Residing in this hotel (and more precisely, apartments) in May 2019 14 days. Very successful location. You can reach the best beach of Phuket Nai Harn on foot along the lake. Those who have been to Thailand understand that it is a huge rarity. There is a shop in 5 minutes walk. Especially there is no walk, but some minimum can be bought. From the photos the room is not different, very comfortable room, there is a small kitchen. Two electric conforks, of course, you won't make anything difficult, but we got out of taking a little grill. There's everything you need from the dishes, the trash is thrown every day. Good refrigerator, microwave, teapot. Nice bed, change every 3 days. Good towels. Shower cabin, excellent water pressure. Powerful air conditioner, we almost didn't use it. Blows on bed. The only minus we found is drying things. The dryer on the balcony is very small and is so placed that nothing is blown. Due to the huge humidity on the street, things haven't dried at all. In general we were very happy. And we'll come here again. Price-quality is appropriate, I highly recommend these apartments for family quiet rest nearby with the beach.

We were in Phuket only for 2 nights and Sleep at Phuket was excellent choice. Location is great, near city center. Room was clean, air conditioned. There is also TV if you’d like to watch some Thai shows :). In our room view was at other building which was about 2 meters away from ours. So if view at the city is what you’re looking for you’ll probably keep your curtains closed, like us. Except for that it was a pleasant stay. In the building is also washing machine and elevator. Rooms was daily cleaned and shampoo and shower gel was provided.

It was useless. The other was actually Thai. I was going to unload the happy card and install the domestic card. I heard that the man had another hotel in the Thai English cavity and immediately calmed down. another hotel ok i follew you followed him into the door. The steamer-like two-cart kept saying hot hot. The man asked if China was not hot. I said my hometown is winter now very cold I want to say how much below zero. Said that the Thai also said that my English is good, too much, but because of the blessing of the disaster, upgraded to a homestay. The environment is really good. There is a big bathtub under the floor-to-ceiling window. There is also a balcony facing the back mountain. I used the hotel's hot water bottle to burn 5 pots of water and washed a half hot bath. The kettle is overheating and cannot be protected continuously. It takes a while to cool down. It takes too long. The hot water is not enough.

Appreciated: Myself and my fiancé, appreciated the gesture of the room being cleaned on a daily basis as well as soap, bottled water and toilet paper being re-supplied. Most of the gentleman who cleaned the room were friendly despite the language barrier. Also, the security guard also did not speak much English...but he made an effort to communicate :) Disliked: We were not happy with the room upon our arrival, as it was nothing like the pictures indicated on booking.com, therefore; after a long 22 hour flight our vacation started off with a slight disappointment. The television had 1 or 2 English channels, and there is air conditioning available, because the rooms are extremely hot. There are no refreshments in the room, nor appliances, crockery or cutlery...but there is hot water available on the ground floor. So we bought take away coffee and kept the cups for re-use. However, after this discovery there was nothing that we could do about the room at the time of arrival, because the hotel reception staff does not speak English. Also, we had to make peace with it because we had booked our entire 14 day vacation at Summer Hotel, so if we cancelled we would have lost all of our money paid for the accommodation. After about the third day of our holiday, we had acquainted ourselves with Old Phuket Town and thus drafted a really busy schedule for our 14 day vacation, which resulted in us really only going to our hotel room to sleep an watch a bit of TV.....but after some time, it really turned not to be bad at all...we made the most of our situation...afterall we were on holiday and we wanted it to be memorable :)

- Very comfortable SHA+ hotel for budget Sandboxer like me - Ms. Fay the Manager is very responsive, perfect English (of course), making sure you get all your documents well. I directly booked with her without external site - This branch is in a little alley BUT it’s a smack-downtown Phuket Town! - Phuket Walking Street Night Market 2 mins walk. Long streets of Instagramable Sino Portuguese shophouses in Thanon Thalang & Thanon Phang Nga: 2-3 mins walk (literally next junction). Cafes, restaurants, daily shops, all super convenient! - Everything else in Phuket Town is within walking distance. From Michellin Roti Taew Nam, regular local food court (the uncle knew my usual custom fried rice order), to upper end Japanese restaurants for example. - Bed: clean. If you were like me, the bed was the perfect softness/hardness. Something about a renovated historic building too that makes you sleep till noon. - Overall room: clean. Perfectly functioning room. The decorations and classic Sino-Portuguese architecture were just icing on the cake for me :) - With the declining tourism, I was the only guest after my 3rd day there. Enjoyed the quieteness of the town because of this. - Good price for airport transfer as well

