянно ломались аппараты с чаем и кофе. Было много несвежей еды (испорченный сыр и масло, черствый хлеб, пожелтевшая зелень). Огурцы были только дня два из шести. Грязные вареные яйца, дешевые печенья, которые были разложены на целый стол. На такой завтрак не хочется выходить после второго дня проживания. Wifi очень очень плохо работал. Совершенно не грузил и постоянно вылетал, даже если находились на первом этаже. После того, как я оставила развёрнутый отзыв на ***********, со мной в WhatsApp связался работник данного отеля и пол дня настойчиво просил меня удалить мой комментарий. Пытался убедить меня, что они очень хорошо относятся к гостям, как будто я там не была, и что раз я не устроила там скандал на месте, то мне всё понравилось. Не рекомендую данный отель. Атмосфера, которая там создается, испортит впечатление о поездке. Почитайте другие отзывы, они повторяют недостатки, которые описываю я, но оценка стоит высокая. Поэтому у данного отеля держится высокий рейтинг, которого он не заслуживает.

It’s not easy to find a home in Antalya’s old town. It’s not easy to go around. There’s too many alleys to go all the way. All the way to the past is finally over. The doorway can be parked, there are not many parking spaces, but the boss can coordinate very well. The triple room is very spacious, the bathroom is old, especially the bathroom, and many places burst into black lines and look dirty.  Booked 3 nights & then 1 night after a gap of 1 night. We arrived at the hotel at around 8pm . Found the hotel owner a bit passive-aggressive but definitely ignored it. However our stay was comfortable , staff was good , breakfast was nice & served us well. We asked for an iron the 1st night & returned it back the next morning. Checked out after 3 nights & left our luggage with them as we had to be back after 1 night. When we returned the owner complained that there is an iron mark about 5x2 inches on the dressing table & he would charge us for that. Our point of view was that iron was only used on 1st day & returned immediately & room was cleaned everyday after that by their staff, so why didn’t they point it out before our 1st check out . The owner threatened us to go to the police which we agreed as we had nothing to hide. He kept on threatening. He finally asked for an amount of €20/ as damage compensation, who asks a guests for this small amount & kept threatening to leave the hotel etc. Last but not the least he said that the old cleaning lady would have to pay €20/ if we didn’t pay. We paid the €20/ out of courtesy, to help the old lady as we didn’t want this amount to be deducted from her salary I am a regular traveller and Haven’t had any such experience at any other hotel in my life. I would have stayed at hundreds of hotels but never ever has anyone asked for a compensation Definitely wouldn’t stay again