This guesthouse exceeded my expectations beyond words. I judged it prematurely because of the price but my room was very big, it was squeaky clean and it actually looked nice. I also had a TV that I actually used, a kettle to make my coffee, an iron to press my clothes and a mini bar fridge. My room also had a balcony. The location is perfect. About 8 minutes walk to the beach (DON'T use the main road if you're walking, it's dangerous with no side walks and further. Use the backstreets). There are bars, restaurants, currency exchange offices, laundromats, ATM's and spa's everywhere you look. Had I known how much I would enjoy this place I would have stayed much longer. The staff at Sure Guesthouse is also very friendly, professional and helpful. Lastly, if you are not driving or using a motorbike, don't you worry, Grab and Bolt work very well here. I was using Grab to go to faraway destinations but then I switched to Bolt because their prices are almost 1/3 of Grabs prices. Cons: It gets a little noisy at night (cause of the bars and nightlife), but not so bad that you can't sleep. Also, there isn't a lift so you have to use stairs (this was fine for me cause I was eating ALOT so I needed the stairs, but I know some people don't like that and should probably ask to get a room on the 2nd floor when booking. Overall, this is a great place to stay for anyone of any age especially considering the price. If I ever come back to Thailand, I will definitely stay at Sure again.

We stayed here 3 nights. Flying in very late to Phuket, we have never been and were slightly nervous traveling with a 5 year old. This beautiful ,very clean bungalow was perfect! Parait the host was simply incredible. Very kind and helpful,he guided us through our 1st 2 days in Thailand. Free bikes were awesome to ride beach side, which was about 1.8km. Plants if shops and restaurants around although food at the little cafe here was affordable and delicious!! This area is rural and very quite, which we enjoyed. Thank you to Parait for being so kind and helpful. Would recommend for families and new comers to Thailand. You made our 1st moments in Thailand memorable Carrie and Kevin

Stayed here for 5 nights, attracted by the short distance to the beach. The site forgets to mention there is an airport between the beach and hotel. Ni Tang beach is a beautiful beach one of the beat on Phuket Island. Its a 35 minute walk but worth it. Bike hire is more expensive the other parts of the island. 300B/day is the going rate but in the hotel area they ask 500b. On the beach you can get one for 300b. The room is ok nothing to complain about and very quiet. They will only clean the room when you ask and seem to have a shortage of towels.

I just fell in love with these apartments! I came here for a holiday with my family and was pleasantly surprised by a cozy environment. Indeed everything was thought up to the tiny things - from modern design to functional furniture. We were a little worried that would be noisy , as the condo is still on a busy street and our balcony was straight out to the carriageway . But it turned out not so critical , we slept wonderfully . After all, a huge number of bikes also local color ☺️ In addition, the location of apartments is ideal. We could quickly reach all shops and cafes wherever we wanted to go. Yes, and the transfer from hotel to beach is a wonderful service that we really used! I can't help but say about the interior that exactly corresponds to the photos on the website. It is very welcome and really excellent for romantic rest. My husband and I have remained very happy with our stay here and definitely recommend this place to anyone who wishes to have a great rest in a cozy setting!

Location near Patong, 10 minutes by bike or taxi. There is a market with fruits and food nearby. The hotel itself is not bad, we had a good panoramic view of the mountains. But there is a need for cosmetic repairs, the furniture is all outdated. The windows were all dirty, the bathroom smelled unpleasant. On the ground floor there is a gym, you can work out well, but it turned out to be paid even if you are staying at the hotel.

Lovely family run guesthouse. I stayed here for 8 days at the end of February. Booking and communication responses were very quick and I was provided with all the necessary information for my Thai pass. The nightly rate was cheap and although the rooms are basic it was all I needed for a comfortable stay. Request a balcony room if you can. The local weekend night markets are held right outside. If it’s location you’re after then this place is perfect.

The proprietress is Chinese and the service is very good. Real people, but also free us to the night market. It's rare to see a personal boss. Once we arrived we hardly welcome the receptionist KOY, an antipatic person to the possible who has not even damaged to explain the necessary information as everything arrived in a hotel (wifi , Access Pool ...etc) while people next to them were welcomed as appropriate by the second receptionist. After going up to the room we notice that it is not all the one chosen on booking , she didn't even excuse herself just said she was wrong . Very disappointed it is certain that for a 5* in Thailand prices are affordable but you need to keep a minimum of professionalism anyway! See the further stay ....

Casa Jip is on a small soi just off the main street but close to Jungceylon, Bangla Rd., OTOP and Patong Beach. Staff are very kind and helpful. The room was large and everything worked well. The shower was very powerful and the bathroom had all the needed facilities. I only stayed one night, but I had a good sleep. We were looking for somewhere to eat and stumbled across this place. My husband had the cheeseburger I had a cheese and ham sandwich both with fries. We had 2 cokes and I also had the mojito cocktail which was on offer for just 89 Bahts. All was delicious and well presented. Service was excellent too and always with a smile. This has been said ...but the warm convenience of Mod & Charly ... you will be safe for your contact with Thailand .....They will be able to foresee on your request ...a taxi at the airport, another to visit Phuket, one for you to the port of Bang Rong Pier....advice ...restaurants nearby, a good massage salon at 10 minutes, a major asset is to be 20 minutes walk from a beautiful beach where you can bathe anyway the flood ...(this is not the case with the Two islands of Koh Yao).
